Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide automatic assembling equipment for safe medical scissors, and the technical scheme solves the mechanical assembling problem of the medical scissors.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an automatic assembling device of safe medical scissors comprises scissors, a sponge strip, a magnetic strip and a protective cover, wherein a heat shrink tube is arranged at a through hole of the protective cover, the automatic assembling device comprises a bottom plate, a lifting rotating mechanism, an angle adjusting clamp holder, a glue feeder, a first support, a sponge strip paving device, a magnetic strip paving device, a protective cover feeding device and a lifting heat transmitter, wherein a vertical plate is vertically arranged at the top end of the bottom plate, a fixed plate is arranged at the top end of the vertical plate, the lifting rotating mechanism is arranged at one side of the vertical plate, the angle adjusting clamp holder is fixedly arranged at the working end of the lifting rotating mechanism, the working end of the glue feeder is upwards arranged at the top end of the bottom plate, the radial surfaces of the first support and the angle adjusting clamp holder are obliquely arranged at two sides of the bottom plate, the magnetic strip paving device and the sponge strip paving device are sequentially arranged at the top end of the first support, the protective cover feeding device material taking working part is arranged on the angle modulation clamp holder, and the working end of the lifting heat transmitter is vertically arranged downwards at the top end of the fixed plate.

the working personnel can sleeve the scissor handle rings on the working columns of the angle adjusting clamp respectively, when the distance between the two working columns of the angle adjusting clamp is increased, the tough included angle of the scissor is increased, so that the scissor is vertically descended to the glue feeder through the lifting rotating mechanism, the glue is applied to the scissor through the working end of the glue feeder, the working end of the lifting rotating mechanism ascends and then rotates, the side of the scissor coated with the glue is upward and is positioned at the bottom of the working end of the sponge strip paving device, the sponge strip is adhered to the tough top end of the scissor through the glue through the sponge strip paving device, then the working end of the lifting rotating mechanism descends, the tough side of the scissor not coated with the glue is abutted against the working end of the glue feeder downwards, the glue is applied to the sponge strip through the glue feeder, and then the angle adjusting clamp is driven to reduce the distance between the two working columns, thereby reducing the tough included angle of the scissors, facilitating the working end of the lifting and rotating mechanism to turn and rise to the bottom of the working end of the magnetic stripe paving and pasting device, and butting the magnetic stripe against the tough scissors through the magnetic stripe paving and pasting device, the tough included angle of the scissors is reduced through the angle modulation clamp holder, the working end of the angle modulation clamp holder rotates and rises, so that the scissor rack horizontally faces the material storage working part of the protective cover feeding device, the working end of the lifting heat transmitter vertically descends and heats up, and the glue is rapidly solidified, then the working end of the lifting heat transmitter is reset, the protective cover is taken down from the material storage working part by the material taking working part of the protective cover feeding device and is pulled to the toughness of the scissors, so that the through hole of the protective cover is positioned at the fixed shaft of the scissors, thereby driving the lifting heat transmitter to lower the working end and raise the temperature, thereby make the pyrocondensation pipe shrink under the heating effect to make the safety cover fix on the scissors.
The device can automatically assemble safe medical scissors, and can prevent accidental injury during manual assembly.
