Abstract
本发明揭示一种快速安装及拆卸装置,包括:承载件、拨动组件及固定组件,拨动组件转动设置于承载件,固定组件活动设置于承载件,其中,通过拨动组件转动,推动固定组件运动进行固定。通过承载件、拨动组件及固定组件的配合使用,当进行安装是,拨动组件转动并拨动固定组件,固定组件作用于另一物体,进而实现固定,拆卸时只需要对将固定组件朝初始位置推动即可,不仅保证了安装固定时的方便性、可靠性和牢固性,而且还节省人力,实际使用中,在保证固定效果的情况下,操作简单,便于工作人员快速安装和拆卸。

本发明涉及机械结构技术领域,具体地,涉及一种快速安装及拆卸装置。
背景技术
日常生活中随时可见通过不同结构材料组合而成的产品,例如桌子、凳子或者面板灯等等。其中,要将两则组合在一起都离不开采用固定件,常见的固定件包括螺钉、销钉等,螺钉则需要借助螺丝刀进行拧动,而且还有方向之分,不仅费力,而且出错率也高;销钉相对安装内部产品的时候,使用较为不方便,而且可靠性和牢固性低。除此之外,目前现有的固定件,普遍存在安装和拆卸麻烦的问题,实际使用中,操作不方便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种快速安装及拆卸装置。
本发明公开的一种快速安装及拆卸装置,包括:承载件、拨动组件及固定组件,拨动组件转动设置于承载件,固定组件活动设置于承载件,其中,通过拨动组件转动,推动固定组件运动进行固定。
根据本发明的一实施方式,承载件设有容置槽及导槽,固定组件设置于容置槽,固定组件沿导槽运动。
根据本发明的一实施方式,承载件还设有第一承托面、第二承托面及止动面,第一承托面用于第二承托面承托固定组件,止动面凸出于第二承托面,对固定组件起到止动作用。
根据本发明的一实施方式,拨动组件包括旋转件、过渡件及拨动件,旋转件通过拨动件转动设置于承载件,过渡件转动设置于旋转件。
根据本发明的一实施方式,拨动组件还包括第一复位件,第一复位件套设于拨动件,第一复位件的一端抵接承载件,第一复位件的另一端抵接旋转件。
根据本发明的一实施方式,旋转件设有放置槽,第一复位件的另一端位于放置槽。
根据本发明的一实施方式,拨动件远离旋转件的一端设有凸块,凸块作用于固定组件。
根据本发明的一实施方式,固定组件包括固定件及第二复位件,固定件设置于容置槽,第二复位件的一端抵接容置槽底壁,第二复位件的另一端抵接固定件。
根据本发明的一实施方式,固定组件还包括限位件,限位件设置于固定件及第二复位件之间,且限位件抵接容置槽侧壁。
根据本发明的一实施方式,固定件远离容置槽的一端设有防滑齿。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过承载件、拨动组件及固定组件的配合使用,当进行安装是,拨动组件转动并拨动固定组件,固定组件作用于另一物体,进而实现固定,拆卸时只需要对将固定组件朝初始位置推动即可,不仅保证了安装固定时的方便性、可靠性和牢固性,而且还节省人力,实际使用中,在保证固定效果的情况下,操作简单,便于工作人员快速安装和拆卸。

如图1所示,图1为实施例中快速安装及拆卸装置的立体结构图。本实施例中以结合设置于墙顶面设备为例进行说明,例如墙顶面的灯或音响5,具体的,以快速安装及拆卸装置结合设置于墙顶面的音响5为例。本发明的快速安装及拆卸装置包括承载件1、拨动组件2及固定组件3,拨动组件2及固定组件3均位于承载件1上,拨动组件2转动设置于承载件1,固定组件3活动设置于承载件1,其中,当拨动组件2转动时,将推动固定组件3运动并进行固定。
具体应用时,音响5也设置于承载件1。具体的,承载件1环绕音响5设置。
再一并参照图2-图3所示,图2为实施例中承载件1的立体结构图;图3为图2中A的局部放大图。具体应用时,承载件1设有容置槽11及导槽12,固定组件3位于容置槽11内,且固定组件3沿着导槽12运动。承载件1还设有第一承托面13、第二承托面14及止动面15,第一承托面13位于导槽12上,第二承托面14与第一承托面13位于同一水平面上,止动面15位于第二承托面14上,且止动面15凸出与第二承托面14,初始状态或拆卸时,第一承托面13及第二承托面14均抵接固定组件3用以支撑,止动面15抵接固定组件3,用以对固定组件3进行止动,防止固定组件3在非工作状态下沿导槽12运动。具体的,为了使得快速安装及拆卸装置进行安装使用时,其稳定性及牢固性更强,承载件1上至少设有两个容置槽11、导槽12、第一承托面13、第二承托面14及止动面15,相对应的,拨动组件2及固定组件3也设有两个。本实施例中,承载件1上环绕设有四个容置槽11、导槽12、第一承托面13、第二承托面14及止动面15,相对应的,拨动组件2及固定组件3也设有四个。
再一并参照如图4-图5所示,图4为实施例中拨动组件2的立体结构图;图5为实施例中拨动件23的立体结构图。具体应用时,拨动组件2包括旋转件21、过渡件22及拨动件23,旋转件21位于容置槽11的一侧,拨动件23的一端穿过旋转件21的一端,且拨动件23该端转动设置于承载件1,即旋转件21通过拨动件23转动设置于承载件1,过渡件22转动设置于旋转件21远离拨动件23的一端。优选地,旋转件21呈圆弧形,用以适用相应大小的圆孔。具体的,旋转件21与拨动件23键连接。进一步优选地,拨动件23远离旋转件21的一端设有凸块231,凸块231作用于固定组件3。进一步优选地,为了防止拨动件23在运输或使用过程中脱离,在承载件1与拨动件23端面之间设有顶珠16,顶珠16转动设置于承载件1,且抵接拨动件23端面。
优选地,拨动组件2还包括第一复位件24,第一复位件24套设于拨动件23,且第一复位件24的两端分别抵接承载件1与旋转件21。具体应用时,旋转件21设有放置槽211,第一复位件24的一端抵接承载件1,第一复位件24的另一端位于放置槽211内。具体的,第一复位件24为扭转弹簧。
再一并参照图6所示,图6为实施例中固定组件3的立体结构图。具体应用时,固定组件3包括固定件31及第二复位件32,固定件31设置于容置槽11内,且固定件31可沿着容置槽11的开设方向活动,第二复位件32的一端抵接容置槽11内部底壁,第二复位件32的另一端抵接固定件31。优选地,固定组件3还包括限位件33,限位件33设置于固定件31,且限位件33位于固定件31与第二复位件32之间,限位件33还抵接容置槽11的内壁面。具体的,限位件33与容置槽11内壁面抵接处呈中间尖口两边弧形。本实施例中,第二复位件32为弹簧。
进一步优选地,固定件31远离容置槽11的一端设有防滑齿311,用以增大固定件31与墙体4接触面的粗糙度,进而增大摩擦力,防止固定件31与墙体4发生滑脱现象。
快速安装和拆卸装置使用时,对准预留的安装孔并朝内推送,过渡件22抵接到安装孔内壁面后,朝靠近安装孔孔心方向收缩,同时,带动旋转件21进行转动,第一复位件24在旋转件21的作用下被压缩,旋转件21带动拨动件23转动,拨动件23转动过程中,凸块231抵接固定件31,并将固定件31推出止动面15,由于初始状态第二复位件32处于被压缩的状态,当凸块231推动固定件31远离第一承托面13、第二承托面14及止动面15后,在第二复位件32的弹力作用下,固定件31沿导槽12运动并最终作用于墙体4内部,由于限位件33与容置槽11内壁面的相互作用力下,固定件31可牢牢抵接墙体4。
当需要进行拆卸时,通过外力推动固定件31位于容置槽11内的一端,使得固定件31恢复至初始位置,同时,缓慢将承载件1取出,旋转件21、过渡件22及拨动件23逐渐朝初始位置运动,固定件31抵接第一承托面13、第二承托面14及止动面15后即可完全取出。
综上,通过承载件、拨动组件及固定组件的配合使用,当进行安装是,拨动组件转动并拨动固定组件,固定组件作用于另一物体,进而实现固定,拆卸时只需要对将固定组件朝初始位置推动即可,不仅保证了安装固定时的方便性、可靠性和牢固性,而且还节省人力,实际使用中,在保证固定效果的情况下,操作简单,便于工作人员快速安装和拆卸。

2.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装及拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述承载件(1)设有容置槽(11)及导槽(12),所述固定组件(3)设置于容置槽(11),所述固定组件(3)沿所述导槽(12)运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的快速安装及拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述承载件(1)还设有第一承托面(13)、第二承托面(14)及止动面(15),所述第一承托面(13)用于第二承托面(14)承托所述固定组件(3),所述止动面(15)凸出于所述第二承托面(14),对所述固定组件(3)起到止动作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速安装及拆卸装置,其特征在于,所述拨动组件(2)包括旋转件(21)、过渡件(22)及拨动件(23),所述旋转件(21)通过所述拨动件(23)转动设置于所述承载件(1),所述过渡件(22)转动设置于所述旋转件(21)。
