Abstract
The invention discloses a high-speed drawing liquid for preparing a low-mold-consumption, strong-corrosion-resistance and high-cleanness MT-grade tire steel cord, which is prepared by mixing 250N, epoxidized soybean oil, C16 alcohol polyoxyethylene (7 EO) ether, oleic acid PEG1000 ester, TMP phosphite ester, vulcanized vegetable oil, ricinoleic acid, bentonite, neodecanoic acid, isopropanolamine, oleamide, cocoamine polyoxyethylene ether, EO/PO block polyether, liquid benzotriazole sodium salt, tert-butyl hydroquinone, BIT, modified siloxane and pure water. The product of the invention has excellent lubricating property and cooling performance (PB is more than or equal to 350 kg, PD is more than or equal to 800 kg, and the cooling speed within the range of 300 ℃ and 200 ℃ is more than or equal to 380 ℃/S), and completely meets the requirements of the high-speed (25-50 m/S) drawing process of the MT-grade steel cord.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-speed drawing liquid for preparing a tire steel cord.
Background
The steel cord is an important part of radial tire of automobile, and is formed by wet drawing brass-plated high-strength steel wire at high speed (25-50 m/s) in a water tank drawing machine. According to the difference of the tensile strength, the 2.0-5.0 mm steel cord is divided into N grade, H grade, S grade, U grade and M grade (the tensile strength is more than or equal to 4800 MPa). The preparation of MT steel cords has extremely high requirements on drawing liquid: firstly, the wire has to have excellent lubricity and cooling property (the steel wire can be uniformly deformed only if the lubricating friction coefficient is low, and a large amount of friction heat and deformation heat can be quickly taken away only if the cooling time is fast, so that the accidental rise of the drawing temperature, the non-uniform deformation or the fracture of the steel wire can be prevented); secondly, the surface of the radial tire steel cord is plated with brass, so that the drawing liquid is required to have strong copper corrosion resistance (the corrosion resistance is poor, the surface of the steel cord is discolored in the using process, a copper layer is damaged, and the product quality is seriously influenced); and thirdly, the steel cord is compounded with the rubber tire when in use, and the steel wire of the steel cord needs to have good adhesive force, so that the matched drawing liquid needs to have high surface cleanliness of the steel cord and no residue for reducing the adhesive force exists. Since the domestic drawing liquid generally has the problems of poor lubricity, cooling property and corrosion resistance, low surface cleanliness of the steel cord, and the like, and is not seen well, the domestic market is basically monopolized by foreign brands.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-speed drawing liquid for preparing MT-grade tire steel cords, which has excellent working performance, low die consumption, strong corrosion resistance and high cleanness.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a high-speed drawing liquid for preparing MT-grade tire steel cords with low mold loss, strong corrosion resistance and high cleanness is characterized in that: the paint is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by weight:

The formula components of the invention adopt high-quality synthetic oil, TMP phosphite ester and C16 alcohol polyoxyethylene (7 EO) ether, the product has excellent lubricating property and cooling performance (PB is more than or equal to 350 kg, PD is more than or equal to 800 kg, and the cooling speed within the range of 300 ℃ and 200 ℃ is more than or equal to 380 ℃/S), and the requirements of the high-speed (25-50 m/S) drawing process of the MT-grade steel cord are completely met;
the product has strong corrosion resistance. The copper-plated coating on the outer surface of the steel cord can be well protected from corrosion, and the product quality is ensured. Through corrosion resistance tests, the product has good corrosion resistance to cast iron and brass (first-grade gray cast iron/A grade/55 +/-2 ℃, corrosion resistance time is more than or equal to 96 hours, copper sheet/1 grade/100 ℃, corrosion resistance time is more than or equal to 24 hours);
the product does not adopt long-chain fatty acid soap substances which are poor in stability and easy to generate carbon residue after drawing in the traditional formula as main lubricating components, but selects high-quality solid lubricants with lubricating, residue and stability as main components and is compounded with other oiliness agents such as high-performance synthetic ester, extreme pressure antiwear agent, C18-C24 long-chain organic acid and the like. The emulsified granularity of the product is controlled to be about D50=1 mu m, the emulsified stability is good, the surface cleanliness of the steel cord after drawing is high, the adhesion performance with tire rubber is good (the adhesive force is larger than 800N, and the rubber coverage rate is = 100%), and the requirements of various bearing performances of a high-strength tire are completely met.
The main use effects of the product of the invention, common commercial national products and imported products are shown in the following table
