Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based paint, in particular to high-performance water-based paint for agricultural machinery and a preparation method thereof. The paint comprises 20-40 parts of water-based alkyd resin; 5-15 parts of waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin; 1-3 parts of an aqueous drier; the water paint has the characteristics of high gloss, good initial water resistance, quick surface drying and the like. The waterborne alkyd resin provides high gloss and certain weather resistance, the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin provides quick drying, and the synergistic effect of the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin and the waterborne alkyd resin has the advantages of high gloss, initial water resistance and the like on the premise of ensuring the quick drying. The drier accelerates the surface drying and the actual drying of the paint film, the defoaming agent provides defoaming capability in the storage and construction processes, and the neutralizing agent adjusts the pH value of the formula so that the paint film is more stable in storage.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based paint, in particular to high-performance water-based paint for agricultural machinery and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Agricultural equipment refers to various mechanical equipment used in agricultural production. Such as: large and small tractor, land leveling machine, plough, cultivator, mini-tiller, transplanter, seeder, thresher, water pump, combine harvester, roller shutter machine, heat preservation felt, etc.
However, the current agricultural implements are often rusted due to the falling off of paint films, thereby affecting the continuous use. At present, the multi-purpose water-based single-component self-drying paint for the upper and lower agricultural machines and tools on the market has the problems of low gloss, poor weather resistance, unsatisfactory initial water resistance and the like.

wherein the waterborne alkyd resin is 3AK25B of Tongde, the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin is 3EA41Y of Tongde, and the waterborne drier is 421 of OMG.
The water-based defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent, and is BYK 022.
The aqueous flatting agent is an acrylic flatting agent and is firstly PW 336.
The neutralizing agent is triethylamine.
The thickener is 12W of Dow.
The aqueous wetting agent is BYK's 346.
The waterborne alkyd resin provides high gloss and certain weather resistance, the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin provides quick drying, and the synergistic effect of the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin and the waterborne alkyd resin has the advantages of high gloss, initial water resistance and the like on the premise of ensuring the quick drying. uniformly mixing the waterborne alkyd resin and the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin with the waterborne drier, slowly adding deionized water, and stirring for 20-30 minutes at 800 revolutions per minute at 500-; then, sequentially adding the aqueous dispersant, the aqueous defoamer and the pigment filler at the rotating speed of 800 revolutions per minute of 500-; and then slowly adding the aqueous flatting agent, the aqueous wetting agent, the neutralizer and the thickening agent in turn at the rotating speed of 700r/min, stirring for 20-30 minutes to adjust the viscosity, filtering and packaging.
The beneficial effect of the invention is that,
the waterborne alkyd resin provides high gloss and certain weather resistance, the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin provides quick drying, and the synergistic effect of the waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin and the waterborne alkyd resin has the advantages of high gloss, initial water resistance and the like on the premise of ensuring the quick drying.
The water-based paint disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high gloss, high drying speed, greatly improved construction efficiency, good initial water resistance and the like, and the performance parameters of the product are shown in table 1.

Example 1
1. After 35 parts of waterborne alkyd resin and 10 parts of waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin are uniformly mixed by 2 parts of waterborne drier, 25 parts of deionized water is slowly added and stirred at 700 revolutions per minute until the mixture is in a uniform state.
2. Adding 1 part of aqueous dispersant, 0.3 part of aqueous defoaming agent and 25 parts of pigment and filler in turn at the rotating speed of 600 revolutions per minute, stirring for 20 minutes, and transferring to a grinder to grind the mixture to the fineness of below 15 um.
3. And sequentially adding 0.2 part of water-based flatting agent, 0.3 part of water-based wetting agent, 0.7 part of neutralizing agent and 0.5 part of thickening agent at the rotating speed of 600 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the water-based paint.
Example 2
1. 32 parts of waterborne alkyd resin and 15 parts of waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin are uniformly mixed by 1.8 parts of waterborne drier, and 23 parts of deionized water is slowly added to be stirred at 700 revolutions per minute until the mixture is in a uniform state.
2. Adding 1.5 parts of aqueous dispersant, 0.5 part of aqueous defoaming agent and 23.5 parts of pigment filler in turn at the rotating speed of 600 r/min, stirring for 20 min, and transferring to a grinder to grind the mixture to the fineness of below 15 um.
3. And sequentially adding 0.3 part of water-based flatting agent, 0.4 part of water-based wetting agent, 1 part of neutralizing agent and 1 part of thickening agent at the rotating speed of 600 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the water-based paint.
Example 3
1. After 40 parts of waterborne alkyd resin and 15 parts of waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin are uniformly mixed by 2.5 parts of waterborne drier, 20 parts of deionized water is slowly added and stirred at 700 revolutions per minute until the mixture is in a uniform state.
2. 2 parts of aqueous dispersant, 0.4 part of aqueous defoaming agent and 17.4 parts of pigment filler are sequentially added at the rotating speed of 600 revolutions per minute, stirred for 20 minutes and transferred to a grinder to be ground to have the fineness of less than 15 um.
3. And sequentially adding 0.5 part of water-based flatting agent, 0.5 part of water-based wetting agent, 1.2 parts of neutralizing agent and 0.5 part of thickening agent at the rotating speed of 600 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the water-based paint.
Comparative example: common market agricultural machinery water paint (Water product of Infinite flower)
The water-based paints prepared in example 1, example 2 and example 3 were coated on the same agricultural implement substrate) with the same film thickness (dry film 45um + -3 um), and the performance was tested under the same conditions at room temperature, and the test results are shown in table 3 below.

The comparison shows that the water paint prepared by the invention has better performances than competitive products in terms of gloss, surface dryness and weather resistance.
