Description

Antibacterial and mildewproof wall paint and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to an antibacterial and mildewproof wall paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Because the atmospheric pollution is increasingly serious, the atmospheric visibility can be reduced by air particles, and the radiation quantity of sunlight reaching the ground is reduced. Because the ground receives less and less sunlight and is influenced by the environment, mould and bacteria are easy to grow in large quantity under the condition of proper air humidity. The growth of mold in the room is harmful, for example, staphylococcus aureus can parasitize the skin, nasal cavity, throat, intestines and stomach, carbuncle and pyogenic wound of human and animals, and the mold can be present in the environment of air, water and the like, even can directly propagate in the human body, and causes diseases such as mycotic pneumonia and the like. Especially, the weak population such as infants and the elderly are easily infected by bacteria or viruses.
Most of the latex paint products on the market only have the functions of decoration and wall protection, and once the wall is not well maintained, water permeates out or is soaked by the water, so that bacteria and mildew are particularly easy to breed under the condition of difficult or long-term non-drying; moulds are capable of growing filamentous fungi on the paint film, which can attack and damage the paint film by producing organic acid enzymes or other secretions, changing the physicochemical properties of the wall finish and reducing the service life of the paint film. Such as aspergillus flavus, is very heat-resistant and has strong toxicity; under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, aspergillus niger is easy to grow and propagate in a large quantity to generate mildew and heat, so that the wall body is rotted or softened, the decorative effect and the protective performance of the wall paint are damaged, and the body health is even harmed.
Therefore, the development of a wall paint with better antibacterial and mildewproof effects is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the wall paint with better antibacterial and mildewproof effects.
In order to realize the technical effect of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for realizing the technical effect:
the antibacterial and mildewproof wall paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 to 1 percent of defoaming agent, 10 to 25 percent of acrylic emulsion, 0.1 to 0.6 percent of preservative, 0.1 to 8 percent of mildew inhibitor, 0.5 to 2 percent of antifreeze, 0.2 to 0.8 percent of organic amine neutralizer, 0.5 to 2 percent of odor-free coalescing aid, 0.1 to 1 percent of surfactant, 0.1 to 2 percent of dispersant, 0.1 to 2 percent of thickening agent, 8 to 30 percent of pigment, 30 to 50 percent of filler and 20 to 40 percent of water.
As a further improvement, the defoamer is mineral oil.
The defoaming agent is mineral oil which has excellent performance, and the mineral oil permeates into a foam system in a form of particles in the production process of the coating, so that the surface tension of the foam is locally reduced, the film wall is thinned, and the foam is strongly pulled by a film layer with large surface tension at the periphery, and finally, the bubbles are broken, and the foam is rapidly defoamed. During storage, a durable defoaming property is maintained. The defoamer contains no silicon, and can be matched with emulsion to be effective under the conditions of extreme temperature (even 100 ℃) and high pH; it can bring hydrophobic effect to the coating and has good stain resistance.
As a further improvement, the acrylic emulsion is in hundred calendar moleTM(PRIMALTM) DC-450V emulsion. The emulsion is based on AVANSETMAqueous polymer emulsions, AVANSE E, for VOC and taste reduction using special "targeted site-directed" techniquesTMThe technology allows for low volatile organic compound content (VOC). Calendar massagerTM(PRIMALTM) The DC-450V emulsion enables the coating product to meet the requirements of lower odor and stricter environmental protection. The paint has excellent pigment wrapping capacity, so that the formed film of the paint is more compact, the final product is endowed with excellent scrubbing resistance, early chalking resistance and covering power, the hardness of the paint film can be quickly established in the film forming process, the paint film has good water resistance, alkali resistance and durability, and the optimized polymer structure can improve the formula stability and the wide compatibility of the paint. Calendar massagerTM(PRIMALTM) The DC-450V emulsion meets the relevant environmental protection standard of the current industry, does not contain APEO, and does not add formaldehyde and formaldehyde releaser.
As a further improvement, the preservative is a cason preservative.
The cason preservative is an internationally recognized safe, efficient and broad-spectrum preservative, does not contain any heavy metal, and can effectively inhibit and kill fungi and various microorganisms. Provides robust protection for the coating and has antimicrobial properties, is free of formaldehyde and other volatile biocides.
As a further improvement, the mildew preventive is ZINC OMADINE ZOE-2X (Zinc Omadine ZOE 2X).
The mildew preventive ZINC OMADINE ZOE-2X has high stability, can be uniformly dispersed in a product, and can avoid discoloration caused by reaction with different elements in some coating formulations. Zinc pyrithione is used as an active ingredient of ZINC OMADINE ZOE-2X, and has low toxicity. The actives in the ZINC OMADINE zo-2X fungicide have very low solubility in water and solvents commonly used in the coatings art, so that the fungicide does not leach out of the paint film or migrate out of the film forming aid or alcohol solvent. It has excellent thermal stability (over 120 hours at 100 ℃) and pyrolysis temperature (240 ℃). The mildewcide does not cause phenomena such as chalking, fading or discoloration, and has a broad spectrum effect on mold and algae growing on the surface of a paint film.
As a further improvement, the antifreezing agent is propylene glycol, the organic amine neutralizer is RHODO L INE AN-130, the odorless coalescing aid is Istmann OE300, the surfactant is ECOSURF BD-109, and the dispersant is OROTANTM(Tehaosan)TM) Quick-acting thickener is HECE LL OSETMB50K hydroxyethyl cellulose; the pigment is rutile titanium dioxide.
The propylene glycol has the advantages of freeze thawing stability, low freezing point of water, low content of volatile organic compounds and the like, has the characteristics of low toxicity and strong dissolving power, and is more environment-friendly compared with ethylene glycol and glycol ether.
The organic amine neutralizer is RHODO L INE AN-130 which is a low-odor neutralizer, can adjust the pH value of the emulsion to stabilize the emulsion, and has the functions of wetting and dispersing, can avoid using ammonia water, reduce the odor of the paint and the influence on production personnel, constructors and environment, can improve the scrubbing resistance and water resistance of a paint film, effectively reduce the odor of the paint, and reduce Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), can not remain in the paint film for a long time, and therefore, the paint has excellent water resistance.
The odorless coalescing aid is Istmann OE300, and can effectively coalesce emulsion particles by softening the emulsion particles and strong dissolving power, so that conditions are provided for mutual diffusion and permeation of emulsions, and a paint film can achieve better compactness. It is a low odor, non-VOC, green film-forming aid that improves film-forming properties over a wide range of temperatures. Can produce synergistic effect with the associative thickener, reduce the dosage of the associative thickener by about 25 percent, and improve the performance and the workability of paint films, such as repairing performance, scrubbing resistance and weather resistance.
The surfactant is a new generation of special alcohol surfactant ECOSURF with high performance, no APEO and easy biodegradationTMBD-109 (i.e., ECOSURF BD-109). It has excellent wetting property and can reduce the surface tension of water obviously. Can help to uniformly disperse insoluble solid matters in liquid in the form of tiny particles, and increase the adhesion of the coating and the substrate.
The dispersant is OROTANTM(Tehaosan)TM) The pigment dispersant is quick and easy, is a polyacrylic acid sodium salt water-based pigment dispersant, and is an auxiliary agent capable of improving and improving the dispersion performance of solid or liquid materials. When the solid powder is ground, a dispersing agent is added to help the particles to be crushed and prevent the crushed particles from coagulating so as to keep the dispersion stable. When the paint is used, the gloss can be improved, the floating color and the floating color can be prevented, the tinting strength of the colored paint can be improved, the saturation of the color can be increased, the amount of the color paste can be saved, and the cost can be saved. Can reduce viscosity, increase pigment loading capacity and improve construction convenience. OROTANTM(Tehaosan)TM) The dispersing agent has the advantages of high speed, easy universality, high dispersing efficiency, strong low-foaming property during grinding, difficult generation of bubbles and good construction effect; OROTANTM(Tehaosan)TM) The quick-acting and easy-acting cellulose thickener has excellent compatibility.
HECELLOSETMB50K hydroxyethyl cellulose, HECE LL OSETMB50K is a nonionic water-soluble polymer, is also a mildew-proof cellulose, has good thickening ability to water, does not generate gelation when heated, does not generate precipitation under acidic condition, has good film forming property, and can improve emulsion when added in coatingPhysical and chemical stability of paint, less possibility of pigment and filler precipitation, and high storage stability of paint HECE LL OSETMThe water retention capacity of the B50K hydroxyethyl cellulose is twice higher than that of methyl cellulose, and the hydroxyethyl cellulose has better flow regulation; the product has stable viscosity and mildew resistance, can enable the paint to have better can opening effect, and has better leveling property during construction; the mildew-proof thickening agent has a mildew-proof effect on wall paint. In the experiment, hydroxyethyl cellulose of other brands is tested, and the synergistic use of the hydroxyethyl cellulose and other substances in the invention is found to cause the conditions of poor washing resistance, instability during storage, layering (or water separation) and the like.
The rutile titanium dioxide is one of titanium dioxide, so that the adhesive force can be increased in the paint, the covering power is improved, the tinting strength is enhanced, the wall paint can feel smoother and more greasy by using the rutile titanium dioxide, the mechanical strength of a paint film can be enhanced, cracks can be prevented, ultraviolet rays and moisture can be prevented from penetrating through the paint film, and the service life of the paint film can be prolonged.
As a further improvement, the filler is composed of diatomite, kaolin and heavy calcium.
The diatomite has the characteristics of large porosity, strong absorptivity, stable chemical property, wear resistance, heat resistance and the like, and can provide excellent surface performance for the coating. Because it has a large pore volume, the drying time of the coating film can be shortened. The dosage of the resin can be reduced, and the cost is reduced.
The kaolin can be 4000-mesh calcined kaolin, the 4000-mesh calcined kaolin has high whiteness, the brightness of a paint film can be improved, and the mildew or the putrefaction of the paint film is greatly reduced due to the inorganic non-metal mixture.
The coarse whiting can be 1000 mesh calcium carbonate, is white powder processed by using high-quality calcite as a raw material, has high whiteness of 1000 mesh calcium carbonate in the coating, can prevent the coating from settling, is easy to disperse, and has good gloss.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial and mildewproof wall paint, which comprises the following steps:
1) adding part of water, a dispersing agent, a surfactant and a defoaming agent into production equipment for dispersing and stirring;
2) then adding a thickening agent into production equipment for dispersing and stirring;
3) adding an organic amine neutralizer into the production equipment for dispersion and stirring;
4) then adding the pigment and the filler into the production equipment in sequence, and dispersing and stirring (obtaining slurry);
because the pigment is generally smaller than the filler in particle size, if the filler is added firstly during stirring and dispersing, the later addition of the pigment can influence the dispersion fineness, the pigment cannot be dispersed, particles are generated, and the dispersion fineness is unqualified, so that the pigment and the filler are sequentially added.
5) After the fineness of the slurry in the production equipment is detected to be below 40 mu m, adding an antifreezing agent, a smell-removing coalescing aid, a mildew preventive, an acrylic emulsion, a preservative and the rest of water into the production equipment, and dispersing and stirring; the viscosity is (103-;
wherein the content of part of water is 66-87% of the total water content.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention relates to an antibacterial and mildewproof wall paint which adopts AVANSE-based paintTMTECHNOLOGY AND SPECIAL "TARGETED POINT" TECHNOLOGY FOR VOCs AND FLAVOURS REDUCING AQUEOUS POLYMER EMULSION OF CALORIC AND FLAVOURSTM(PRIMALTM) DC-450V, compact film, high film hardness, good water resistance, alkali resistance and durability, excellent water retention and synergistic mildew-proof HECE LL OSETMB50K hydroxyethyl cellulose, and a mildew inhibitor ZINC OMADINE ZOE-2X which is highly stable and has high-efficiency broad-spectrum bactericidal inhibition is added, and the mixture is matched with other auxiliary agents, so that excellent construction performance can be provided for the use process of the wall paint, the wall paint is free of obstacles in brushing or rolling, the leveling property is good, and the paint film is full and smooth in hand feeling; the service life of the wall finish paint film is prolonged after the paint film is dried, the quality is good, and the paint film is more durable than the products in the market; can well inhibit and sterilize bacteria, resist and prevent mold, and further provide comfortable and healthy indoor environment.

1. 27 parts by mass of water is put into a paint mixing tank (production equipment), a stirrer is started, the rotating speed is increased to 300rpm, and then 0.6 part by mass of a defoaming agent (mineral oil), 0.3 part by mass of a surfactant (ECOSURFTM BD-109) and 0.7 part by mass of a dispersant (OROTAN) are gradually added into the waterTM(Tehaosan)TM) Fast and easy) is stirred and dispersed for 5 minutes, and then 0.35 part by mass of thickening agent (HECE LL OSE) is slowly added at a constant speed in a thin flow state (for example, to prepare 100g of wall paint, the adding speed can be 3 g/min)TMB50K hydroxyethyl cellulose), after the rotating speed is adjusted to 700rpm and stirring is carried out for 5 minutes, 0.3 part by mass of organic amine neutralizer (RHODO L INE AN-130) is added and stirring is continued for 3 minutes, then 8 parts by mass of pigment (rutile titanium dioxide), 3.6 parts by mass of diatomite, 10 parts by mass of kaolin and 17 parts by mass of heavy calcium are sequentially added and the rotating speed is adjusted to 1500rpm and stirring is carried out for 30 minutes, and the height of a dispersion disc of a stirrer can be properly increased during stirring to prevent powder from being accumulated;
2. stirring until the fineness of the slurry is below 40 μm, adjusting the rotation speed to 800rpm, and adding 1.7 parts by mass of antifreeze (propylene glycol), 1.8 parts by mass of odor-free coalescence assistant agent (Istmann OE300), and 20 parts by mass of acrylic emulsion (Bai calendar mol) while stirringTM(PRIMALTM) DC-450V), 0.32 part by mass of a mildew preventive (ZINC OMADINE ZOE-2X), the balance of 8 parts by mass of water, 0.33 part by mass of a Kathon preservative, and continuously dispersing for 15 minutes by adjusting the stirring speed to 600 rpm; sampling and cooling to (23 +/-1) DEG C, measuring the viscosity, and packaging when the viscosity is 103-.
The samples prepared in example I and comparative examples 1-2 were tested as follows:
firstly, the samples prepared in the example 1 and the comparative examples 1-2 are subjected to in-tank corrosion resistance challenge tests, the in-tank aging tests (50 ℃) for 2 weeks are carried out, then three rounds of microbial challenge tests are carried out, meanwhile, pollution strains are inoculated, and the antibacterial performance tests are carried out, wherein the test method is carried out according to the test method in HG/T3950-2007 antibacterial paint, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002477482250000061
Figure BDA0002477482250000071
Note: from 0 to 3, 0 represents no microbial contamination and 3 represents severe microbial contamination;
as can be seen from the above table, the challenge results of bacteriostasis and sterilization in the can are optimal when 0.32% of the mildew preventive ZINC OMADINE ZOE-2X is selected as the addition amount.
