The control switch is turned on and off corresponding to the output level signal "1" or "0". When the control module receives the level signal '1' sent by the first control switch, the ultraviolet disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of the control disinfection module are started to start disinfection work. When the control module receives the level signal '0' sent by the first control switch, the ultraviolet disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of the disinfection module are controlled to be closed, and disinfection is finished. Similarly, when the control module receives the level signal '1' sent by the second control switch, the ozone disinfection module of the disinfection module is controlled to start disinfection. It should be noted that, in practical application, according to actual needs, an automobile can simultaneously allow a manual control mode and a control module to automatically control two control modes, or only set one control mode and close the other control mode, a user performs human-computer interaction through a color L CD display module and sets a corresponding control mode, and generally speaking, the ultraviolet disinfection and plasma disinfection mode can perform simpler disinfection and is suitable for being used when the automobile runs.
The vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system further comprises an exhaust fan, and the exhaust fan is in butt joint with the control module. The exhaust fan can accelerate the gas flow in the vehicle, so that the related sensor can detect the gas more quickly. The exhaust fan is in a real-time running state when the disinfection system is started so as to meet different gas real-time detection requirements.
In addition, the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system is also connected with a ventilation system, and the ventilation system is connected with the control module in a butt joint mode. The ventilation system plays a role in ventilation and exhaust of the environment in the vehicle, and when disinfection is performed, the ventilation system is correspondingly opened by the control module to remove redundant foul gas, so that the disinfection effect is further optimized.
And, the disinfection module of this application embodiment still includes steam disinfection module for provide steam disinfectant and carry out disinfection in the car. The steam disinfectant can provide excellent disinfection effect, and when the environment in the vehicle needs to be disinfected with higher requirements, the steam disinfection module can be used for disinfection. Therefore, the adaptability and flexibility of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system are further improved.
Illustratively, in the embodiment of the application, the sensor module comprises a TVOC sensor, a PM2.5-10 sensor and an ozone sensor. It can be understood that the TVOC sensor, the PM2.5-10 sensor and the ozone sensor can correspondingly acquire the concentration information of organic gaseous substances, air particulate matters and ozone in the air in the vehicle. Whether disinfection needs to be carried out in the vehicle can be determined based on the organic gaseous substances and the air particles. Control module can correspond the concentration threshold value that sets up organic gaseous state material, air particulate matter, and when the concentration of organic gaseous state material, air particulate matter exceeded standard in the car, the disinfection mode that starts to correspond disinfected. Ozone sensor mainly gathers the ozone content in the air, and when ozone disinfection module disinfected the operation release ozone, ozone concentration can increase in the car, in order to avoid the car in ozone exceed standard, sets up the ozone concentration threshold value that corresponds, when ozone concentration exceeds standard, closes this ozone disinfection module, no longer disinfects the operation.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a disinfection method of a vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the disinfection method of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system provided in this embodiment may be executed by the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system, the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system may be formed by two or more physical entities.
The following description will be given by taking a control module of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system as an example of equipment for executing the disinfection method of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system. Referring to fig. 2, the disinfection method of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system specifically includes:
s110, collecting an ACC signal at an ACC input end of the vehicle, and detecting the running state of the vehicle based on the ACC signal.
For example, the embodiment of the application uses different disinfection modes to disinfect according to different running states of the vehicle. The ACC signals are collected in real time by connecting the input end of the vehicle ACC with the control module, and the ACC signals identify the running state of the vehicle. When the ACC signal is "1", it indicates that the vehicle is running. When the ACC signal is "0", it indicates that the vehicle is turned off. Generally, when a vehicle runs, ozone is harmful to a user, so that the ultraviolet disinfection and plasma disinfection mode can be selected for disinfection in a running state, and the influence on the user is avoided. And when the vehicle is flamed out, the 'ozone disinfection mode' is selected for disinfection so as to better disinfect dead corners of the vehicle.
And S120, when the running of the vehicle is detected, acquiring the air data in the vehicle collected by the sensor module in real time, and displaying the air data in the vehicle on the color L CD display module in real time.
When the vehicle is detected to be running, the information is displayed on the color L CD display module in real time through the concentration data of various gases in the air in the vehicle, which is acquired by the sensor group, so that a user can know the air quality condition of the vehicle in real time.
S130, operating the exhaust fan in real time, and starting the ultraviolet disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of the disinfection module when the TVOC concentration of the air data in the vehicle exceeds a set TVOC concentration threshold value.
In the running process of the vehicle, the exhaust fan is started after the disinfection system runs, and the gas flow in the vehicle is accelerated. Control module is through real-time collection car interior air data, when detecting in the car TVOC concentration exceedes and sets for TVOC concentration threshold value, and organic gaseous state substance concentration exceeds standard this moment in the car promptly, starts the ultraviolet ray disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of disinfection module and carries out the disinfection operation this moment. And, through starting ventilation system, make the vehicle ventilate, get rid of the dirty air in the car in order to reduce TVOC concentration.
In addition, when PM2.5-10 or ozone in the vehicle is detected to reach a set threshold value, the control module can also start the ventilation system to perform ventilation treatment so as to reduce PM2.5-10 or ozone concentration in the vehicle.
On the other hand, when detecting that the vehicle stalls, start the ozone disinfection module of disinfection module and disinfect to the ozone concentration value of air data is less than ozone and sets for the threshold value in the car, perhaps closes ozone disinfection module after disinfecting and setting for the time quantum, and the system gets into dormant state.
It should be noted that the starting of the ozone disinfection module can be automatically controlled and started by the control module directly after the vehicle is shut down. And, considering that the ozone concentration is too high to affect the use of the user, after the ozone disinfection module is disinfected for a set time period, or when the ozone concentration reaches a set ozone set threshold, the ozone disinfection module is closed. Further, since the vehicle is turned off, the entire vehicle-mounted disinfection system can be set to a sleep mode at this time, and the system is awakened when the vehicle is running.
In addition, when the user performs manual control, corresponding manual control sterilization operation is performed by starting the instrument control switch. The control module responds to a first control signal of the instrument control switch, starts the ultraviolet disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of the disinfection module, and responds to a second control signal of the instrument control switch, and closes the ultraviolet disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of the disinfection module; and the ozone disinfection module of the disinfection module is started in response to the third control signal of the instrument control switch, and the ozone disinfection module of the disinfection module is closed in response to the fourth control signal of the instrument control switch. The first control signal and the second control signal may be control signals transmitted from a first control switch corresponding to the instrument control switch to control the activation and deactivation of the "ultraviolet sterilization and plasma sterilization mode". The third control signal and the fourth control signal may be control signals sent by a second control switch corresponding to the instrument control switch, so as to control the on and off of the 'ozone disinfection mode'. Through the disinfection mode that has automatic mode and manual mode concurrently, can promote on-vehicle disinfection system's intelligent degree, remain artifical maneuverability simultaneously for on-vehicle disinfection has more the flexibility.
On the other hand, when the vehicle is detected to be flameout, the ozone disinfection module of the disinfection module is started to disinfect, the ozone concentration value of the air data in the vehicle is lower than the ozone set threshold value, or the ozone disinfection module is closed after the disinfection set time period, and the system enters a dormant state.
Example two:
on the basis of the above embodiments, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a disinfection device of a vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system provided in the second embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the disinfecting device of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfecting system provided in this embodiment specifically includes: an acquisition module 21, a detection module 22 and a disinfection module 23.
The acquisition module 21 is configured to acquire an ACC signal at an ACC input end of a vehicle, and detect an operating state of the vehicle based on the ACC signal;
the detection module 22 is used for acquiring air data in the vehicle collected by the sensor module in real time when the vehicle is detected to run, and displaying the air data in the vehicle on the color L CD display module in real time;
the disinfection module 23 is used for operating the exhaust fan in real time, and when the TVOC concentration of the air data in the vehicle exceeds the set TVOC concentration threshold value, the ultraviolet disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of the disinfection module are started.
On the other hand, when the vehicle is detected to be flameout, the ozone disinfection module of the disinfection module is started to disinfect, the ozone concentration value of the air data in the vehicle is lower than the ozone set threshold value, or the ozone disinfection module is closed after the disinfection set time period, and the system enters a dormant state.
Specifically, still include:

The disinfection device of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system provided by the second embodiment of the application can be used for executing the disinfection method of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system provided by the first embodiment of the application, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
Example three:
the embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium containing computer executable instructions, and the computer executable instructions are used for executing a disinfection method of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system when being executed by a computer processor, the disinfection method of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system comprises the steps of collecting an ACC signal at an ACC input end of a vehicle, detecting the running state of the vehicle based on the ACC signal, acquiring in-vehicle air data collected by a sensor module in real time when the running of the vehicle is detected, displaying the in-vehicle air data in a color L CD display module in real time, and operating an exhaust fan in real time, and starting an ultraviolet disinfection module and a plasma disinfection module of the disinfection module when the TVOC concentration of the in-vehicle air data exceeds a set TVOC concentration threshold value.
Storage medium-any of various types of memory devices or storage devices. Claims (10)

1. A vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system is characterized by comprising a control module and a disinfection module;
the disinfection module comprises an ultraviolet disinfection module, a plasma disinfection module and an ozone disinfection module and is used for providing a corresponding disinfection mode for disinfection;
the control module is integrated with a sensor module, the sensor module is used for collecting air data in a vehicle, and the control module is in butt joint with the disinfection module through a 24V power output interface and is used for driving and controlling the disinfection module to start a corresponding mode for disinfection;
the control module also comprises a 24V power input interface which is used for accessing a vehicle power supply to supply power for the system.
2. The vehicle mounted intelligent disinfection system of claim 1 further comprising a color L CD display module, said color L CD display module interfacing said control module via CAN signal lines for human-machine interaction.
3. The vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system of claim 1, further comprising an instrument control switch, wherein the instrument control switch is in butt joint with the control module and is used for driving and controlling the disinfection module to start a corresponding mode for disinfection.
4. The vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system of claim 1, further comprising an exhaust fan, wherein the exhaust fan is in butt joint with the control module and is used for accelerating air flow in the vehicle.
5. The vehicle mounted intelligent disinfection system of claim 1, wherein the sensor module comprises a TVOC sensor, a PM2.5-10 sensor, and an ozone sensor.
6. A disinfection method of a vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system, which is applied to a control module of the vehicle-mounted intelligent disinfection system as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an ACC signal at an ACC input end of a vehicle, and detecting the running state of the vehicle based on the ACC signal;
when the running of a vehicle is detected, acquiring in-vehicle air data collected by a sensor module in real time, and displaying the in-vehicle air data in a color L CD display module in real time;
real-time operation updraft fan when the TVOC concentration of air data exceedes and sets for TVOC concentration threshold value in the car, start the ultraviolet ray disinfection module and the plasma disinfection module of disinfection module.

and the ozone disinfection module of the disinfection module is started in response to the third control signal of the instrument control switch, and the ozone disinfection module of the disinfection module is closed in response to the fourth control signal of the instrument control switch.

10. A storage medium containing computer executable instructions for performing a disinfection method of an in-vehicle intelligent disinfection system as claimed in any one of claims 6-8 when executed by a computer processor.
