Firstly, an operator pulls the L-shaped connecting rod 24 to move downwards, the L-shaped connecting rod 24 moves downwards to drive the third connecting rod 22 to move downwards, the third connecting rod 22 moves downwards to drive the inner end of the second connecting rod 21 to move downwards, the inner end of the second connecting rod 21 moves downwards to cause the outer end to move outwards, the outer end of the second connecting rod 21 moves outwards to drive the first connecting rod 20 to move outwards, the first connecting rod 20 moves outwards to drive the spline rod 6 to move outwards, further the first grinding wheel 9 and the second grinding wheel 11 move outwards, when the first grinding wheel 9 and the second grinding wheel 11 move outwards to proper positions, the L-shaped connecting rod 24 stops being pulled, after the bamboo tube is clamped and fixed by the clamping block 12, the L-shaped connecting rod 24 is loosened, the spline rod 6 moves inwards to reset under the action of the first spring 7, and the sliding sleeve 23 also moves upwards to reset, so that the end face of the bamboo tube can be ground. Therefore, the spline rods 6 on the left side and the right side do not need to be pulled by two hands of an operator to move outwards, and the operation is convenient and fast.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present embodiment is mainly different from embodiments 1 and 2 in that the present embodiment further includes a second roller 25 and a wedge rod 26, the wedge rod 26 is fixedly connected to the middle of the top of the fixing sleeve 182, the top end of the wedge rod 26 penetrates through the upper portion of the L-shaped plate 181 and is slidably engaged with the same, the second roller 25 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the L-shaped link 24, and the second roller 25 is in contact engagement with the inclined surface of the wedge rod 26.
When an operator pulls the L-shaped connecting rod 24 to move downwards, the L-shaped connecting rod 24 also drives the second roller 25 to move downwards, the second roller 25 moves downwards to drive the wedge-shaped rod 26 to move forwards, the wedge-shaped rod 26 moves forwards to drive the fixing sleeve 182 to move forwards, the fixing sleeve 182 moves forwards to drive the hexagonal rod 18 to move forwards, so that the upper portion of the clamping block 12 swings outwards to a proper position, when the L-shaped connecting rod 24 stops moving downwards, the fixing sleeve 182 stops moving forwards, a bamboo tube can be placed on the inclined block 16, the L-shaped connecting rod 24 is loosened, and the sliding sleeve 23 drives the wedge-shaped rod 26 to move backwards to reset. Therefore, the operator does not need to pull the hexagonal rod 18 to move forwards, and time and labor are saved.

Claims (1)
1. A bamboo tube end surface repairing device is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a working rack (1) and a waste frame (2), wherein the waste frame (2) is fixedly connected to one side of the working rack (1);
the grinding mechanisms are arranged on two sides in the working rack (1) and are used for grinding burrs on the end face of the bamboo tube;
the clamping and placing mechanism is arranged in the middle of the working rack (1), is matched with the grinding mechanism and is used for placing and clamping the bamboo tube;
grinding machanism including:
the waste material processing device comprises a first speed reducing motor (3) and a second speed reducing motor (4), wherein the first speed reducing motor (3) is installed at the edge position of one side in a working rack (1) close to a waste material frame (2), and the second speed reducing motor (4) is installed at the edge position of one side in the working rack (1) close to the waste material frame (2) and far away from the first speed reducing motor (3);
the hollow pipe (5), the said hollow pipe (5) is mounted on output shaft of the said first gear motor (3) and second gear motor (4);
the hollow pipe type motor-driven generator comprises spline rods (6), first motors (8) and second motors (10), wherein the spline rods (6) are slidably placed in the hollow pipe (5), the first motor (8) is installed at the tail end of one spline rod (6), and the second motor (10) is installed at the tail end of the other spline rod (6);
the first spring (7) is sleeved on the spline rod (6), one end of the first spring (7) is fixedly connected with one end of the spline rod (6) far away from the hollow tube (5), and the other end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the end part of the hollow tube (5) facing the clamping and placing mechanism;
a first polishing wheel (9) and a second polishing wheel (11), wherein the first polishing wheel (9) is arranged on an output shaft of the first motor (8), and the second polishing wheel (11) is arranged on an output shaft of the second motor (10);
the clamping and placing mechanism comprises:
the L-shaped plate (181), the L-shaped plate (181) is mounted on one side outside the working rack (1);
the hexagonal rod (18), the said hexagonal rod (18) is slidably cross-connected to the work frame (1) side close to waste material frame (2) and L template (181), its one end runs through the said L template (181) and cooperates with it slidably, another end is affixed with the wedge block (17);
the fixing sleeve (182) is fixed on the hexagonal rod (18), a third spring (183) is connected between one side of the fixing sleeve (182) far away from the wedge block (17) and one side of the fixing sleeve facing the inner side of the L-shaped plate (181) of the wedge block (17), and the fixing sleeve is sleeved on the hexagonal rod (18);
the connecting device comprises clamping blocks (12) and connecting blocks (13), wherein the number of the connecting blocks (13) is at least two, the connecting blocks (13) are arranged on two sides in the working rack (1), and the clamping blocks (12) are hinged to the inner ends of the connecting blocks (13) on the two sides;
the second spring (15), the said second spring (15) is connected to and faced the first electrical machinery (8) and close to the side of the clamping block (12) of both sides of the waste material frame (2);
the inclined block (16) is slidably placed between the inner sides of the two clamping blocks (12) close to the waste material frame (2), and is in contact fit with the clamping blocks (12) and the wedge-shaped block (17);
the first roller (14), the first roller (14) is rotatably mounted on the end part of the clamping block (12) facing to the two sides of the waste material frame (2), and the first roller is in inclined contact with the inclined block (16);
the number of the partition plates (19) is at least two, and the partition plates (19) are symmetrically arranged in the middle of one side of the working rack (1) close to the L-shaped plate (181) and far away from the waste frame (2);
the sliding sleeve (23) is placed between the inner sides of the two partition plates (19) in a sliding manner, and the third connecting rod (22) is connected in the sliding sleeve (23) in a sliding manner;
the number of the second connecting rods (21) is at least two, and the second connecting rods (21) are hinged to two ends of the third connecting rod (22);
the first connecting rod (20) is rotatably connected to one end, far away from the hollow pipe (5), of the spline rod (6), and the tail end of the first connecting rod (20) is hinged to the tail end of the second connecting rod (21);
the L-shaped connecting rod (24) is mounted in the middle of one side of the sliding sleeve (23) and penetrates through one side of the partition plate (19);
the wedge-shaped rod (26) is mounted on one side, facing the L-shaped connecting rod (24), of the fixing sleeve (182), the tail end of the wedge-shaped rod (26) penetrates through the L-shaped plate (181), and the wedge-shaped rod (26) is in sliding fit with the L-shaped plate (181);
and the second roller (25) is matched with the wedge-shaped rod (26), and the second roller (25) is rotatably arranged at the end part of the L-shaped connecting rod (24) facing the L-shaped plate (181) and is in inclined contact with the wedge-shaped rod (26).
