s5, rotating the turntable to drive the products passing the detection in the step S4 to rotate to a fourth detection mechanism, wherein the turntable is static, the fourth detection mechanism detects the products on the carrying seat, if the products pass the detection and are qualified, the turntable rotates to an unloading position, and the moving-out mechanism grabs the qualified products to a qualified product storage area; if the detection is failed and the product is unqualified, the turntable rotates to an unloading position, and the moving-out mechanism grabs the unqualified product to an unqualified product storage area.
The product detection mechanism also comprises two detection mechanisms or three detection mechanisms or four detection mechanisms or five detection mechanisms or more detection mechanisms, for example, when the product is detected, if N (N is more than or equal to 1) detection mechanisms exist, the product passes through the N detection mechanisms (each detection mechanism detects once, and N times of detection are carried out through the N detection mechanisms), and the product is qualified; if the products are qualified after the N-1 times of detection, one time of detection fails, the products are unqualified products, and the one-time detection means that one detection mechanism detects one performance of the products, and each detection mechanism only detects one performance of the products.

the product detection mechanism is used for detecting whether the product on the carrying seat (20) is qualified or not, and comprises a first detection mechanism (24) arranged on the periphery of the rotary disc (16), and the rotary disc (16) rotates under the driving of the power mechanism so as to drive the carrying seat (20) to move to a position which can be opposite to the product detection mechanism;
at least one fixing mechanism (22) is fixedly arranged on the edge of the fixing table (15), and the fixing mechanism (22) is used for fixing the product (21) moved to the product detection mechanism;
the qualified product storage area is arranged on one side of the unqualified product storage area, the rotary disc (16) is used for moving the detected products (21) to the unloading position, the moving-out mechanism (17) is used for transferring the qualified products (21) positioned at the unloading position to the qualified product storage area, and the moving-out mechanism (17) is also used for transferring the unqualified products (21) positioned at the unloading position to the unqualified product storage area.

The automatic product detection device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism (22) comprises a first cylinder (225) fixedly arranged on the fixing table (15) and a fixing assembly connected with the first cylinder (225), the fixing assembly comprises a fixing seat (221) connected with the first cylinder (225), a connecting piece (222) arranged on the fixing seat (221) and a fixing piece (223) connected with the connecting piece (222) and extending towards the edge of the turntable (16), and the fixing assembly moves towards or away from the product to be detected along the axial direction of the first cylinder (225) under the driving of the first cylinder (225).
