- A PRP centrifuge sleeve, comprising: comprises an outer sleeve (1) and a spiral coil (2);the outer sleeve (1) is used for being connected with a rotating shaft of a centrifuge, and the spiral coil (2) and the blood collection tube are arranged in the outer sleeve (1);the spiral coil (2) is arranged on the inner side of the outer sleeve (1), and two connecting ends of the spiral coil (2) are used for being connected with a power supply outside the outer sleeve (1);spiral coil (2) are around the axis spiral winding of outer sleeve (1), spiral coil (2) are used for twineing in the periphery of the heparin tube of packing into in outer sleeve (1).
- 2. The PRP centrifugal sleeve of claim 1, wherein: the blood collection tube is characterized by further comprising an inner sleeve (3), wherein the inner sleeve (3) is used for inserting a blood collection tube;the inner sleeve (3) is inserted into the inner side of the outer sleeve (1), and the spiral coil (2) is wound on the periphery of the inner sleeve (3) and the periphery of the blood sampling tube inserted into the inner sleeve (3).
- 3. The PRP centrifugal sleeve of claim 2, wherein: the sleeve opening of the inner sleeve (3) is covered by the sleeve cover (4).
- 4. The PRP centrifugal sleeve of claim 3, wherein: the sleeve opening of the outer sleeve (1) is provided with external threads, the sleeve cover (4) is provided with internal threads, and the sleeve cover (4) is in threaded connection with the outer sleeve (1).
- 5. The PRP centrifugal sleeve of any one of claims 2-4, wherein: the outer sleeve (1) and the inner sleeve (3) are fixedly connected or detachably connected.
- A PRP centrifuge, characterized by: comprising a centrifuge body (5) and a PRP centrifuge sleeve according to any of claims 1-5;the centrifuge body (5) comprises a sleeve frame (6) and a pulse current generator (7); the sleeve frame (6) is fixed on a rotating shaft of the centrifuge main body (5), and the outer sleeve (1) is installed on the sleeve frame (6); the pulse current generator (7) is installed on the centrifuge body (5), and the pulse current generator (7) is electrically connected with the two connecting ends of the spiral coil (2) through electric wires.

The PRP centrifuge of claim 6, wherein: the sleeve frame (6) comprises an upper connecting arm (61) and a lower connecting arm (62) arranged below the upper connecting arm (61); the upper connecting arm (61) is connected with the part, close to the pipe orifice, of the outer sleeve (1), and the lower connecting arm (62) is connected with the part, close to the pipe tail, of the outer sleeve (1).

- A process for preparing PRP using the PRP centrifuge of any one of claims 6 to 9 for preparing concentrated PRP and separating platelet poor plasma fractions, comprising the steps of:s1: collecting venous blood in a blood collection tube under aseptic conditions;s2: placing the blood collection tube with the collected venous blood into a PRP centrifugal sleeve;s3: setting centrifugal force and centrifugal time;s4: and (3) introducing pulse alternating current into the spiral coil of the PRP centrifugal sleeve when the centrifugation is started, so that the magnetic field with the direction changed by the spiral coil acts on the charged growth factors in the blood collection tube, and the charged growth factors are promoted to be gathered towards the leucoderma layer to quickly obtain the PRP with high concentration.
