本发明公开了一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置及其净化方法,属于空气净化技术领域,包括内循环箱,内循环箱的右侧设置有内循环空气泵,内循环箱的上端设置有第一净化箱,第一净化箱的上端设置有第二净化箱,第二净化箱的上端设置有空气输出箱,空气输出箱的两侧均贯穿连接有环形管,环形管上设置有多个排气管,排气管上设置有多个排气口,排气管的外侧固定连接有大棚支架。本发明通过使用吸湿盒和净化盒,从而达到净化大棚内部空气的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置及其净化方法,特别是涉及一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置及其净化方法,属于空气净化技术领域。
背景技术
种植大棚主要用来种植蔬菜瓜果,其种植大棚内部的空气质量对蔬菜瓜果的生长极为重要。目前净化大棚内部的主要方法是敞开大棚使大棚内部空气与外部空气相互流通,从而达到净化大棚内部空气的目的,但此方式难以保证外部空气的湿度是否符合标准,也难以保证空气质量是否良好。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是为了提供一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,通过使用吸湿盒和净化盒,从而达到净化大棚内部空气的目的。
本发明的目的可以通过采用如下技术方案达到:
一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,包括内循环箱,所述内循环箱的右侧设置有内循环空气泵,所述内循环箱的上端设置有第一净化箱,所述第一净化箱的上端设置有第二净化箱,所述第二净化箱的上端设置有空气输出箱,所述空气输出箱的两侧均贯穿连接有环形管,所述环形管上设置有多个排气管,所述排气管上设置有多个排气口,所述排气管的外侧固定连接有大棚支架。
优选的,所述内循环箱的左侧设置有外循环箱,所述外循环箱的右侧开设有进气口,所述进气口的外侧连接有进气管。
优选的,所述内循环箱的后侧设置有进气格栅,所述内循环箱的前侧设置有操作面板。
优选的,所述第一净化箱的内部设置有吸湿盒,所述第二净化箱的内部设置有净化盒。
优选的,所述吸湿盒和所述净化盒的一侧均设置有密封胶条,所述吸湿盒和所述净化盒的底部均设置有透气网。
优选的,所述环形管的两端与所述空气输出箱互连互通,所述排气管为L形排气管。
优选的,所述吸湿盒的内部填充有吸湿剂,所述净化盒的内部填充有活性炭。
优选的,所述内循环箱的后侧设置有进气格栅。
一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置的净化方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:当大棚内空气污浊时,在净化盒的内部填充活性炭;
步骤2:开启内循环空气泵使大棚内的空气由进气格栅进入,通过净化盒净化,然后通过排气管排出;
步骤3:当大棚内湿度较大时,在吸湿盒的内部填充吸湿剂;
步骤4:开启内循环空气泵使大棚内的空气由进气格栅进入,通过吸湿盒除湿,然后通过排气管排出;
步骤5:当大棚内的二氧化碳浓度较高时,开启外循环空气泵使外部新鲜空气通过进气管输入大棚内,降低二氧化碳浓度。
本发明的有益技术效果:按照本发明的植大棚内部空气净化装置,吸湿盒可以调节大棚内的湿度,以适应植被生长;净化盒可以净化大棚内部的空气,除去空气中的有害气体,提高蔬菜食用安全性;通过排气管可以将净化后的空气排放到大棚的各个角落,提高净化率。

为使本领域技术人员更加清楚和明确本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
如图1-图6所示,本实施例提供的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,包括内循环箱1,内循环箱1的右侧设置有内循环空气泵13。内循环箱1的上端设置有第一净化箱3,第一净化箱3的上端设置有第二净化箱4,第二净化箱4的上端设置有空气输出箱5,空气输出箱5的两侧均贯穿连接有环形管6,环形管6上设置有多个排气管7,所述排气管7上设置有多个排气口8,排气管7的外侧固定连接有大棚支架9。第二净化箱4可以除去空气中的有害气体,提高蔬菜食用安全性。通过排气管7可以将净化后的空气排放到大棚的各个角落,提高净化率。
在本实施例中,如图1和图6所示,内循环箱1的左侧设置有外循环箱2,外循环箱2的右侧开设有进气口19,进气口19的外侧连接有进气管11。外循环箱2可以将外部的新鲜空气输送到大棚内。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,内循环箱1的后侧设置有进气格栅17,内循环箱1的前侧设置有操作面板14。
在本实施例中,如图1、图4和图5所示,第一净化箱3的内部设置有吸湿盒15,第二净化箱4的内部设置有净化盒16。吸湿盒15可以调节大棚内的湿度,以适应植被生长。净化盒16可以净化大棚内部的空气,除去空气中的有害气体,提高蔬菜食用安全性。
在本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,吸湿盒15和净化盒16的一侧均设置有密封胶条20,吸湿盒15和净化盒16的底部均设置有透气网18。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,环形管6的两端与空气输出箱5互连互通,排气管7为L形排气管。通过排气管7可以将净化后的空气排放到大棚的各个角落,提高净化率。
在本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,吸湿盒15的内部填充有吸湿剂,净化盒16的内部填充有活性炭。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,内循环箱1的后侧设置有进气格栅17。
一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置的净化方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:当大棚内空气污浊时,在净化盒16的内部填充活性炭;
步骤2:开启内循环空气泵13使大棚内的空气由进气格栅17进入,通过净化盒16净化,然后通过排气管7排出;
步骤3:当大棚内湿度较大时,在吸湿盒15的内部填充吸湿剂;
步骤4:开启内循环空气泵13使大棚内的空气由进气格栅17进入,通过吸湿盒15除湿,然后通过排气管7排出;
步骤5:当大棚内的二氧化碳浓度较高时,开启外循环空气泵12使外部新鲜空气通过进气管11输入大棚内,降低二氧化碳浓度。
综上所述,在本实施例中,按照本实施例的种植大棚内部空气净化装置,本实施例提供的种植大棚内部空气净化装置,吸湿盒15可以调节大棚内的湿度,以适应植被生长;净化盒16可以净化大棚内部的空气,除去空气中的有害气体,提高蔬菜食用安全性;通过排气管7可以将净化后的空气排放到大棚的各个角落,提高净化率。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述内循环箱(1)的左侧设置有外循环箱(2),所述外循环箱(2)的右侧开设有进气口(19),所述进气口(19)的外侧连接有进气管(11)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述内循环箱(1)的后侧设置有进气格栅(17),所述内循环箱(1)的前侧设置有操作面板(14)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述第一净化箱(3)的内部设置有吸湿盒(15),所述第二净化箱(4)的内部设置有净化盒(16)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述吸湿盒(15)和所述净化盒(16)的一侧均设置有密封胶条(20),所述吸湿盒(15)和所述净化盒(16)的底部均设置有透气网(18)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述环形管(6)的两端与所述空气输出箱(5)互连互通,所述排气管(7)为L形排气管。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述吸湿盒(15)的内部填充有吸湿剂,所述净化盒(16)的内部填充有活性炭。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述内循环箱(1)的后侧设置有进气格栅(17)。
9.一种种植大棚内部空气净化装置的净化方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:当大棚内空气污浊时,在净化盒(16)的内部填充活性炭;
步骤2:开启内循环空气泵(13)使大棚内的空气由进气格栅(17)进入,通过净化盒(16)净化,然后通过排气管(7)排出;
步骤3:当大棚内湿度较大时,在吸湿盒(15)的内部填充吸湿剂;
步骤4:开启内循环空气泵(13)使大棚内的空气由进气格栅(17)进入,通过吸湿盒(15)除湿,然后通过排气管(7)排出;
步骤5:当大棚内的二氧化碳浓度较高时,开启外循环空气泵(12)使外部新鲜空气通过进气管(11)输入大棚内,降低二氧化碳浓度。
