The first transfer bed lifting device is not limited in structure, such as an electric push rod or an air cylinder. In fig. 1, the transfer bed base 12 is a frame structure including a transfer bed column 121, an upper cross beam 122, a lower cross beam 123, and a longitudinal beam 124, and the first transfer bed lifting device is installed in an outer column 1211 and connected to an inner column 1212. In fig. 7 and 8, the transfer bed column of the transfer bed base 12 is labeled 121b, and includes an inner column 1211b and an outer column 1212 b. The bearing mechanism 14 and the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 are connected together and then connected with a first transfer bed lifting device, and the first transfer bed lifting device is installed on the inner upright 1212. Through setting up first transfer bed elevating gear can adjust and transport bed board transport mechanism 13 and bear the height of mechanism 14 for ground, and then, can aim at with not the operation table 2 of co-altitude, is convenient for will transport bed board 11 and convey the operation table and convey the operation bed board and bear mechanism 14.
In one embodiment, the transfer bed 1 includes a second transfer bed lifting device, which is disposed between the carrying mechanism 14 and the transfer bed board conveying mechanism 13 for driving the transfer bed board conveying mechanism 13 to lift. With continued reference to fig. 1 in conjunction with fig. 2 and 5, in one embodiment, the operating table 2 includes a switch for controlling the operating table 1 to start transferring the operating table board 21, for example, the operating table base 22 is provided with a positioning hole, and the switch is disposed in the positioning hole. The transfer bed base 11 is provided with a positioning column 17 which is butted with the operating bed 2, the positioning column 17 is abutted against the switch, and therefore the switch is triggered by the transfer bed to generate a descending signal. In case the medical device does not comprise a controller, the lowering signal directly controls the operating bed lifting device 24 to drive the operating bed plate transfer mechanism 23 to lower. In the case where the medical equipment includes a controller, the controller controls the operating table lifting device 24 to drive the operating table transport mechanism 23 to descend according to the descending signal. Realized the automation of operation bed board transport mechanism 23 and descend through the triggering of transporting bed 1, improve the convenience of transporting, in addition, reference column 17 with operation bed 2's locating hole butt joint can prevent operation bed 2 and transport 1 relative motion for patient's transportation is more steady. With continued reference to fig. 1, in one embodiment, in order to enable the height of the positioning column 17 relative to the ground to be adjusted to accommodate positioning mechanisms (such as positioning holes) disposed at different heights on the operating bed, the positioning column 17 is movably connected to the base 12 of the transfer bed. The transfer bed 1 comprises a positioning column lifting device. The structure of the positioning column lifting device is not limited, as long as the lifting of the positioning column 17 can be realized, in fig. 1, the positioning column lifting device is an electric push rod, and a lifting groove extending in the vertical direction is formed in the transfer bed upright column 121 of the transfer bed base 12. The transfer bed base 12 includes a connecting beam 127, and both ends of the connecting beam 127 are located in the corresponding lifting grooves, respectively. Two positioning posts 17 are located on the connecting beam 127. The positioning column lifting device drives the connecting beam 127 to move in the vertical direction along the lifting groove to drive the positioning column 17 to move in the vertical direction, so as to adjust the height of the positioning column 17 relative to the ground.
With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 3, in order to limit the movement of the transport bed plate 11 on the transport bed plate conveying mechanism 13, so that the transport bed plate 11 is accurately conveyed to the initial position of the surgical bed plate, the opposite sides of the top of the transport bed base 12 are respectively provided with a limiting block, and the limiting block includes a transport bed plate first stop 125 connected to the surgical bed base 12 and a transport bed plate second stop 126 facing the transport bed plate conveying mechanism 13. Transport the first dog 125 of bed board, transport the bed board second dog 126 with transport bed board transport mechanism 13 and constitute and transport the bed board spacing groove, the lateral part of transporting bed board 11 is located corresponding transport bed board spacing inslot. In fig. 1 and 3, the first transfer bed plate stopper 125, the second transfer bed plate stopper 126, and the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 form a shape of a Chinese character 'ao', and there are four transfer bed plate stoppers.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 5 in combination with fig. 1, the present application discloses an operating table 2, which is connected to a transfer table 1 having a transfer table 11, a transfer table transport mechanism 13 and a carrying mechanism 14 for transferring a patient. The operating bed 2 comprises an operating bed plate 21, an operating bed base 22 and an operating bed plate conveying mechanism 23. The operating bed base 22 bears the operating bed board conveying mechanism 23 and the operating bed board 21, and the structure is not limited. After the surgical bed 2 is aligned with the carrying mechanism 14, the surgical bed board conveying mechanism 23 conveys the surgical bed board 21 to the carrying mechanism 14, and/or carries the surgical bed board 21 conveyed back from the carrying mechanism 14, for example, the following three conditions are included:
1) the operating table board 21 is carried by other mechanisms of the operating table 2, and when the operating table 2 is aligned with the carrying mechanism 14, the operating table board conveying mechanism 23 conveys the operating table board 21 to the carrying mechanism 14, or of course, the operating table board conveying mechanism 23 and the carrying mechanism 14 are matched together to convey the operating table board 21 to the carrying mechanism 14;
2) the operating bed board conveying mechanism 23 can convey the operating bed board 21 to the bearing mechanism 14 and can also bear the operating bed board 21 conveyed back from the bearing mechanism 14;
3) the table board transport mechanism 23 can only carry the table board 21 transported back from the carrying mechanism 14, and in this case, the table board 21 may be transported back to the table board transport mechanism 23 by the carrying mechanism 14 and carried by the table board transport mechanism 23.
Operation bed board transport mechanism 23 in the operation table 2 with transport bed board transport mechanism 13 and aim at the back, bear the weight of and follow transport bed board transport mechanism 13 and convey transport bed board 11, and/or, will transport bed board 11 and convey back transport bed 1 to the realization is transported bed board 11 and is in operation table 2 and transport the conveying between the bed 1, for example, includes following three kinds of condition:

2) The operation bed board conveying mechanism 23 can bear the transfer bed board 11 and can also convey the borne transfer bed board 11 back to the transfer bed 1, so that the transfer of the patient transfer bed 1 to the operation bed 2 and the transfer from the operation bed 2 to the transfer bed 1 are completed by the operation bed board conveying mechanism 23 under the condition that the operation bed 2 is aligned with the transfer bed board conveying mechanism 13;
3) transferring the transport bed 11 back to the transport bed 1, for example, includes two situations:
3.1) the transfer bed plate 11 is not carried by the operating bed plate transport mechanism 23, but by other mechanisms of the operating bed 2, and when the operating bed 2 is aligned with the transfer bed plate transport mechanism 13, the operating bed plate transport mechanism 23 transports the transfer bed plate 11 back to the transfer bed 1 from other mechanisms of the operating bed 2;
3.2) transport bed board 11 and be born by operation bed board transport mechanism 23, under the condition that operation bed 2 aligns with transport bed board transport mechanism 13, this operation bed board transport mechanism 23 will transport bed board 11 and pass back and transport bed 1, perhaps, this operation bed board transport mechanism 23 and transport bed board transport mechanism 13 cooperation and will transport bed board 11 and convey back and transport bed 1.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23 is a roller conveying mechanism, and includes a plurality of parallel surgical bed plate rollers 231 provided in the surgical bed base 22, a surgical bed plate conveyor belt 232 connected to the surgical bed plate rollers 231, and a surgical bed plate driving device for driving the rollers to rotate, and may not include a driving device. In other embodiments, the surgical bed board conveying mechanism includes a conveying guide rail, a conveying roller assembled with the conveying guide rail, and a surgical bed board driving device for driving the surgical bed board or transferring the bed board to move, and of course, the surgical bed board conveying mechanism may not include the surgical bed board driving device. The conveying guide rail is connected to one of the operating bed base 22 and the operating bed board tail portion 212, and the conveying roller is arranged on the other one of the operating bed base 22 and the operating bed board tail portion 212.
In the medical apparatus shown in fig. 3 to 6, the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23 is movably connected to the surgical bed base 22. This medical equipment still includes operation table elevating gear 24, this operation table elevating gear 24 drive operation bed board transport mechanism 23 goes up and down, and in this embodiment, operation table elevating gear 24 drives operation bed board transport mechanism 23 and descends so that operation table 2 aims at bearing mechanism 14, drives operation bed board transport mechanism 23 and rises so that operation table 2 aims at and transports bed board transport mechanism 13. The aforementioned alignment can be achieved by controlling the stroke of the operating table lifting device 24, or by providing a sensor, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the operating table base 22 is provided with a lifting limit switch 25 corresponding to the lifting stop position, the limit switch 25 is triggered (e.g. pressed) by the operating table plate 21 to generate a switch signal, and the operating table lifting device 24 is controlled by the switch signal to stop the lowering of the operating table plate conveying mechanism 23. Of course, in other embodiments, the medical apparatus includes a controller that controls the operation table lifting device 24 to stop descending according to the switch signal. By arranging the lifting limit switch 25, not only the precise alignment of the operating bed board conveying mechanism 23 and the bearing mechanism 14 is realized, but also the automatic control of the descending of the operating bed board 21 is realized.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, surgical bed board limiting blocks are disposed on opposite sides of the top of the surgical bed base 22, each surgical bed board limiting block includes a first surgical bed board stop 221 connected to the surgical bed base 22 and a second surgical bed board stop 222 facing the surgical bed board conveying mechanism 22, the first surgical bed board stop 221, the second surgical bed board stop 222 and the transfer bed board conveying mechanism 23 form a surgical bed board limiting groove, and the side portion of the surgical bed board 21 is located in the corresponding surgical bed board limiting groove, so that the width direction and the vertical direction of the surgical bed board 21 are limited. In fig. 2, 5 and 6, the first surgical bed plate stopper 221, the second surgical bed plate stopper 222 and the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 23 form a shape of a Chinese character 'ao'. As shown in fig. 2, surgical bed board tail 212 is wider than surgical bed board head 211, as shown in fig. 6, transferring bed board tail 212 is wider than transferring bed board head 211, in order to make surgical bed board tail 212 limited in the length direction of surgical bed board 21 (can be understood as the left and right of surgical bed board), the end of surgical bed board limiting groove is provided with baffle 223 to block surgical bed board tail 212 or transferring bed board tail 112.
Referring to fig. 3 to fig. 6 in conjunction with fig. 1 and fig. 2, the operation of the first medical apparatus is described as follows:
first, for convenience of description, in this embodiment, the transfer table transport mechanism 13, the carrying mechanism 14, the table transport mechanism 23, and the table lifting device 24 each have a start switch and a pause switch (or a power-off switch), and when the start switch is pressed, the mechanisms/devices start to operate, and when the pause switch (or the power-off switch) is pressed, the mechanisms/devices pause/stop operating, and further, the mechanisms/devices each include a driving device. Therefore, when the aforesaid mechanisms/devices start to operate, the corresponding switch is pressed by default, and the switch signal controls the driving device to operate so that the driving device drives the relevant components of the mechanisms/devices to realize the relevant operations. In this embodiment, the position at which the surgical bed 21 is not lowered is referred to as a surgical bed initial position.
1) The patient is transferred from the transfer bed 1 to the operating bed 2 for examination or surgery:
the alignment guide rails 30 are arranged on the ground, the alignment rollers 128 are respectively arranged at four corners of the bottom of the transfer bed base 12, the alignment rollers 128 move along the alignment guide rails 30 until the head of the transfer bed is butted with the tail of the operation bed, which can also be considered as the butt of the tail of the operation bed base 22 and the head of the transfer bed base 12, and the state after the butt of the transfer bed 1 and the operation bed 2 is shown in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 4 in combination with fig. 2, after the operation bed 2 is docked with the transfer bed 1, the operation bed lifting device 24 drives the operation bed plate conveying mechanism 23 to lower with the operation bed plate 21, so that the operation bed 2 is aligned with the carrying mechanism 14. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, after the operating bed 2 is aligned with the bearing mechanism 14, the operating bed plate conveying mechanism 23 drives the operating bed plate 21 to move towards the transfer bed 1 until the operating bed plate 21 is carried by the bearing mechanism 14 of the transfer bed 1. Next, referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 in combination with fig. 1, the operating bed lifting device 24 drives the operating bed plate conveying mechanism 23 to lift until the operating bed 2 is aligned with the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13, and in the aligned condition, the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 drives the transfer bed plate 11 to move away from the transfer bed 1 to the operating bed 2 until the operating bed plate initial position is reached and the operating bed plate conveying mechanism 23 carries the operating bed plate, so that the transfer bed plate 11 replaces the operating bed plate 21. Of course, the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 and the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23 may jointly convey the transfer bed plate 11 onto the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23 instead of the surgical bed plate 21.
Above-mentioned in-process, transport bed board 11 and replace operation bed board 21 and born by the load-bearing mechanism 14 of transporting bed 1, like this, patient is when inspection or operation, and operation bed 2 only has the one deck bed board, has ensured image quality under the condition of less ray dosage, and in addition, this in-process, patient is carried the operation bed through transporting bed board 11, and patient need not be moved in whole process, has avoided patient to receive the condition of secondary injury.
2) After the operation or examination is completed, the patient is transported from the operation bed 2 to the transport bed 1:
referring to fig. 6 in combination with fig. 5, fig. 2 and fig. 1, after the operation or examination is completed, the operation bed 2 is aligned with the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13, and the operation bed plate conveying mechanism 23 drives the transfer bed plate 11 to move the transfer bed plate 11 to the transfer bed 1 until the transfer bed plate 11 is carried by the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13. The transfer bed plate 11 may be carried with the patient, returned to the transfer bed 1, and carried by the transfer bed plate transport mechanism 13 under the joint transport of the surgical bed plate transport mechanism 23 and the transfer bed plate transport mechanism 13.
In the process, the transfer bed plate 11 carries the patient to return to the transfer bed 1 from the operating bed 2, the patient does not need to be carried in the whole process, and secondary damage to the patient is avoided.
3) The surgical bed plate 21 is returned from the support means 14 of the transfer bed 1 to the surgical bed plate initial position.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, after the transfer bed plate 11 returns to the transfer bed 1, the operation bed lifting device 24 drives the operation bed plate conveying mechanism 23 to descend so that the operation bed 2 is aligned with the bearing mechanism 14, the driving device of the bearing mechanism 14 pushes the operation bed plate 21 so that the operation bed plate 21 moves to the operation bed plate conveying mechanism 23 on the bearing mechanism 14 until being borne by the operation bed plate conveying mechanism 23, and then the operation bed lifting device 24 drives the operation bed plate conveying mechanism 23 and the operation bed plate 21 to ascend until the operation bed plate 21 returns to the operation bed plate initial position.
In the above-described process, when the surgical bed conveying mechanism 23 is a roller conveying mechanism having a driving device, the carriage mechanism 14 may be a roller conveying mechanism without a driving device, but the following description will be given of the operation process when the carriage mechanism 14 is a roller conveying mechanism having a driving device. Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 1, after the operating bed 2 is aligned with the carrying mechanism 14, the operating bed driving device and the carrying driving device make the operating bed conveyor belt 232 and the operating bed plate roller 231 and the carrying conveyor belt 142 and the carrying roller 141 rotate clockwise as shown by arrow a in the figure, and then the operating bed plate 21 is conveyed onto the carrying mechanism 14. Under the condition of transporting bed board transport mechanism 13 and operating bed 2 and aim at, operating table board drive arrangement makes to transport bed board conveyer belt 132 and transport bed board cylinder 131 and operating table board conveyer belt 232 and operating table board cylinder 231 counter-clockwise turning with transporting bed board drive arrangement, transports bed board 11 and is transported operating table board initial position, transports bed board 11 under the clockwise turning's the condition and returns to transporting bed 1.
The description shows that the process of moving the patient from the transfer bed to the operation bed by adopting the rollers and the guide rails is as follows:
first, the structure of each member in one embodiment is explained as follows: the transport bed board afterbody 112 of transporting bed board 11 sets up the transport gyro wheel, and the setting of transport bed base 12 has the transporting groove the transportation guide rail. The tail part 112 of the operating bed board is provided with a conveying roller, and the operating bed lifting device 24 is connected with a conveying guide rail with a conveying groove. The carrier rails of the carrier 14 have carrier grooves. The operating bed board driving device, the bearing driving device and the transferring bed board driving device are telescopic air cylinders.
Next, the process is described as follows: after operation bed 2 docks with transport bed 1, operation bed elevating gear drives operation bed board transport mechanism 23 and operation bed board 21 and descends so that operation bed 2 aligns with bearing mechanism 14, afterwards, operation bed board drive arrangement promotes operation bed board 21, and the transport roller who is located operation bed board afterbody 212 follows the conveyer trough moves to the bearing groove that bears mechanism 14 until operation bed board 21 is born the weight of mechanism 14, and afterwards, operation bed elevating gear 24 drives the transport guide rail and rises so that operation bed 2 aligns with transporting bed board transport mechanism 13, transports bed board drive arrangement drive and transports bed board 11 and makes and transport the gyro wheel and move from the conveyer trough to the conveyer trough until transporting bed board 11 and being located operation bed board initial position.
After the operation or examination is completed, the patient is transferred from the operation bed 2 to the transfer bed 1 as follows:
transport bed board 11 is transported in transport bed board drive arrangement drive for transport bed board 11's transportation gyro wheel moves at conveyer trough and transfer tank, thereby, carries patient and leaves operation bed 2 and get back to and transport bed 1 from operation bed board initial position. After the transfer bed plate 11 leaves, the operation bed lifting device 24 drives the conveying guide rail to descend (i.e. the operation bed 2 is aligned with the bearing mechanism 14), the operation bed plate 21 is pushed by the bearing driving device to move along the bearing groove from the bearing mechanism to the conveying groove and is completely positioned on the conveying guide rail, and then, the operation bed lifting device 24 is lifted so that the operation bed plate 21 is positioned at the initial position of the operation bed plate.
Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 3 to 6, in order to accurately determine whether the surgical bed plate 21 is carried by the carrying mechanism 14 or is transported back to the surgical bed 2, the medical equipment includes a controller and a sensor disposed at an end of the surgical bed plate transport mechanism 23 facing the carrying mechanism 14 and/or at least one end of the carrying mechanism 14. The controller can set up in the operation table, also can set up in transporting the bed. The controller determines from the signals of the sensors whether the surgical bed 21 is conveyed to the carrier mechanism 14 or whether the surgical bed 21 is conveyed from the carrier mechanism 14 back to the surgical bed conveying mechanism 23. The controller stores the program for controlling the operation bed plate 21 to convey and the transferring bed plate 11 to convey so as to achieve the purpose of judging the position of the operation bed plate. The sensor is a non-contact sensor such as an infrared sensor or a photoelectric sensor, and includes a transmitter and a receiver, and for example, the position of the operation table 21 is determined by a state where the operation table 21 blocks the transmitter. The sensor may also be a touch switch or a displacement sensor. The sensor of at least one of the end of the surgical bed conveying mechanism 23 facing the bearing mechanism 14 and/or the end of the bearing mechanism 14 facing the surgical bed conveying mechanism 23 includes five embodiments as shown in table one below:

Since several other types of sensors are added or subtracted from the first embodiment and the fourth embodiment, the first embodiment and the fourth embodiment are described with reference to fig. 5 as follows:
the first embodiment is explained as follows: referring to fig. 5, a first sensor 26 is disposed at an end of the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23 facing the transfer bed, and the controller determines, according to a signal of the first sensor 26, whether the surgical bed plate 21 is carried by the carrying mechanism 14 or whether the surgical bed plate 21 is carried by the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23 after returning from the carrying mechanism 14 to the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23. For example, in the case where the sensor 26 is a non-contact sensor, in the initial state, the receiver can receive the signal sent by the transmitter, and as the surgical bed plate 21 is conveyed to the carrying mechanism 14, the change process of the signal received by the receiver is signal receivable → signal not receivable → signal receivable, so that the controller can determine that the surgical bed plate 21 is carried by the carrying mechanism 14. For the case that the surgical bed board 21 is transmitted back from the carrying mechanism 14 to the surgical bed board transmission mechanism 23, the change process of the signal received by the receiver is also signal receivable → signal not receivable → signal receivable, and how the controller determines the signal is as described above is not described again.
Since the first sensor 26 is provided only at the end of the table board transport mechanism 23 facing the support mechanism 14, it is also determined that the table board 21 is supported by the support mechanism 14 when the table board 21 is still partially positioned between the table board transport mechanism 23 and the support mechanism 14, and in order to avoid this, the fifth embodiment further provides the second sensor 143 and the third sensor 144 at both ends of the support mechanism 14, but of course, only the second sensor 143 may be additionally provided. The operation of the fifth embodiment is explained as follows:
referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 4-6, in this embodiment, the controller determines whether the surgical bed 21 is being transported back to the surgical bed transport mechanism 23 based on the signals of the first sensor 26 and the second sensor 143. More specifically, in the case where the surgical bed plate 21 is returned to the surgical bed plate transport mechanism 23, the signal emitted by the first sensor 26 is blocked by the surgical bed plate 21 and the signal emitted by the second sensor 143 is not blocked; in the case that the surgical bed plate 21 is supported by the supporting mechanism 14, the signal emitted by the first sensor 26 is not blocked by the surgical bed plate 21, but the signal emitted by the third sensor 144 is blocked, or the second sensor 143 and the third sensor 144 are both blocked, and the controller can determine the surgical bed plate 21 according to whether the signal emitted by the emitter is blocked.
In further embodiment, the controller is still according to the signal control of sensor transports bed board transport mechanism 13 conveying and transports bed board 11 to operation table 2, and is concrete, and after the controller judged that operation bed board 21 was conveyed to bearing mechanism 14, the controller again controlled transports bed board transport mechanism 13 conveying and transports bed board 11 to operation table 2, has realized transporting the automatic of bed board 11 and has transported.
With continuing reference to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 3 and 6, in order to accurately determine whether the transfer bed plate 11 is returned to the transfer bed 1 or transferred to the operating bed 2, the first medical device includes a controller and a sensor disposed at an end of the operating bed plate transfer mechanism 23 facing the transfer bed 1 and/or at least one end of the transfer bed plate transfer mechanism 14, and the controller determines whether the transfer bed plate 11 is transferred to the operating bed 2 or returned to the transfer bed 1 according to a signal of the sensor. There are also five embodiments, based on the teaching of the placement of sensors on the carrier 14, as shown in table two below:

Note that, since the surgical bed plate transport mechanism 23 can be aligned with the transport bed plate transport mechanism 13 or the carrying mechanism 14 by being lifted and lowered, the surgical bed plate 21 can be transported to the carrying mechanism 14 or the transport bed plate 11 can be transported back to the transport bed 1, and therefore, the sensor of the first embodiment in the second table described above may be the same sensor as the sensor of the first embodiment in the first table. By additionally arranging the fourth sensor 15 or the fourth sensor 15 and the fifth sensor 16, the judgment precision is higher, and the situation that the part of the transfer bed plate 11 which is also positioned at the butt joint of the transfer bed 1 and the operation bed 2 is not completely positioned at the transfer bed 1 under the condition that only one first sensor 26 is arranged is avoided.
In a further scheme, the controller is being transported under the circumstances that bed board 11 is sent back to transport bed 1, control operation bed board 21 is from bearing mechanism 14 and get back to operation bed 2, specifically, in this embodiment, control operation bed elevating gear 24 descends and makes operation bed 2 aim at bearing mechanism 14, gets back to operation bed board transport mechanism 23 back from bearing mechanism 14 at operation bed board 21, drives operation bed board transport mechanism 23 and operation bed board 21 and rises together until operation bed board 21 is located operation bed board initial position. Technical staff can understand, judge the position of transporting bed board 11 and/or operation bed board 21 through setting up the sensor, the controller carries out action on next step according to the result of judgement, not only makes the transportation of transporting bed board 11 and operation bed board 21 automatic, and then, transports patient automation, moreover, has still improved the accuracy of automatic transportation.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a second medical device is also disclosed. The medical device also comprises a transfer bed 1 and an operating bed 2. The medical device differs from the first medical device in that: the operating bed 2 of the medical equipment does not include the operating bed lifting device 24, but the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 and the bearing mechanism 14 can be lifted, and for this purpose, since the same transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13, bearing mechanism 14 and operating bed plate conveying mechanism 23 can be adopted for the first medical equipment and the second medical equipment, only the working process of the second medical equipment will be described in conjunction with fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 1 and fig. 2 as follows:
1) the patient is transferred from the transfer bed 1 to the operation bed 2 for examination or operation
As shown in fig. 7, when the operation bed 2 is docked with the transfer bed 1, the operation bed 2 is aligned with the carrying mechanism 14, and then the operation bed plate conveying mechanism 23 conveys the operation bed plate 21 to the carrying mechanism 14; next, as shown in fig. 8, the first transfer bed lifting device drives the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 and the carrying mechanism 14 to descend, so that the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 11 is aligned with the operating bed 2, the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 conveys the transfer bed plate 11 to the operating bed 2 until the transfer bed plate 11 is located at the operating bed plate initial position, and finally, the patient is examined or operated.
2) After the operation or examination is completed, the patient is transferred from the operation bed 2 to the transfer bed 1 and the operation bed 21 is transferred from the carrying mechanism 14 to the operation bed 2
As shown in fig. 8, the surgical bed plate conveying mechanism 23 conveys the transfer bed plate 11 back to the transfer bed 11 so that the patient is conveyed to the transfer bed 1, and then, as shown in fig. 7, the first transfer bed lifting device drives the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism 13 and the bearing mechanism 14 to be lifted so that the surgical bed 2 and the bearing mechanism 14 are aligned, and then, the bearing mechanism 14 conveys the carried surgical bed plate 21 back to the surgical bed 2.
It should be noted that the second medical device is only different from the first medical device in operation, and may be provided with sensors and include a controller, etc. as the first medical device. Under the condition of arranging the controller and the sensor, how to judge the positions of the operating bed plate 21 and the transfer bed plate 11 through the sensor and the controller is referred to the above and is not described again.
Although the present application has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and all changes, substitutions and alterations that fall within the spirit and scope of the application are to be understood as being covered by the following claims.

Claims (12)

1. A transfer bed is characterized in that the transfer bed comprises a transfer bed board, a transfer bed base and a transfer bed board conveying mechanism positioned between the transfer bed base and the transfer bed board, wherein,
the transfer bed base is provided with a bearing mechanism which is used for bearing the operating bed plate conveyed from the operating bed after the operating bed is aligned with the bearing mechanism and/or conveying the borne operating bed plate back to the operating bed;
transport bed board transport mechanism be used for in the operation table with transport bed board transport mechanism and aim at the back, the conveying the bed board extremely the operation table, and/or, bear and pass back from the operation table transport the bed board.
2. The transport bed of claim 1, wherein the transport bed deck transport mechanism is a roller transport mechanism;
or, transport the bed board including transporting the bed board head and transporting the bed board afterbody, transport bed board transport mechanism including transport the guide rail and with transport the transport gyro wheel of guide rail assembly, perhaps, transport bed board transport mechanism including transport the guide rail and transport the gyro wheel and drive with transport the guide rail assembly and transport the transport bed board drive arrangement that the guide rail moved relatively of gyro wheel, transport the guide rail set up in transporting a base with transport one of the bed board afterbody, transport the gyro wheel set up in transport a base with transport another person in the bed board afterbody.
3. A transfer bed as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carrying means is a roller conveyor;
or the bearing mechanism comprises a bearing guide rail along the direction from the head of the transfer bed to the tail of the transfer bed, or the bearing mechanism comprises a bearing guide rail and a bearing driving device for driving the operating bed plate; or the bearing mechanism comprises bearing rollers corresponding to four corners of the operating bed plate; or the bearing mechanism comprises bearing rollers corresponding to four corners of the operating bed board and a bearing driving device for driving the operating bed board.
4. The transfer bed of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the transfer bed comprises a first transfer bed lifting device, the bearing mechanism is disposed below the transfer bed board conveying mechanism and has a space with the transfer bed board conveying mechanism, and the first transfer bed lifting device drives the bearing mechanism and the transfer bed board conveying mechanism to lift.
5. The transfer bed of claim 1 or 4, wherein the transfer bed comprises a second transfer bed lifting device, the second transfer bed lifting device is arranged between the bearing mechanism and the transfer bed board conveying mechanism and used for driving the transfer bed board conveying mechanism to lift.
6. Transfer bed according to any of the claims 1-3, characterized in that the operating bed comprises a switch controlling the operating bed to start transferring an operating bed plate, and that the transfer bed base comprises a positioning post abutting against the switch.
7. The transfer bed of claim 6, wherein the positioning column is movably connected to the base of the transfer bed, and the transfer bed comprises a positioning column lifting device, and the positioning column lifting device drives the positioning column to lift and lower so as to adjust the height of the positioning column relative to the ground.
8. The transfer bed of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein opposite sides of the top of the transfer bed base are respectively provided with a transfer bed plate stopper, the transfer bed plate stopper comprises a transfer bed plate first stopper for connecting the transfer bed base and a transfer bed plate second stopper facing the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism, the transfer bed plate first stopper, the transfer bed plate second stopper and the transfer bed plate conveying mechanism constitute a transfer bed plate limiting groove, and the side portion of the transfer bed plate is located in the corresponding transfer bed plate limiting groove.
9. An operating bed, which is butted with a transfer bed board, a transfer bed board conveying mechanism and a bearing mechanism to transfer patients, is characterized in that the operating bed comprises an operating bed base, an operating bed board conveying mechanism and an operating bed board, wherein,
the operating bed base bears the operating bed board conveying mechanism and the operating bed board;
the operating bed board conveying mechanism conveys the operating bed board to the bearing mechanism after the operating bed is aligned with the bearing mechanism, and/or bears the operating bed board conveyed back from the bearing mechanism;
operation bed board transport mechanism in the operation bed with transport bed board transport mechanism and aim at the back, bear the weight of and follow transport bed board transport mechanism conveys transport the bed board, and/or, will transport the bed board and convey back transport the bed.
10. The surgical bed of claim 9, wherein the surgical bed deck comprises a deck head that is suspended relative to the ground and a deck tail that is located at the base of the surgical bed; the operating bed board conveying mechanism is a roller conveying mechanism;
or the operating bed board comprises an operating bed board head which is suspended relative to the ground and an operating bed board tail which is positioned at the operating bed base; operation bed board transport mechanism is including carrying the guide rail and carrying the delivery roller of guide rail assembly, perhaps, operation bed board transport mechanism is including carrying the guide rail, with carrying the delivery roller and the drive of guide rail assembly operation bed board or the operation bed board drive arrangement who transports the bed board, carry the guide rail connect in operation bed base with one of operation bed board afterbody, carry the roller set up in operation bed base with another person in operation bed board afterbody.
11. An operating bed according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that said bed plate transfer mechanism is movably connected to said bed base, said operating bed comprises an operating bed lifting device connected to said bed plate transfer mechanism, said lifting device driving said bed plate transfer mechanism to lift so that said operating bed is aligned with said transfer bed plate transfer mechanism or carrying mechanism.

An operating bed according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that opposite sides of the top of the operating bed base are provided with operating bed plate stoppers comprising an operating bed plate first stopper connecting the operating bed base and an operating bed plate second stopper facing the operating bed plate transport mechanism, the operating bed plate first stopper, the operating bed plate second stopper and the operating bed plate transport mechanism constituting operating bed plate stopper grooves, the side portions of the operating bed plate being located in the corresponding operating bed plate stopper grooves.
