Claims (7)

1. A device capable of automatically cleaning and disinfecting and a using method thereof are characterized in that: comprises a cleaning and disinfecting device body (1) and a sealing cover (25) hinged at the top end of the cleaning and disinfecting device body (1); a cleaning chamber (2), a water storage chamber (3) and a liquid supply chamber (4) are arranged in the cleaning and disinfecting device body (1), the water storage chamber (3) is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning and disinfecting device body (1), and the liquid supply chamber (4) is arranged at one side of the cleaning chamber (2); a reticular cleaning basket (5) is arranged in the cleaning chamber (2), the bottom of the cleaning basket (5) is connected with a supporting rod (6), and one end of the supporting rod (6) far away from the cleaning basket (5) is connected with a rotating motor (7);
two opposite first clamps (8) for fixing the left end and the right end of the false tooth are arranged on the bottom wall of the cleaning basket (5), and a second clamp (9) for fixing the middle part of the false tooth is arranged on one side of each of the two first clamps (8); an ultrasonic generator (10) and a sterilizer (11) are installed on the inner wall of one side of the cleaning chamber (2), and a brushing structure and a drying fan (12) are arranged on the lower surface of the sealing cover (25);
a washing nozzle (13) is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning chamber (2), the washing nozzle (13) is communicated with the liquid supply chamber (4) through a liquid conveying pipe, and an infusion pump (14) is arranged in the liquid supply chamber (4); the inside mounting of confession liquid chamber (4) has stirring structure, and the top of confession liquid chamber (4) is provided with netted loading hopper (15), and one side of confession liquid chamber (4) is provided with the water inlet.

The self-cleaning sterilizer apparatus and method of use as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the top end of the supporting rod (6) is provided with a radial reinforcing stabilizer bar (16), and the reinforcing stabilizer bar (16) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the cleaning basket (5).

The self-cleaning sterilizer apparatus and method of use as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inside of reservoir chamber (3) is provided with water pump (19), and water pump (19) intercommunication main water pipe, main water pipe intercommunication first shunt and second shunt, the water inlet of first shunt intercommunication confession liquid chamber (4), second shunt intercommunication purge chamber (2), one side of purge chamber (2) is provided with blow off pipe (20).

The self-cleaning sterilizer apparatus and method of use as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the brushing structure comprises a first electric telescopic rod (17) and a second electric telescopic rod (18) which are arranged on the lower surface of a sealing cover (25) and are opposite to each other, one end, close to a cleaning basket (5), of the first electric telescopic rod (17) is provided with a first cleaning brush (21) matched with the radian of the side face of the left side of a false tooth, and one end, close to the cleaning basket (5), of the second electric telescopic rod (18) is provided with a second cleaning brush (22) matched with the radian of the side face of the right side of the false tooth.
5. The self-cleaning sterilizer apparatus and method of use as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stirring structure is a stirring motor (23), a stirring rod arranged at the output end of the stirring motor (23) and a spiral stirring blade (24) arranged on the stirring rod.

The self-cleaning sterilizer apparatus and method of use as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the intelligent integrated controller is characterized in that the rotary motor (7), the ultrasonic generator (10), the sterilizer (11), the drying fan (12), the infusion pump (14), the first electric telescopic rod (17), the second electric telescopic rod (18), the water pump (19) and the stirring motor (23) are electrically connected with the intelligent integrated controller (26) which is arranged on one side of the outer wall of the cleaning and sterilizing device body (1).
7. The use method of a denture cleaning and disinfecting machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: opening the sealing cover (25), putting the false teeth into the cleaning basket (5), fixing the false teeth by using a first clamp (8) and a second clamp (9), and closing the sealing cover (25);
step two: a water pump (19) is started through an intelligent integrated controller (26), and clean water is pumped to a liquid supply chamber (4) and a cleaning chamber (2) through a first shunt pipe and a second shunt pipe respectively;
step three: soaking the false teeth by using soaking water, simultaneously sending a signal to the ultrasonic generator (10) by the intelligent integrated controller, starting the ultrasonic generator (10) to operate, primarily cleaning the false teeth, and discharging the soaking water through the sewage discharge pipe (20) after soaking and cleaning;
step four: when the false teeth are soaked, an operator adds a special cleaning agent for the false teeth into the liquid supply chamber (4) through the feeding hopper (15), starts the stirring motor (23) through the intelligent integrated controller (26), and fully mixes the cleaning agent and water through the stirring rod and the spiral stirring blade (24);
step five: after stirring is completed, the stirring motor (23) sends a signal to the intelligent integrated controller (26), so that the intelligent integrated controller (26) controls and starts the infusion pump (14), the cleaning solution after full mixing is pumped to the washing nozzle (13) through the infusion tube, and the spraying work is carried out on the surface of the false tooth;
step six: while the false teeth are sprayed, the infusion pump (14) sends a brushing signal to the intelligent integrated controller (26), so that the intelligent integrated controller (26) starts the first electric telescopic rod (17) and the second electric telescopic rod (18) at the same time, and the surface of the false teeth is sufficiently brushed through the first cleaning brush (21) and the second cleaning brush (22);
step seven: after the brushing is finished, the first electric telescopic rod (17) and the second electric telescopic rod (18) send signals to the intelligent integrated controller (26), and the intelligent integrated controller (26) controls the starting of the water pump (19) and the rotating motor (7) and pumps water to the cleaning chamber (2); the rotary motor (7) drives the cleaning basket (5) to rotate in the same direction in water through the supporting rod (6), dirt and cleaning liquid on the false teeth are washed clean, sewage is discharged from the sewage discharge pipe (20), and the false teeth are cleaned after the cleaning operation is finished;
step eight: after the brushing is finished, the intelligent integrated controller (26) sends signals to the drying fan (12) and the sterilizer (11) to sterilize and dry the cleaned false teeth;
step nine: after the cleaning is completed, the operator opens the sealing cover (25), then opens the first jig (8) and the second jig (9), takes out the dental prosthesis, and closes the sealing cover (25).
