one side of the shell is a dressing storage area (1), the other side of the shell is an equipment area (2), a partition plate is arranged between the dressing storage area (1) and the equipment area (2), and a preparation bin (3), a recovery bin (4) and a transmission device are arranged in the dressing storage area (1); a dressing outlet (5) is formed in the front side of the preparation bin (3), a dressing inlet (6) is formed in the rear side of the preparation bin, a dressing packaging bag guide rail (7) is arranged on a partition plate between the preparation bin (3) and the preparation area (2), a cutting edge (8) is arranged at the end, close to the dressing outlet (5), of the dressing packaging bag guide rail (7), a lower sliding channel (9) is formed in the position, close to the cutting edge (8), of the preparation area (2), and the preparation bin (3) is connected with the recovery bin (4) through the lower sliding channel (9); the recovery bin (4) comprises a common dressing garbage recovery bin (10) and a special infectious dressing garbage recovery bin (11), wherein the common dressing garbage recovery bin (10) and the special infectious dressing garbage recovery bin (11) are separated by a fixed partition plate, a waste dressing inlet (12) is formed in the front side, a waste dressing outlet (13) is formed in the rear side, disinfection heads (14) are arranged at the top ends of the common dressing garbage recovery bin (10) and the special infectious dressing garbage recovery bin (11), a liquid recovery cavity (15) is formed in the bottom end of the common dressing garbage recovery bin, a net-shaped partition plate (31) is arranged between the recovery bin (4) and the liquid recovery cavity (15), the disinfection spray heads (14) are respectively connected with liquid storage tanks (16) for spraying liquid with different concentrations, and the common dressing garbage recovery bin (10) is communicated with the preparation bin (3) through a lower sliding channel (9), a dressing vacuum compression device is further arranged on the rear side of the special infectious dressing garbage recycling bin (11), the dressing vacuum compression device comprises a vacuum compression bag (17), and the vacuum compression bag (17) is connected with a compressor (19) through a telescopic vacuum compression head (18); the transmission device comprises a conveyor belt (20) arranged in the preparation bin (3) and the recovery bin (4), a liquid leakage hole (32) is formed in the conveyor belt of the recovery bin, the conveyor belt (20) comprises a driving shaft (21) and a driven shaft (22), the preparation bin driving shaft is connected with a preparation bin motor (23), and the recovery bin driving shaft is connected with a recovery bin motor (34);
the treatment system comprises a display operation module (24), a code scanning module, a weight sensing module, a central data processing control system (25) and a cloud terminal, wherein the display operation module (24) is arranged at the top end of the shell, the code scanning module is a code scanning sensor (26), and the code scanning sensor (26) is arranged at two ends of the dressing outlet (5), the dressing inlet (6) and the waste dressing inlet (12) and is used for sensing chip information of the dressing and transmitting the chip information to the central data processing control system (25); weight response module is weight inductor (27), weight inductor (27) are located prepare storehouse (3) and retrieve conveyer belt (20) exit of being close to in storehouse (4) for obtain the weight of dressing and with the weight information transmission of dressing to central data processing control system (25), central data processing control system (25) are located in equipment district (2), including data processing module and control module, data processing module is used for sweeping code module, weight response module's information processing and assigning operating instruction to control module with cloud terminal information transfer and integration, control module control transmission, disinfection sprinkler head (14) and dressing vacuum compression device.

5. A surgical dressing placement frame according to claim 1, wherein the waste dressing inlet (12) is provided with a rotatable push door (30).
6. A surgical dressing placement frame according to claim 1, wherein a liquid outlet (33) is provided at each rear side of the liquid recovery chamber (15).

The surgical dressing placement frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying liquid storage tank communicated with the ordinary dressing garbage recycling bin (10) is filled with 1000-2000mg/L of chlorine-containing disinfectant, and the spraying liquid storage tank communicated with the special easily-infectious dressing garbage recycling bin (11) is filled with 5000-10000mg/L of chlorine-containing disinfectant.
8. The surgical dressing placement frame of claim 1, wherein the display and manipulation module (24) displays a list of required dressing type quantities, a list of dressing quantities in a preparation bin, a list of dressing quantities in a recovery bin, and an equipment failure warning light.
9. A surgical dressing placement frame according to claim 1, wherein the preparation and retrieval bin motors rotate in opposite directions.
