Taking the bamboo leaf flavone tablets 1-4 prepared in the above embodiments and the existing bamboo leaf flavone tablets as a reference, adding into a rotary basket, dropping into a container, immediately starting timing, respectively sucking appropriate amount of solution at specified sampling points when 1, 5, 15, 30 and 45 minutes, immediately filtering through a 0.45 μm microporous membrane, and completing the filtration within 60 seconds from sampling to filtering. The filtrate was taken and absorbance was measured at 425nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry, the measurement results are shown in Table 1 below:

The tests show that compared with the existing bamboo leaf flavone tablet control product, the bamboo leaf flavone tablet prepared by the formula has the advantages of fast dissolution of the effective ingredients of the bamboo leaf flavone, high bioavailability and better play of the pharmacological effects of the effective ingredients of the bamboo leaf flavone. The invention has the functions of preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, regulating blood fat, reducing blood viscosity, preventing hypertension, protecting liver and gallbladder, enhancing immunity and the like. Especially has the best effects of reducing blood fat and improving the immunity of the organism.
The present invention has been disclosed in terms of the preferred embodiment, but it is not intended to be limited to the embodiment, and all technical solutions obtained by substituting or converting the equivalent embodiments fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The preparation method of the bamboo leaf flavone tablet is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-30 parts of bamboo leaf flavone, 5-20 parts of corn peptide, 5-20 parts of thickening agent, 5-15 parts of sweetening agent, 5-15 parts of soybean lecithin, 0.5-3 parts of food preservative and 0.5-3 parts of glidant auxiliary material. The preferable scheme is that the composition comprises 15-25 parts of bamboo leaf flavone, 10-15 parts of corn peptide, 10-15 parts of thickening agent, 8-12 parts of sweetening agent, 8-12 parts of soybean lecithin, 1-2 parts of food preservative and 1-2 parts of glidant auxiliary materials.

The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of proportioning according to the proportion of claim 1, adding the prepared raw materials into a mixer, setting the rotation speed at 100-300 rpm, stirring for 20-40 minutes, performing dry tabletting and coating after uniformly mixing, performing vacuum microwave sterilization, and packaging after qualified detection.
3. The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet according to claim 1, wherein the bamboo leaf flavonoid is extracted from the raw material of the bamboo leaves by ethanol, and reaches the new resource food standard approved by the national ministry of health.
4. The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the corn peptide is corn oligopeptide powder, which meets the new resource food standard approved by the national ministry of health.
5. The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet according to claim 1, wherein the thickening agent is one or more of maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
6. The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet according to claim 1, wherein the sweetener is one or more of xylo-oligosaccharide, xylitol, maltitol, stevioside and trehalose.
7. The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet according to claim 1, wherein the food preservative is one or more of citric acid, sodium D-isoascorbate, malic acid and lactic acid.
8. The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet according to claim 1, wherein the glidant auxiliary materials are one or more of magnesium stearate, micro-powder silica gel and talcum powder.
9. The method for preparing the bamboo leaf flavonoid tablet according to claim 1, wherein the food-grade coating agent is one or two of polyethylene glycol or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
