64 healthy men (age 22-28 years) were randomly selected and divided into first, second, third and fourth groups, running was performed for 1000 meters, and the corresponding normal blood glucose values were measured before running, and after running was completed, the vitamin sports beverages of examples 1-3 of 500m L were drunk by the first to third groups, respectively, and the blood glucose values after drinking were measured after 10 minutes by the fourth group as a control group, drinking 500m L purified water, and the specific results are shown in table 1 below.

The vitamin sports drink formula is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1100 parts of water of 900-1100 parts, 38-42 parts of white granulated sugar, 29-32 parts of fruit grape pulp, 3.9-4.5 parts of citric acid monohydrate, 1.8-2.2 parts of malic acid, 0.55-0.59 part of sweet flavoring, 0.65-0.73 part of compound water-based flavoring beverage nutrition enhancer, 2.3-2.6 parts of sodium citrate, 0.75-0.82 part of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.28-0.33 part of potassium sorbate, 0.23-0.27 part of sodium chloride, 0.007-0.009 part of lemon yellow and 2.7-3.6 parts of essence.
2. The vitamin sports beverage formulation according to claim 1, wherein the essence is one or a mixture of CD L Z597 guarana essence, CD L Z037 functional beverage essence, CD L Z449 functional beverage essence, and CD L Z408 miscellaneous fruit essence.

The vitamin sports beverage formula according to claim 2, characterized by comprising, by weight, 1000 parts of water, 40 parts of white granulated sugar, 30 parts of fruit grape pulp, 4.3 parts of citric acid monohydrate, 2.0 parts of malic acid, 0.57 parts of sweet taste agent, 0.7 parts of compound water-based flavoring beverage nutrition enhancer, 2.5 parts of sodium citrate, 0.8 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.3 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.25 parts of sodium chloride, 0.008 parts of lemon yellow, 2.0 parts of CD L Z597 guarana essence, 0.5 parts of CD L Z037 functional beverage essence, 0.4 parts of CD L Z449 functional beverage essence, and 0.3 parts of CD L Z408 miscellaneous fruit essence.
