The embodiment is suitable for terminals with video playing functions, such as smart phones, tablets, computers and the like.

In this embodiment, the biometric features include an iris, a human face, a voice, etc., and whether there is a match with one of the registered biometric features is determined, and a first identity confirmation is performed to find another registered biometric feature bound to the biometric feature matched with the registered biometric feature of the user; matching the current biological characteristics of the user with another registration biological characteristics bound with the biological characteristics matched with the registration biological characteristics of the user, and performing secondary identity confirmation; and after the registered biological characteristics are not completely registered or the frequency of the current biological characteristics being collected again exceeds a threshold value, the corresponding feedback is directly responded to the application request, so that the effect of more intelligence and convenience is achieved.
It should be noted that the above method steps are not intended to limit the execution order of the steps, and in fact, some steps may be executed simultaneously or in the reverse order of the steps, which is not limited herein.
The inventor discovers that in the process of implementing the application: simple voiceprint payment can have the risk of being stolen, and intelligent voice speaker experiences not well when using the TV scene to converse.
The scheme of the embodiment of the application can be mainly applied to products such as intelligent voice sound boxes, television voice assistants and the like, and further can be applied to scenes such as voice payment, voiceprint recognition, front-end signal processing and the like.
The inventors have also found that if the person skilled in the art is to solve the drawbacks of the prior art, the following methods are generally used: at present, a multimode processing scheme combining voice and images does not exist in smart television remote controllers on the market. The scheme of the application is not easy to think, and mainly because the microphone signal processing has technology accumulation for many years, the user experience is better in the scene of audio and video conversation noise reduction.
The embodiment of the application mainly adopts the following scheme to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art.
(1) And multimodal data fusion confirmation payment is performed by utilizing voiceprint interaction and face recognition, so that the payment safety is improved.
(2) More accurate age is calculated through face and voice print recognition, and therefore the range of television program content watched by children is authorized.

The embodiment of the application mainly has three functional modes, namely a call noise reduction mode, a television watching mode and a television shopping mode, and a system framework is shown in fig. 8.

After successful voiceprint registration, the person has five chances for face recognition registration, if the registration fails, the person skips the registration, and after the face recognition registration succeeds, the voiceprint and the face recognition are paired and bound to provide support for subsequent multi-mode data fusion, and after the binding succeeds, the next step of function selection can be carried out, and each interaction can be carried out in a bullet screen or local broadcasting mode.
2.2 the main body functions mainly include 3: watching television programs, shopping and audio and video calls, enabling a user to select a functional mode desired by a client through interaction between voice and a television, and enabling the television to respond in a local broadcasting or bullet screen mode.

The inventor believes that the scheme of the application can achieve the following beneficial effects:
(1) the payment means adopts a mode of combining voiceprint recognition and face recognition, so that the payment is safer.
(2) The age of the user is calculated in a mode of combining voiceprint recognition and face recognition, so that the calculation is more accurate, and the watching range of the child can be monitored.
(3) The communication is carried out through the television, and better communication experience can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 10, a block diagram of an intelligent remote registration apparatus for an intelligent video playback device is shown.
As shown in fig. 10, the intelligent remote control registration apparatus 1000 for an intelligent video playing device includes a registration collection module 1010, a binding inquiry module 1020, and a binding confirmation module 1030.
The registration acquisition module 1010 is configured to respond to a biological feature registration request of a user and acquire a first registration biological feature of the user; a binding inquiry module 1020 configured to inquire of a user whether to bind a first enrolled biometric with a certain enrolled biometric of a plurality of second enrolled biometrics, wherein the second enrolled biometric is a previously enrolled biometric of a different category than the first enrolled biometric; and a binding confirmation module 1030 configured to bind the second registered biometric with a certain registered biometric selected by the second user in response to a confirmed binding instruction of the user.
Referring to fig. 11, a block diagram of an intelligent remote control using device for an intelligent video playing apparatus is shown.
As shown in fig. 11, the intelligent remote control user 1100 for an intelligent video playing device includes a current target collecting module 1110, a binding confirming module 1120, a binding searching module 1130, a binding collecting module 1140, and a binding judging module 1150.
The current target acquisition module 1110 is configured to acquire a first current registered biometric feature of the user in response to an application request of the user; a binding validation module 1120 configured to determine whether the first current biometric matches the registered biometric; if the first current biometric matches the registered biometric, a binding search module 1130 configured to query whether there is an associated biometric bound to the registered biometric, wherein the registered biometric and the associated biometric are bound according to the method of the first aspect; if the associated biometric feature bound with the registered biometric feature exists, a binding acquisition module 1140 configured to acquire a second current biometric feature of the user corresponding to the associated biometric feature; and a binding determination module 1150 that determines whether the second current biometric matches the associated biometric; and if the second current biological characteristic is matched with the associated biological characteristic, feeding back the application request of the user.
It should be understood that the modules depicted in fig. 10 and 11 correspond to various steps in the method described with reference to fig. 1-9. Thus, the operations and features described above for the method and the corresponding technical effects are also applicable to the modules in the figures, and are not described again here.
It should be noted that the modules in the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the scheme of the present disclosure, for example, the determining module may be described as a module that determines whether the interaction state is a playing scene when the device is in the interaction state. In addition, the related function module may also be implemented by a hardware processor, for example, the determining module may also be implemented by a processor, which is not described herein again.
In other embodiments, the present invention further provides a non-volatile computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, where the computer-executable instructions may execute the method for registering and using an intelligent remote control device for an intelligent video playing device in any of the above method embodiments;
as one embodiment, a non-volatile computer storage medium of the present invention stores computer-executable instructions configured to:
collecting a first registration biological characteristic of a user in response to a biological characteristic registration request of the user;
querying the user whether to bind the first enrolled biometric with a certain enrolled biometric of a plurality of second enrolled biometrics, wherein the second enrolled biometric is a previously enrolled biometric of a different category than the first enrolled biometric;
in response to a user's confirmation binding instruction, binding the second registered biometric with a certain registered biometric selected by the second user.
As another embodiment, a non-volatile computer storage medium of the present invention stores computer-executable instructions configured to:
collecting a first current biological characteristic of a user in response to an application request of the user;
judging whether the first current biological characteristic is matched with the registered biological characteristic;
if the first current biological characteristic is matched with the registered biological characteristic, whether an associated biological characteristic bound with the registered biological characteristic exists is inquired;
if the associated biological characteristics bound with the registered biological characteristics exist, acquiring second current biological characteristics of the user corresponding to the associated biological characteristics;
determining whether the second current biometric characteristic matches the associated biometric characteristic;
and if the second current biological characteristics are matched with the associated biological characteristics, feeding back the application request of the user.
The non-volatile computer-readable storage medium may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created from intelligent remote control registration for the intelligent video playback apparatus and use of the device apparatus, and the like. Further, the non-volatile computer-readable storage medium may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium optionally includes memory remotely located from the processor, which may be connected over a network to an intelligent remote registration and use device apparatus for an intelligent video playback device. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform any of the above-mentioned intelligent remote registration and usage device methods for an intelligent video playback apparatus.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 12, the electronic device includes: one or more processors 1210 and a memory 1220, with one processor 1210 being an example in fig. 12. The apparatus for intelligent remote registration and use of device methods for an intelligent video playback device may further comprise: an input device 1230 and an output device 1240. The processor 1210, memory 1220, input device 1230, and output device 1240 may be connected by a bus or other means, such as by a bus connection in fig. 12. The memory 1220 is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium as described above. The processor 1210 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by running the non-volatile software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 1220, namely, implementing the above method embodiments for intelligent remote registration and use method of the intelligent video playing device. The input device 1230 may receive input numerical or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the communication compensating device. The output device 1240 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The product can execute the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For technical details that are not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As an embodiment, the electronic device is applied to an intelligent remote control registration and use device apparatus for an intelligent video playing device, and is used for a client, and includes: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to:
collecting a first registration biological characteristic of a user in response to a biological characteristic registration request of the user;
querying the user whether to bind the first enrolled biometric with a certain enrolled biometric of a plurality of second enrolled biometrics, wherein the second enrolled biometric is a previously enrolled biometric of a different category than the first enrolled biometric;
in response to a user's confirmation binding instruction, binding the second registered biometric with a certain registered biometric selected by the second user.
As an embodiment, the electronic device is applied to an intelligent remote registration and use device for an intelligent video playing device, and is used for a client, and the electronic device includes: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to:
collecting a first current biological characteristic of a user in response to an application request of the user;
judging whether the first current biological characteristic is matched with the registered biological characteristic;
if the first current biological characteristic is matched with the registered biological characteristic, whether an associated biological characteristic bound with the registered biological characteristic exists is inquired;
if the associated biological characteristics bound with the registered biological characteristics exist, acquiring second current biological characteristics of the user corresponding to the associated biological characteristics;
determining whether the second current biometric characteristic matches the associated biometric characteristic;
and if the second current biological characteristics are matched with the associated biological characteristics, feeding back the application request of the user.
The electronic device of the embodiments of the present application exists in various forms, including but not limited to:
(1) a mobile communication device: such devices are characterized by mobile communications capabilities and are primarily targeted at providing voice, data communications. Such terminals include smart phones (e.g., iphones), multimedia phones, functional phones, and low-end phones, among others.
(2) Ultra mobile personal computer device: the equipment belongs to the category of personal computers, has calculation and processing functions and generally has the characteristic of mobile internet access. Such terminals include: PDA, MID, and UMPC devices, etc., such as ipads.
(3) A portable entertainment device: such devices can display and play multimedia content. Such devices include audio and video players (e.g., ipods), handheld game consoles, electronic books, as well as smart toys and portable car navigation devices.
(4) The server is similar to a general computer architecture, but has higher requirements on processing capability, stability, reliability, safety, expandability, manageability and the like because of the need of providing highly reliable services.
(5) And other electronic devices with data interaction functions.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. With this understanding in mind, the above-described technical solutions may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the methods of the various embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent remote control registration method for the intelligent video playing equipment comprises the following steps:
collecting a first registration biological characteristic of a user in response to a biological characteristic registration request of the user;
querying the user whether to bind the first enrolled biometric with a certain enrolled biometric of a plurality of second enrolled biometrics, wherein the second enrolled biometric is a previously enrolled biometric of a different category than the first enrolled biometric;
in response to a user's confirmation binding instruction, binding the second registered biometric with a certain registered biometric selected by the second user.
2. The intelligent remote registration method for an intelligent video playback device of claim 1, wherein the first registered biometric is one of facial and vocal prints and the second registered biometric is the other of facial and vocal prints.
3. An intelligent remote control using method for an intelligent video playing device comprises the following steps:
collecting a first current biological characteristic of a user in response to an application request of the user;
judging whether the first current biological characteristic is matched with the registered biological characteristic;
if the first current biometric characteristic matches a registered biometric characteristic, querying whether an associated biometric characteristic bound to the registered biometric characteristic exists, wherein the registered biometric characteristic and the associated biometric characteristic are bound according to the method of claim 1 or 2;
if the associated biological characteristics bound with the registered biological characteristics exist, acquiring second current biological characteristics of the user corresponding to the associated biological characteristics;
determining whether the second current biometric characteristic matches the associated biometric characteristic;
and if the second current biological characteristics are matched with the associated biological characteristics, feeding back the application request of the user.
4. The intelligent remote control use method for an intelligent video playing device according to claim 3, wherein the first current biometric characteristic and the second current biometric characteristic comprise facial features and voiceprints, and when the registered biometric characteristic is one of facial features and voiceprints, the associated biometric characteristic is the other of facial features and voiceprints.
5. The intelligent remote control using method of an intelligent video playing device according to claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
if one of the following conditions occurs, the first biological characteristics are collected again until the number of times of collection exceeds a threshold value, and the collection is stopped;
the following cases include: the first current biometric does not match the registered biometric and the second current biometric does not match the associated biometric.
6. The intelligent remote control use method of an intelligent video playback device as claimed in claim 3, wherein after querying whether the associated biometric bound to the registered biometric exists, further comprising:
and if the associated biological characteristics bound with the registered biological characteristics do not exist, feeding back the application request of the user.
7. The intelligent remote control using method of an intelligent video playing device according to claim 3, wherein after said determining whether said first current biometric matches a registered biometric, further comprising:
if the first current biological characteristic is not matched with the registered biological characteristic, acquiring a second current biological characteristic;
performing voice recognition and image recognition on the second current biological characteristic;
generating user age information based on a result of the voice recognition and a result of the image recognition;
matching the age information of the user with age information corresponding to preset application use permission;
and acquiring application use permission corresponding to the user age information, and responding to an application request of a user based on the corresponding application use permission.
8. The intelligent remote control use method of an intelligent video playback device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the application request is a payment request, and prior to the determining whether the first current biometric matches the registered biometric, the method comprises:
performing voice recognition on the first current biological characteristic to obtain text information corresponding to the first current biological characteristic;
judging whether the text information is matched with a preset payment password text or not;
if the text information is matched with the preset payment password text, judging whether the first current biological characteristic is matched with the registered biological characteristic;
and if the text information is not matched with the preset payment password text, feeding back the application request of the user.
9. The intelligent remote control using method of an intelligent video playing device according to claim 3, wherein the application request is a program viewing request, and if the second current biometric matches the associated biometric, the feeding back the application request of the user comprises:
if the second current biological characteristics are matched with the associated biological characteristics, acquiring program viewing permission corresponding to the user;
and displaying the program information associated with the program viewing permission to the user based on the program viewing permission.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
