Abstract
The invention discloses a doctor-patient management system and a method based on a WeChat applet, which relate to the technical field of medical information, and comprise a foreground operable interface and an administrator background, wherein the administrator background comprises a database module arranged at the cloud end, and an authority role management module, a patient management module, a follow-up visit registration management module, a post-operation drainage record management module, a re-diagnosis appointment reservation management module, a dressing change time management module and a patient education management module which are connected with the database module; the problems that doctors and patients cannot interact in time, and the doctors cannot acquire feedback of subsequent treatment of the patients in time in the processes of follow-up visit, follow-up diagnosis, postoperative care and the like of the existing patients are solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical information, in particular to a doctor-patient management system and method based on WeChat small program.
Background
WeChat (WeChat) is a free application program which is released by Tencent corporation in 2011, 01, 21 and provides instant messaging service for an intelligent terminal, supports cross-communication operators and cross-operating system platforms to quickly send free (small network traffic consumption) voice short messages, videos, pictures and characters through a network, and is approved and used by a wide range of users along with the common application of smart phones. Along with the success of WeChat, Tencent corporation has also introduced a WeChat applet, abbreviated as applet, which can be used without downloading and installation and can be opened by a user by scanning or searching.
At present, the number of credited users exceeds 9.8 hundred million, and if a scene of interaction between doctors and patients is developed in an ecosystem of the credited users, a flow source can be better obtained, and the difficulty that a traditional application program App needs to be popularized to obtain customers is eliminated. Based on the above, the invention provides a doctor-patient management system and method based on the WeChat applet, which utilize the WeChat platform to provide a convenient and fast disease diagnosis channel for users, so as to realize the communication and continuous diagnosis service between patients and doctors at any time and any place.

Further, the follow-up visit registration module is used for a user to submit personal information, basic information is filled in through the follow-up visit registration module, and opinion feedback is submitted through the follow-up visit registration module, and the follow-up visit registration module comprises a user registration unit, an information modification unit and an opinion feedback unit.
Further, postoperative drainage record module is used for the user to submit postoperative drainage record, fills out postoperative drainage relevant information through this module, including drainage date unit, drainage volume unit and detection time unit.

s2, filling the re-diagnosis appointment information in the re-diagnosis appointment module by the user and submitting a request;
s3, the administrator checks the submitted re-diagnosis appointment request in the re-diagnosis appointment management module and processes the request;
and S4, the user checks the processing result of the administrator in the review appointment module.
Further, the method further comprises the steps of:
s1, filling and writing postoperative drainage record information in the postoperative drainage record module by a user and submitting the postoperative drainage record information;
s2, checking and processing the submitted postoperative drainage record information in the postoperative drainage record management module by an administrator;
and S3, the user checks the processing result of the administrator in the post-operation drainage recording module.

The invention provides efficient and convenient disease diagnosis and subsequent service for users through the cooperative work of all modules. The follow-up registration module is used for recording the basic information of the user, including name, gender, birth date, patient history, family history, photos, file materials and the like, so that the user can conveniently fill and modify the information of the user, and the disease report submitted by the user is ensured to be checked by the user. And after operation, drainage recording, re-diagnosis appointment, dressing change time and the like are convenient for doctors to know the disease recovery progress of the users in time, diagnosis is issued according to the content provided by the users, the users can check the diagnosis, and corresponding preparation work is done. Through the patient education module, the patient can know the related science popularization knowledge such as diseases and postoperative care at any time, and the safety and health knowledge of the patient is improved.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Unless otherwise specified, the technical means used in the examples are conventional means well known to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, the doctor-patient management system based on the WeChat applet comprises a foreground operable interface and a manager background, wherein the foreground operable interface comprises a file management module connected with a database module of the background through a wireless network, and a follow-up registration module, a post-operation drainage recording module, a re-diagnosis reservation module, a dressing change time module and a patient education module which are connected with the file management module; the administrator background comprises a database module deployed at the cloud end, and a permission role management module, a patient management module, a follow-up visit registration management module, a postoperative drainage record management module, a re-diagnosis appointment management module, a dressing change time management module and a patient education management module which are connected with the database module.
The file management module stores information submitted by a user; the database module is used for storing all data information in the system.
The follow-up registration module is used for the user to submit personal information, basic information is filled in through the follow-up registration module, and opinion feedback is submitted through the follow-up registration module, and the follow-up registration module comprises a user registration unit, an information modification unit and an opinion feedback unit. The basic information comprises name, gender, birth date, medical history and the like; if the family history exists, family history information can be provided, photos can also be provided, and some genetic diseases have obvious facial or body shape characteristics, and the characteristics can be uploaded by taking a picture, and other file materials and the like.
The postoperative drainage recording module is used for a user to carry out postoperative drainage recording, and fills postoperative drainage related information through the postoperative drainage recording module, wherein the postoperative drainage related information comprises a drainage date unit, a drainage quantity unit and a detection time unit. The postoperative drainage record management module is used for carrying out information management on the information registered by the postoperative drainage record module.
The review appointment module is used for submitting review appointment information including an appointment date unit and a review information unit by a user. The review appointment management module is used for carrying out information management on the information registered by the review appointment module.
The medicine changing time module is used for a user to check the medicine changing time information and comprises a medicine information unit and a time information unit. And the dressing change time management module is used for sending the dressing change time information to the dressing change time module.
The patient education module includes an information unit providing knowledge of the relevant science popularization, such as disease and post-operative care. The patient education management module is used for carrying out information management on the patient education module.
In addition, the authority role management module of the background is used for managing the authority roles of the management system by an administrator and comprises a role management unit and a menu management unit. The patient management module is used for filling out relevant information of the patient by an administrator.
The invention also provides a doctor-patient management method of the doctor-patient management system based on the WeChat applet, which comprises the following steps: s1, registering a new user in the follow-up registration module, filling related information, acquiring a login account and logging in the system; s2, filling the re-diagnosis appointment information in the re-diagnosis appointment module by the user and submitting a request; s3, the administrator checks the submitted re-diagnosis appointment request in the re-diagnosis appointment management module and processes the request; and S4, the user checks the processing result of the administrator in the review appointment module.
The method further comprises the following steps: s1, filling and writing postoperative drainage record information in the postoperative drainage record module by a user and submitting the postoperative drainage record information; s2, the administrator checks and processes the submitted postoperative drainage record information in the postoperative drainage record management module; and S3, the user checks the processing result of the administrator in the postoperative drainage recording module.
The method further comprises the following steps: s1, the administrator submits the information of the dressing change time in the dressing change time management module; and S2, the user checks the information of the dressing change time in the dressing change time module.
The method further comprises the following steps: s1, the administrator submits the patient education information in the patient education management module; s2, the user views the patient education information in the patient education module.
According to the doctor-patient management system and method based on the WeChat applet, the thinking of the Internet + is introduced into the traditional services of disease diagnosis, follow-up visit and the like, the background of the system is deployed in the cloud, a user can use the system at any time through the WeChat applet by using a smart phone, the patient and the doctor are communicated in a more efficient and reasonable mode, the doctor can know the latest progress of disease diagnosis and development in time and check diagnosis and later progress reports at any time and any place, the problem that the existing patient and doctor are low in efficiency and prone to make mistakes in communication is solved, the patient and the doctor are greatly facilitated, the efficiency of the existing disease diagnosis and the follow-up visit after disease is greatly improved, and two parties participating in the whole process enjoy the convenience brought by the system.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove with respect to a general description and specific embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.

1. A doctor-patient management system based on a WeChat applet is characterized by comprising a foreground operable interface and an administrator background;
the administrator background comprises a database module arranged at the cloud end, and an authority role management module, a patient management module, a follow-up visit registration management module, a postoperative drainage record management module, a re-diagnosis appointment management module, a dressing change time management module and a patient education management module which are connected with the database module;
the foreground operable interface comprises a file management module connected with the database module through a wireless network, and a follow-up registration module, a postoperative drainage recording module, a re-diagnosis reservation module, a dressing change time module and a patient education module which are connected with the file management module.
2. The WeChat applet-based doctor-patient management system according to claim 1, characterized in that the database module is used to store all data information in the system.
3. The WeChat applet-based doctor-patient management system according to claim 1,
the file management module is used for storing information submitted by a user;
the follow-up visit registration module is used for a user to submit personal information, fill in basic information and submit opinion feedback through the follow-up visit registration module, and comprises a user registration unit, an information modification unit and an opinion feedback unit;
the postoperative drainage recording module is used for a user to carry out postoperative drainage recording, and the postoperative drainage related information is filled in through the postoperative drainage recording module, and comprises a drainage date unit, a drainage quantity unit and a detection time unit;
the review appointment module is used for submitting review appointment information including an appointment date unit and a review information unit by a user;
the medicine changing time module is used for a user to check the medicine changing time information and comprises a medicine information unit and a time information unit.

the patient management module is used for the administrator to fill in relevant information of the patient;
the follow-up visit registration management module is used for managing the information registered by the follow-up visit registration module;
the postoperative drainage record management module is used for carrying out information management on information registered by the postoperative drainage record module;
the review appointment management module is used for carrying out information management on the information registered by the review appointment module;
and the dressing change time management module is used for sending the dressing change time information to the dressing change time module.

7. A doctor-patient management method using a wechat applet based doctor-patient management system according to claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:
