For example, a client for managing the electronic device may be installed in the second electronic device in advance, and a borrowing information query interface, such as an input field showing an identifier for a user to input a borrowed device, may be provided through the client.
In step S306, the identification of the first electronic device input at the borrowing information inquiry interface is received.
In an embodiment, after the borrowing information query interface is provided at the second electronic device, the identification of the borrowed device (i.e., the first electronic device) that is input at the borrowing information query interface may be received.
In an embodiment, for explanation and description of the identifier of the borrowed device, reference may be made to the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In step S307, at the second electronic device, querying an identifier of the borrower corresponding to the identifier of the first electronic device based on the correspondence, and presenting the information of the borrower and/or the identifier of the borrower.
In an embodiment, after receiving the identifier of the first electronic device input at the borrowing information query interface, the identifier of the borrower corresponding to the identifier of the first electronic device may be queried at the second electronic device based on the correspondence.
Wherein the correspondence is a correspondence between the identifier of the borrower created in the borrowing list and the identifier of the first electronic device.
In one embodiment, after querying the identifier of the borrower corresponding to the identifier of the first electronic device, the information of the borrower and/or the identifier of the borrower may be displayed.
For example, an option for querying a current borrower of the first electronic device may be set in the second electronic device. When the first electronic device needs to be queried, the administrator may trigger the option, and then the second electronic device may receive the query request information.
In an embodiment, system identifiers (e.g., names or ID numbers) of a plurality of borrowed electronic devices may also be set in the above options, and an administrator may select an electronic device to be queried by triggering the device identifier, and may further receive the current identifier of the borrower of the queried electronic device, and may present a query result, that is, present at least one of the borrower information and the identifier of the borrower.
It should be noted that the querying, based on the correspondence, the identifier of the borrower corresponding to the identifier of the first electronic device includes the following two cases:
in the first case: the second electronic equipment is used by an equipment administrator;
in this case, the second electronic device may obtain the borrowing list from the electronic device at the server, and further query, based on the correspondence in the borrowing list, an identifier of a borrower corresponding to the identifier of the first electronic device; or,
the second electronic device may send the acquired identifier of the first electronic device to the electronic device at the server, and the electronic device at the server may further query, based on the correspondence in the locally stored borrowing list, the identifier of the borrower corresponding to the identifier of the first electronic device, and return the queried identifier of the borrower to the second electronic device.
In the second case: the second electronic equipment is the electronic equipment of the server side;
in this case, the second electronic device may query the identification of the borrower corresponding to the identification of the first electronic device based on the correspondence in the locally stored borrowing list.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, a borrowing information query interface is provided at a second electronic device, and an identifier of a first electronic device input at the borrowing information query interface is received, so that at the second electronic device, an identifier of a borrower corresponding to the identifier of the first electronic device is queried based on the correspondence, and the borrower information and/or the identifier of the borrower are displayed, so that a current borrower of the borrowed electronic device can be queried quickly and accurately, the management efficiency of the electronic device is improved, and the user experience of an administrator is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method of managing an electronic device shown in a fourth exemplary embodiment of the disclosed embodiments; the embodiment can be applied to a system comprising a plurality of electronic devices, including a terminal electronic device (e.g., a smart phone, a tablet computer, etc.) or a server electronic device (e.g., a server cluster formed by a server and a plurality of servers, etc.). As shown in fig. 4, the method includes steps S401-S405:
in step S401, a user information input interface for a user to input borrower information is provided at a first electronic device.
In step S402, the identification of the borrower is determined from the borrower information input at the user information input interface.
In step S403, an identifier of a first electronic device pre-stored in the first electronic device is acquired.
In step S404, a correspondence between the identifier of the borrower and the identifier of the first electronic device is created in a borrowing list.
For the explanation and explanation of steps S401 to S404, reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In step S405, when the set returning trigger condition is satisfied, a prompt message for prompting returning of the electronic device is displayed at the first electronic device.
In an embodiment, the returning triggering condition may be set by a developer according to actual needs, for example, the returning triggering condition is set to reach a set returning time, a control instruction for displaying a prompt message for prompting to return the electronic device is received, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, an option for urging return of the electronic device may be provided in the second electronic device. When the preset device returning time is reached, or other users want to borrow the first electronic device, the administrator can trigger the options in the second electronic device, and then the first electronic device can receive a control instruction for displaying prompt information for prompting the returning of the electronic device, and the prompt information is displayed in response to the control instruction.
In another embodiment, the first electronic device may start a timer when the device is borrowed from a current borrower, and automatically present a prompt for prompting the electronic device to return when a set return time is reached.
In an embodiment, the prompt information may include a voice prompt information or a text prompt information, and the present embodiment does not limit this.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, when the set returning triggering condition is met, the prompt information for prompting the returning of the electronic device is displayed at the first electronic device, so that the electronic device that the current borrower of the first electronic device returns the borrowed can be effectively prompted, the borrower does not need to be contacted by calling or sending information based on instant messaging software, and the like, the management efficiency of the device can be improved, and the user experience of the administrator can be improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method of managing an electronic device shown in a fifth exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure; the embodiment can be applied to a system comprising a plurality of electronic devices, including a terminal electronic device (e.g., a smart phone, a tablet computer, etc.) or a server electronic device (e.g., a server cluster formed by a server and a plurality of servers, etc.). As shown in fig. 5, the method includes steps S501-S504:
in step S501, a return trigger interface is provided at the first electronic device.
In an embodiment, an interface for returning the electronic device, such as an option for returning the electronic device triggered by a user, may be provided in the first electronic device.
In step S502, upon receiving a return trigger instruction input at the return trigger interface, providing a check code input interface at the first electronic device.
In an embodiment, when the user inputs a return trigger instruction at the return trigger interface, for example, an option of the return electronic device is triggered, the first electronic device may provide a check code input interface, for example, an input field for an administrator to input a check code, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In step S503, the check code input at the check code input interface is received.
In an embodiment, after the check code input interface is provided at the first electronic device, the first electronic device may receive the check code input by the administrator at the check code input interface, and may further perform verification on the check code.
In step S504, after the received check code is verified, the correspondence between the identifier of the borrower and the identifier of the first electronic device is deleted from the borrowing list.
In an embodiment, after the received check code is verified, the correspondence between the identifier of the borrower and the identifier of the first electronic device may be deleted from the borrowing list.
For example, when the current borrower of the first electronic device returns the electronic device, a client managing the electronic device in the first electronic device may be opened, and a return trigger interface (e.g., an option of returning the electronic device) set therein may be clicked, and then a check code input interface may be provided at the first electronic device to prompt an administrator to input a check code. In this manner, operation of the borrowed electronic device to "false return" is prevented (i.e., the electronic device is not actually returned although the option to return the electronic device is clicked).
In an embodiment, the check code may be set in the following two ways:
in the first method, a check code is preset by an administrator.
For example, the administrator may preset a check code, and after receiving the returned first electronic device, the administrator may input the preset check code in a check code input box displayed in the first electronic device to verify that the first electronic device is returned.
It can be understood that the way of presetting the check code by the administrator is simple and easy to implement, but the check code is easy to leak because the content of the check code is fixed, and the check code needs to be frequently modified.
And in the second mode, the check code is generated in real time and sent to an administrator.
For example, after receiving the device return instruction sent by the first electronic device, the second terminal may generate a check code in real time, and send the check code to an administrator (e.g., a preset mobile phone of the administrator), so as to prompt the administrator to input the check code in the first electronic device. After receiving the returned first electronic device, the administrator may input the check code received on the mobile phone in an input box displayed in the first electronic device to verify that the electronic device is returned.
In another embodiment, the check code may also be generated by the first electronic device and sent to the administrator, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that, although the way of generating the check code by the server in real time is relatively complex, the security is high because the content of the check code is changed, and the check code does not need to be modified frequently.
On the basis, after the check code input by the administrator is received, the received check code can be matched with the stored check code, wherein the stored check code is the check code preset by the administrator, or the check code generated in real time and sent to the administrator. When the received check code is the same as the stored check code, the received check code is verified to be passed, and the borrowing state of the electronic equipment can be updated to the returned state.
It should be noted that the returning method of the electronic device in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may be implemented on the basis of the borrowing method of the electronic device described in fig. 1 to 4, or may be implemented separately, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, when a return trigger instruction input at the return trigger interface is received, a check code input interface is provided at the first electronic device, and a check code input at the check code input interface is received, and then after the received check code is verified, the corresponding relationship between the identifier of the borrower and the identifier of the first electronic device is deleted in the borrowing list, so that a "false return" operation of the device can be effectively prevented, and the security of the electronic device is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method of managing an electronic device shown in a sixth exemplary embodiment of the disclosed embodiments; the embodiment can be applied to a system comprising a plurality of electronic devices, including a terminal electronic device (e.g., a smart phone, a tablet computer, etc.) or a server electronic device (e.g., a server cluster formed by a server and a plurality of servers, etc.). As shown in fig. 6, the method includes steps S601 to S608:
in step S601, a user information input interface is provided at the first electronic device, the user information input interface being used for a user to input borrower information.
In step S602, the identification of the borrower is determined according to the borrower information input at the user information input interface.
In step S603, an identifier of a first electronic device pre-stored in the first electronic device is obtained.
In step S604, a correspondence between the identification of the borrower and the identification of the first electronic device is created in a borrowing list.
