Abstract
The invention discloses an anesthesia post-operation visit system based on a network and a use method thereof, and the anesthesia post-operation visit system comprises a software platform based on the network, wherein the software platform is provided with an anesthesia doctor registration module, a patient login module, a registration information verification module, a doctor-patient interaction data storage module and a background management module, and the anesthesia doctor registration module enables doctors to register and authenticate users; the patient login module is used for logging in the software platform by the patient; the registration information verification module is used for verifying the doctor certificate; the doctor-patient interaction module is used for enabling a doctor to interactively communicate with a patient; the doctor-patient interaction data storage module is used for recording and viewing doctor-patient interaction information and postoperative visit list data of anesthesia; the background management module is used for managing background data. The method comprises the following steps: registering anesthesia doctor information; after logging in the platform, the patient selects a corresponding doctor and leaves a message for the doctor; the message information is pushed to the terminal equipment of the anesthesiologist; the anesthesiologist gives a question answering guidance to the patient and gives corresponding information.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical services, and particularly relates to an anesthesia post-operation visit system based on a network and a use method thereof.
Background
At present, the traditional anesthesiology only focuses on painlessness and safety in the operation, but the operation and the anesthesia are not the purposes, and the smooth and comfortable rehabilitation of the patient after the operation is the purpose. In recent years, anesthesiology extends from simple operative anesthesia to the whole perioperative period, including visit of patients before operation and understanding of disease conditions; visit the patient after the operation, understand the adverse reaction and recovery condition of the patient related to anesthesia after the operation. Post-anesthesia visit is one of the important links of comfort medical treatment. In most of domestic hospitals, an anesthesiologist or an anesthesia nurse goes to a ward every day to observe patients after the first 1-day rhizoma gastrodiae intoxication, so as to know the consciousness state of the patients after the operation, whether nausea and vomiting exist, the postoperative limb movement and feeling recovery condition, the postoperative pain condition and other various anesthesia-related adverse reactions. The traditional anesthesia postoperative follow-up mode has the defects that the visit time period is fixed, the visit frequency is limited, the personnel participating in the visit are fixed, the communication time with the patient is limited, and the patient is not always contacted any more after the follow-up visit is finished, so that the anesthesia related state of the patient after the operation for a longer time cannot be known. During the period from the operation to the visit of the anesthesia professionals and in the time period after the visit of the anesthesia professionals, if relevant adverse reactions of anesthesia occur, the adverse reactions cannot be directly fed back to the anesthesia doctors in time, and real perioperative period continuous management cannot be realized. The general routes by which patients need to feedback about the associated adverse reactions after anesthesia during hospitalization are: the feedback is given to the ward nurse, the nurse feeds back to the doctor on duty in the ward, the doctor on duty feeds back to the doctor in charge of the patient, the doctor in charge feeds back to the anesthesia department, and the anesthesia department feeds back to the anesthesia doctor concerned. By such a route, adverse events related to the feedback anesthesia of the patient cannot be handled in a timely manner.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anesthesia postoperative visit system based on a network and a using method thereof, aiming at the defects of the prior art, the anesthesia postoperative visit system has the characteristic that a patient can timely feed back related adverse reactions of anesthesia to an anesthesiologist, so that the patient can be more quickly guided by an anesthesia professional to solve related problems, an electronic postoperative visit sheet can be sent by the anesthesiologist to be filled by the patient and family members, and related conditions of the postoperative anesthesia of the patient are collected.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an anesthesia post-operation visit system based on a network comprises a software platform based on the network, wherein the software platform is provided with an anesthesia doctor registration module, a patient login module, a registration information verification module, a doctor-patient interaction data storage module and a background management module,
the anesthesia doctor registration module is used for enabling a doctor to register a user and uploading an authentication certificate;
the patient login module is used for paying attention to the patient and logging in a software platform;
the registration information verification module is used for verifying the uploaded doctor certificate;
the doctor-patient interaction module is used for enabling a doctor to interactively communicate with a patient;
the doctor-patient interaction data storage module is used for recording and viewing doctor-patient interaction information and postoperative visit list data;
the background management module is used for managing background data.
The anesthesia doctor registration module is provided with an information modification module which is used for modifying the personal information of the anesthesia doctor and the scheduling information of the unit where the anesthesia doctor is located.
The software platform is provided with a patient information registration module which is used for filling information in by the patient.
The doctor-patient interaction module is provided with a document table interaction column, a text interaction column, a picture uploading interface, a voice interaction interface and a video interaction interface.
The background data managed by the background management module comprises auditing and deleting anesthesiologist information, searching anesthesiologist data, searching patient data and searching doctor-patient interaction data.
A post-anesthesia visit method based on a network comprises the following specific steps:
a. and (3) registering anesthesia physician information: a doctor logs in the software platform, registers information and uploads certificates on a login interface, and a service background verifies the information and certificates uploaded by the doctor;
b. a patient enters a login interface of a software platform through intelligent electronic equipment, then finds out a corresponding anesthesiologist in a physician information display column of the software platform, and enters an exchange interface of the anesthesiologist;
c. entering a communication interface of an anesthesiologist and feeding the information of the state of illness back to the anesthesiologist; the software platform can push the information to the intelligent electronic equipment of the anesthesiologist;
d. after receiving the information of the patient, the anaesthetist can answer the question by words on the communication interface or send voice or video call through the communication interface so as to answer the question of the patient;
e. the background management of the software platform can send an anesthesia postoperative visit sheet to the patient, and the patient can submit the anesthesia postoperative visit sheet to the background management after online filling; or, the anesthesiologist can send an anesthesia postoperative visit list to the patient, and the patient can fill in the visit list on line and submit the visit list to the anesthesiologist after completion;
f. the background management after the software is flat or the anaesthetist can send health propaganda and education data to the patient.
In step d, the information communicated between the anesthesiologist and the patient is uploaded to the service background for storage and can be retrieved in the subsequent process.
In step e, the post-anesthesia visit list information data submitted by the patient is uploaded to a service platform database for storage and can be called in the follow-up process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the anesthesia operation system is convenient for a patient to timely feed back anesthesia related adverse reactions to corresponding anesthesia professionals and consult problems related to operation anesthesia at any time, and is convenient for an anesthesiologist to timely answer and feed back the patient, so that the anesthesiologist can better serve the patient; doctor-patient interaction information and postoperative visit data also serve as analysis reasons and summary experiences of hospitals and anesthesia subjects, so that academic level is improved, and medical service quality is improved.

Example, see fig. 1: an anesthesia post-operation visit system based on a network comprises a software platform based on the network, wherein the software platform is APP software or a WeChat public account platform or other network application systems, and an anesthesia doctor registration module, a patient login module, a doctor-patient interaction module, an anesthesia doctor registration information verification module, an anesthesia doctor data storage and query module, a doctor-patient interaction data storage module and a background management module are arranged on the software platform. The anesthesia doctor registration module is used for enabling an anesthesia doctor to register a user, filling in personal identity information, a work unit, a title and a related resume during registration, and uploading authentication certificates, such as an identity card, a doctor qualification certificate, a doctor certification certificate or a work certificate and other related certificates. The anesthesia doctor registration module is provided with an information modification module which is used for modifying the personal information of the anesthesia doctor. The registration information verification module is used for verifying the uploaded doctor certificate, the verification mode can be manual verification or verification by adopting a public data system, the manual verification mode is that a background service staff verifies through the calling doctor or a related unit, and the public data system verifies that the qualification certificate uploaded by the anesthesiologist is checked with a doctor database opened by a related department so as to complete verification. The anesthesia doctor data storage and query module is used for storing and querying information of a doctor, and the module can store personal information and related profile of the anesthesia doctor so that a patient can conveniently know the information. And the patient logs in the module, and the patient completes related data in a login system by scanning the two-dimensional code or entering a website application system to download and install a software platform. The doctor-patient interaction module is used for enabling doctors to interactively communicate with patients, the doctor-patient interaction module is provided with an communication interface, the patients can leave messages for the doctors on the communication interface, the messages can be pushed to clients of the doctors by a background, and meanwhile, the doctor-patient interaction module has the functions of transmitting data such as characters, pictures and documents, voice communication, video communication and the like, so that the doctors can timely receive adverse reactions fed back by the patients and can well communicate with the patients. The doctor-patient interaction data storage module is used for recording and viewing doctor-patient interaction information and postoperative visit list data, and when a patient communicates with a doctor, the communicated data can be stored in the background server by the doctor-patient interaction data storage module for subsequent inquiry. The background management module is used for managing background data, and the background management module is used for auditing and deleting anesthesiologist information, searching anesthesiologist data, patient data and doctor-patient interaction data and searching postoperative visit list data of anesthesia.
A post-anesthesia visit method based on a network comprises the following specific steps:
a. and (3) registering anesthesia physician information: a doctor logs in on a software platform, the software platform is generally an APP or WeChat public number platform or other network application systems, a login registration interface is provided after entering the APP, the WeChat public number or the application systems, personal information registration is carried out on the login registration interface, a certificate is uploaded, a service background is used for checking information and certificates uploaded by the doctor, the checking mode is manual telephone verification or system verification of the uploaded certificate and medical system verification, the network verification passes through public open data system verification, and the qualification certificate uploaded by an anesthesiologist is checked with a doctor database opened by a relevant department to complete verification. And (3) entering an exchange interface of an anesthesiologist, wherein a patient can leave a message for the anesthesiologist according to the condition of the patient on the exchange interface, and meanwhile, the software platform can push the message to the intelligent electronic equipment of the anesthesiologist so as to enable the intelligent electronic equipment to be checked immediately.
d. After receiving the information of the patient, the anesthesiologist can answer the question of the patient by text on the communication interface or send a voice or video call through the communication interface. The information communicated between the anesthesiologist and the patient is uploaded to a database of the software platform for storage and can be called in the follow-up process.
e. The background management of the software platform can send an anesthesia postoperative visit sheet to the patient, and the patient can submit the anesthesia postoperative visit sheet to the background management after online filling; alternatively, the anesthesiologist may send a post-anesthesia visit order to the patient, which may be filled out online and delivered to the anesthesiologist after completion. The patient-delivered postoperative visit list information data of the anesthesia can be uploaded to a platform database for storage and can be retrieved in the follow-up process.
f. The background management or anesthesia doctor after the software is flat can send health propaganda and education data to the patient, and meanwhile, doctor information, patient information, doctor-patient interaction information and postoperative visit list data stored in the background management database can be called at any time, so that analysis, summary and scientific research can be performed in subsequent work.
