Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a mobile payment method based on a vehicle-mounted terminal, including the following steps:
s1, obtaining a payment request sent by a designated mobile terminal, wherein the payment request is accompanied by a first picture and a first positioning position of the designated mobile terminal, the designated mobile terminal is set to be in limited range payment, the limited range payment means that a payment auditing condition is triggered within a designated range, and the designated range means that the distance between the designated mobile terminal and a preset vehicle-mounted terminal is smaller than a preset distance threshold;
s2, according to a preset identity authentication method, the identity of the appointed mobile terminal is authenticated by the first picture, and whether identity authentication is passed or not is judged;
s3, if the identity authentication is passed, acquiring a designated vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the designated mobile terminal according to the corresponding relation between the preset mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal, and acquiring a second positioning position of the designated vehicle-mounted terminal;
s4, calculating a real-time distance between the first positioning position and the second positioning position, and judging whether the real-time distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value;
s5, if the real-time distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold, selecting a designated audit strategy from a preset payment audit strategy library, wherein the predicted time consumption of the designated audit strategy is smaller than the predicted time consumption of a default audit strategy;
s6, auditing the payment request according to the appointed auditing strategy, and judging whether the auditing is passed;
and S7, if the verification is passed, opening the payment authority of the payment request.
According to the mobile payment method based on the vehicle-mounted terminal, the distance between the mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal is used as a selection basis of the auditing strategy, and when the distance is short (namely the real-time distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold), the auditing strategy which is more time-saving is used, so that the mobile payment speed is improved. The principles of the present application are presented herein: due to the popularization of private cars and the popularization of vehicle-mounted terminals, and the fact that car owners are not too far away from the cars when mobile payment is carried out in a plurality of scenes (for example, driving to go to a pedestrian street for shopping, the corresponding preset distance can be 2-5 kilometers), the mobile payment method can be widely applied. When the potential safety hazard of payment occurs, for example, a payment account is stolen or a mobile terminal is stolen, the mobile terminal performing abnormal payment is far away from the vehicle-mounted terminal (the reason is that if the payment account is stolen, a lawbreaker logs in the terminal of the payment account, the terminal is generally far away from the vehicle-mounted terminal, and if the mobile terminal is stolen by a thief, the thief can quickly leave the site, so that the terminal is far away from the vehicle-mounted terminal), so that the mobile payment is refused.
As described in step S1, a payment request sent by a specific mobile terminal is obtained, where the payment request is accompanied by a first picture and a first location position of the specific mobile terminal, and the specific mobile terminal is set to limit range payment, where the limit range payment refers to triggering a payment auditing condition only within a specified range, and a distance between the specific mobile terminal and a preset vehicle-mounted terminal is less than a preset distance threshold. The specified mobile terminal is set to limit range payment, so that a correlation system is formed between the specified mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal, and a safe payment range taking the vehicle-mounted terminal as a center is formed, so that no obstacle is caused to payment, and the payment safety can be effectively improved.
As described in step S2, according to a preset authentication method, the first picture is used to authenticate the identity of the specified mobile terminal, and whether the authentication is passed is determined. Wherein the first picture is used as the basis for identity authentication. The preset authentication method may be any feasible method, for example, the first picture is also prestored at the execution main body end of the present application, so that the authentication can be performed by comparing the two pictures. Further, according to a preset identity authentication method, the first picture is used for authenticating the identity of the specified mobile terminal, and whether the identity authentication is passed or not is judged, for example: performing a cropping operation on the first picture to obtain a second picture with a circular hole, wherein the cropping operation refers to cropping a specified circular area in the first picture, and the circle center of the specified circular area coincides with the center of the first picture; introducing the second picture into a preset virtual three-dimensional space, and penetrating the circular hole by using a virtual cylinder, wherein the surface of the virtual cylinder is smooth, the diameter of the virtual cylinder is equal to that of the circular hole, and the light ray straight line propagation principle is followed in the virtual three-dimensional space, so that the pattern of the second picture is reflected on the surface of the virtual cylinder; acquiring an image on the virtual cylinder at a specified position, wherein the specified position is outside the virtual cylinder and the second picture, and calculating the image similarity between the image on the virtual cylinder and a preset third picture; judging whether the image similarity is greater than a preset image similarity threshold value or not; and if the image similarity is greater than a preset image similarity threshold, judging that the identity verification of the appointed mobile terminal is passed. Thereby improving the security of the identity authentication.
As described in the step S3, if the identity authentication is passed, the designated vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the designated mobile terminal is obtained according to the preset corresponding relationship between the mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the second positioning position of the designated vehicle-mounted terminal is obtained. The second positioning location is obtained, for example, by sending a location obtaining request to the designated vehicle-mounted terminal, and the designated vehicle-mounted terminal obtains the second positioning location according to GPS positioning and the like, and sends the second positioning location to the execution main body end of the application.
As described in step S4, the real-time distance between the first positioning location and the second positioning location is calculated, and it is determined whether the real-time distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold. The real-time distance between the first positioning position and the second positioning position can be calculated in any feasible manner, for example, when the positioning position adopts a longitude and latitude positioning method, the real-time distance can be acquired by adopting a longitude and latitude distance calculation formula. Wherein the distance threshold can be set to any feasible value, such as 1-10 km, 2-5 km, and so on.
As described in step S5, if the real-time distance is smaller than the preset distance threshold, a specified audit policy is selected from a preset payment audit policy library, where the expected time consumption of the specified audit policy is smaller than the expected time consumption of the default audit policy. If the real-time distance is smaller than the preset distance threshold, the payment request is sent out in a safe area, and therefore an auditing strategy with lower safety and higher speed can be adopted. The default auditing strategy is long in time consumption, but high in safety, for example, information and fund exchange data of a user can be comprehensively audited, and a manual auditing link can be introduced to improve safety. However, the auditing speed of the default auditing strategy cannot meet the requirement, so that the specified auditing strategy is selected from a preset payment auditing strategy library, wherein the predicted time consumption of the specified auditing strategy is less than that of the default auditing strategy, the payment speed is accelerated, and the payment speed is improved.
As described in step S6, the payment request is audited according to the specified audit policy, and whether the audit is passed is determined. The appointed auditing strategy can be that only fund transaction data in a preset time is audited, and further, the appointed auditing strategy can be a null auditing strategy (that is, a conclusion that the auditing is passed is directly given), so that the payment speed is improved to the maximum extent.
As described in step S7, if the verification is passed, the payment authority of the payment request is opened. The appointed auditing strategy is used for ensuring the minimum safety auditing, if the auditing of the appointed auditing strategy is passed, the potential safety hazard of the payment request can be ignored, and the payment authority should be given.
In one embodiment, the step S2 of verifying the identity of the specified mobile terminal by using the first picture according to a preset identity verification method, and determining whether the identity verification passes includes:
s201, performing a cropping operation on the first picture to obtain a second picture with a circular hole, wherein the cropping operation refers to cropping a specified circular area in the first picture, and the center of the specified circular area coincides with the center of the first picture;
s202, introducing the second picture into a preset virtual three-dimensional space, and penetrating the circular hole by using a virtual cylinder, wherein the surface of the virtual cylinder is smooth, the diameter of the virtual cylinder is equal to that of the circular hole, and the pattern of the second picture is reflected on the surface of the virtual cylinder by following the principle of linear propagation of light rays in the virtual three-dimensional space;
s203, collecting an image on the virtual cylinder at a designated position, wherein the designated position is outside the virtual cylinder and the second picture, and calculating the image similarity between the image on the virtual cylinder and a preset third picture;
s204, judging whether the image similarity is greater than a preset image similarity threshold value;
s205, if the image similarity is larger than a preset image similarity threshold, judging that the identity verification of the appointed mobile terminal is passed.
As described above, the identity of the specified mobile terminal is verified by using the first picture, and whether the identity verification is passed or not is judged. The virtual three-dimensional space conforming to the ray linear propagation principle can be constructed by any method, such as a 3D modeling tool, and is not described herein again. Due to the straight line of light propagation in the virtual three-dimensional space, the pattern of the second picture will be reflected on the surface of the virtual cylinder, and the image on the virtual cylinder is captured at different positions, and a different image will be obtained (i.e. the reflection result of the pattern at different positions on the second picture). Therefore, unless a lawbreaker obtains the first picture, the position of the circular area, and the generation method of the designated position at the same time, the identity can not be forged, and therefore the security of the application is improved. The process of acquiring the third picture is the same as the process of the first picture, so that the third picture can be ensured to be competent for a task of serving as a picture comparison basis. Accordingly, an image on the virtual cylinder is acquired at a specified position, wherein the specified position is outside the virtual cylinder and the second picture, and the image similarity between the image on the virtual cylinder and a preset third picture is calculated; and if the image similarity is greater than a preset image similarity threshold, judging that the identity verification of the appointed mobile terminal is passed. Furthermore, even if the third picture prestored in the execution main body end is leaked, the security of the identity authentication cannot be affected (because the first picture cannot be pushed back, the third picture sent by the terminal is not considered), so that only the first picture needs to be protected by the user, the way of information leakage is reduced, and the security is improved.
In one embodiment, the step S203 of calculating the image similarity between the image on the virtual cylinder and a preset third picture includes:
s2031, according to a preset contour line obtaining method, obtaining a first contour line in an image on the virtual cylinder and a second contour line in the third picture;
s2032, generating a first minimum circumscribed rectangle of the first contour line and a second minimum circumscribed rectangle of the second contour line according to a preset minimum circumscribed rectangle generation method;
s2033, according to the formula:
Figure BDA0002394067180000101
and calculating the image similarity Sim between the image on the virtual cylinder and a preset third picture, wherein area1 is the area of the first circumscribed rectangle, and area2 is the area of the second circumscribed rectangle.
As described above, it is achieved that the image similarity of the image on the virtual cylinder and the preset third picture is calculated. The image on the virtual cylinder is mapped to a three-dimensional virtual cylinder from a two-dimensional first picture, the image on the virtual cylinder is collected at a specified position, and a two-dimensional image is finally obtained, so that the first picture sent by the specified mobile terminal is forged, and the difference between the forged picture and the correct picture is highlighted. The contour line obtaining method may be any feasible method, such as recognizing a graphic contour in a picture, obtaining a boundary line between different contours, and marking the boundary line as a contour line. According to the method, a first contour line in an image on the virtual cylinder and a second contour line in the third image are obtained according to a preset contour line obtaining method; generating a first minimum circumscribed rectangle of the first contour line and a second minimum circumscribed rectangle of the second contour line according to a preset minimum circumscribed rectangle generation method; according to the formula:
Figure BDA0002394067180000102
and calculating the image similarity Sim between the image on the virtual cylinder and a preset third picture, wherein area1 is the area of the first circumscribed rectangle, and area2 is the area of the second circumscribed rectangle, so as to determine the image similarity. Therefore, the method does not need to carefully compare each pixel point, and therefore the calculation efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, after the step S4 of calculating the real-time distance between the first positioning location and the second positioning location, and determining whether the real-time distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold, the method includes:
s41, if the real-time distance is not smaller than a preset distance threshold, opening a preset camera on the appointed mobile terminal for image acquisition, and accordingly obtaining image data;
s42, judging whether a face image exists in the image data;
s43, if a face image exists in the image data, identifying the face image according to a preset face identification method so as to obtain face features;
s44, judging whether the face features are matched with the appointed user of the appointed mobile terminal;
and S45, if the face features are matched with the appointed user of the appointed mobile terminal, deleting the image data and generating a default auditing instruction, wherein the default auditing instruction is used for instructing to audit the payment request by using the default auditing strategy.
As described above, generation of a default audit instruction for indicating that the payment request is to be audited using the default audit policy is implemented. If the real-time distance is not smaller than the preset distance threshold, the abnormal payment phenomenon is possibly generated. The method and the device for checking abnormal payment use view through the camera are used for checking whether abnormal payment is available or not. Specifically, a preset camera on the appointed mobile terminal is opened for image acquisition, so that image data are obtained; if the image data contains a face image, identifying the face image according to a preset face identification method so as to obtain face characteristics; judging whether the face features are matched with the appointed user of the appointed mobile terminal; and if the face features are matched with the appointed user of the mobile terminal, deleting the image data and generating a default auditing instruction, wherein the default auditing instruction is used for instructing to audit the payment request by using the default auditing strategy. If the image data contains the face, the face recognition confirms that the image data is an appointed user, and although the mobile terminal is not in the safe payment range, the user is the terminal user, and the payment request should not be rejected. However, since the mobile terminal is not within the secure payment range, there is a potential safety hazard, and the payment request is audited by using the default auditing policy. To improve payment security. If the human face features are matched with the appointed user of the appointed mobile terminal, deleting the image data, and saving storage space; and if the human face features are not matched with the appointed user of the appointed mobile terminal, the image data is likely to acquire clues of lawbreakers and can be used for follow-up purposes such as stealing and crime determination.
In one embodiment, the step S6 of the payment request specifying a payment category, and the auditing the payment request according to the specified auditing policy, and determining whether the auditing is passed includes:
s601, calling appointed user data corresponding to an appointed mobile terminal according to a preset corresponding relation between the mobile terminal and the user data;
s602, inputting the specified user data into a preset behavior prediction model for calculation, so as to obtain a behavior category output by the behavior prediction model;
s603, judging whether the payment type is matched with the behavior type according to a preset type matching method;
s604, if the payment type is matched with the behavior type, judging that the audit is passed.
As described above, the payment request is audited according to the specified audit strategy, and whether the audit is passed or not is judged. The method adopts a behavior prediction model to check the payment request, judges whether the current payment behavior (payment type) of the user is matched with the behavior characteristic (behavior type) of the user, and if not, indicates that the potential safety hazard exists and can reject the payment request; and if the verification result is matched with the verification result, judging that the verification is passed. Wherein the behavior prediction model is trained based on a machine learning model, such as a neural network model. Therefore, the payment request is automatically and quickly audited by utilizing the machine learning model, and the safety and the efficiency are ensured.
In an embodiment, the step S602 of training the behavior prediction model based on a neural network model, and inputting the specified user data into a preset behavior prediction model for calculation to obtain the behavior category output by the behavior prediction model includes:
s6011, obtaining pre-stored sample data, and dividing the sample data into a training sample and a verification sample, wherein the sample data is composed of pre-collected user data and behavior categories corresponding to the user data;
s6012, training a preset neural network model by using the training sample to obtain a temporary prediction model;
s6013, verifying the temporary prediction model by using the verification sample to obtain a verification result, and judging whether the verification result is verified;
s6014, if the verification result is that the verification is passed, marking the temporary prediction model as a behavior prediction model.
As described above, obtaining the behavior prediction model is achieved. Wherein, the neural network model is, for example: VGG-F models, ResNet50 models, Xinstructions models, etc. The behavior prediction model is formed by training sample data based on a neural network model, wherein the sample data is formed by pre-collected user data and behavior categories corresponding to the user data, and therefore the behavior prediction model can be used for predicting the behavior categories of the user. Training a preset neural network model by using the training sample so as to obtain a temporary prediction model; then, verifying by adopting a verification sample with the same composition; if the verification is passed, the temporary prediction model is indicated to be trained completely and can be used for formal behavior type prediction, and therefore the temporary prediction model is marked as a behavior prediction model.
