Claims (10)

1. A method for handling a violation, comprising:
receiving violation phenomenon reporting information and positioning information sent by a user side, and determining a target violation phenomenon type, target violation description information and a target violation address;
determining a target responsible person corresponding to the violation reporting information according to a preset violation type and a corresponding relation between the address information and the responsible person;
and determining target work order information by using the target violation phenomenon type, the target violation description information and the target violation address, and sending the target work order information to a target terminal corresponding to the target responsible person.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining the type of the target violation, the description information of the target violation, and the address of the target violation, the violation report information and the positioning information sent by the receiving user side, the method further comprises:
and recording the receiving time of the violation reporting information and the positioning information, and the corresponding target violation type and the target violation address.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
counting the number of violation types in each address area according to a preset address area division rule;
and predicting the violation phenomenon trend of each address area according to the statistical result.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the determining target work order information using the target violation phenomenon type, the target violation description information, and the target violation address and sending the target work order information to a target terminal corresponding to the target person in charge, further comprising:
and receiving the processing state information fed back by the target terminal, and forwarding the processing state information to the user side.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving and storing the complaint photos sent by the user side;
correspondingly, after the receiving the processing state information fed back by the target terminal and forwarding the processing state information to the user side, the method further includes:
receiving a feedback photo sent by the target terminal;
and determining the completion condition of the target work order information by comparing the complaint photo with the feedback photo.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the process of receiving violation report information and positioning information sent by a user side and determining a target violation type, target violation description information, and a target violation address specifically includes:
receiving voice information and the positioning information sent by the user side;
determining a corresponding target violation phenomenon type and the target violation description information by analyzing the voice information;
and determining the target violation address according to the positioning information.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the determining target work order information by using the target violation phenomenon type, the target violation description information, and the target violation address and sending the target work order information to a target terminal corresponding to the target person in charge, the method further comprises:
and sending out corresponding prompt information.
8. An infraction phenomenon processing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving violation phenomenon reporting information and positioning information sent by the user side and determining a target violation phenomenon type, target violation description information and a target violation address;
the determining module is used for determining a target responsible person corresponding to the violation reporting information according to the preset violation type and the corresponding relation between the address information and the responsible person;
and the sending module is used for determining target work order information by using the target violation phenomenon type, the target violation description information and the target violation address and sending the target work order information to a target terminal corresponding to the target responsible person.

a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the method of violation processing according to any of claims 1-7 when executing the computer program.
