According to the police dispatch method provided by the embodiment, the image and the position information of the target person are sent to the target terminal in real time, namely, the information message pushed by the alarm condition monitoring system is continuously sent to the target police terminal instead of other terminals, so that the police officer with the police terminal can track and position the target person in time after the position of the target person moves, and the police output efficiency can be improved.

After receiving the position information of the first person gate, the electronic device may also locate the position information of the first person gate on the map. For example, the electronic device stores the position information of each person card port on the map, and since the serial number of the person card port is unique, the position of the person card port can be determined when the person card port is installed, so that different person card ports can be distinguished by using the serial numbers when the person card port is stored in the electronic device, and one serial number corresponds to one position on the map. after the position information of the first person gate is extracted, the electronic equipment searches and matches the number of the first person gate, and then the position of the first person gate corresponding to the number on the map can be determined. Whether the police officer corresponding to the target police terminal is on line (namely whether the police officer is in a working state) needs to be determined by means of other modes. For example, when the police officer is in the working state, the software similar to police service can be used for informing other people of the working state. The software needs to send the status of the corresponding police officer to the electronic device, or the electronic device needs to know whether the police officer is online.
For example, in the target police terminal A, B, C and D determined in S303, in a certain time period, the online policemen corresponding to the target police terminal A, B, C and D include B1 and C1, and the policemen a1 and D1 are offline; then, the electronic device may obtain that the policeman a1 corresponding to the target police terminal a is offline, the policeman B1 corresponding to the target police terminal B is online, the policeman C1 corresponding to the target police terminal C is online, and the policeman D1 corresponding to the target police terminal D is offline, so that the policemans corresponding to the target police terminals B and C may be determined to be in an online state.
S305, when the police officer corresponding to the target police terminal is on line, first monitoring information and first position information of the target person are sent to the target police terminal.
When the electronic equipment determines the target police terminal, whether a police officer holding the target police terminal is on line needs to be determined, and the electronic equipment only sends the first monitoring information and the first position information of the target person to the corresponding target police terminal on line of the police officer.
S306, receiving a second push message of the alarm condition monitoring system.
The second pushing information comprises second monitoring information and second position information of the target person; the second monitoring information comprises an image and identity information of the target person, and the second position information is position information of a second person gate for collecting the image.

S307, sending second monitoring information and second position information of the target person to the target police terminal.

And S311, sending the moving range to a target police terminal.

In the police dispatch method provided by the embodiment, the image and the position information of the target person are sent to the target police terminal by acquiring the online state of the target police terminal corresponding to the police, so that the police holding the target police terminal can acquire the information of the target person in time; that is, when the police officer corresponding to the target police terminal is on line, the information of the target person is sent to the target police terminal, so that the police output efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, an alarm sending device is further provided, and the device is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have already been described and are not described again. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
The present embodiment provides an alarm device, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a first receiving module 401, configured to receive first push information of an alarm monitoring system; the alarm condition monitoring system is used for monitoring and identifying target personnel through a personnel checkpoint, and the first push information comprises first monitoring information and first position information of the target personnel; the first monitoring information comprises an image and identity information of the target person, and the first position information is position information of a first person checkpoint for collecting the image;
a positioning module 402, configured to position a police terminal within the preset range of the first location information, where the police terminal is a terminal device owned by a police officer;
a determining module 403, configured to determine a police terminal closest to the first position information route as a target police terminal;
a first sending module 404, configured to send the first monitoring information and the first location information of the target person to the target police terminal.
The police dispatch device that this embodiment provided, the position of target personnel is confirmed to the position of first personnel's bayonet socket that utilizes discernment target personnel, and the police terminal who is located personnel bayonet socket preset range is reconciled, can send target personnel's image and positional information to the police terminal that is the nearest distance with first personnel's bayonet socket, so that the police terminal's of holding this police terminal can know target personnel's image and positional information, make the police personnel nearest with first personnel's bayonet socket can handle and track target personnel, for sending target personnel's image and positional information for fixed police personnel, can improve the utilization ratio of police strength resource.
As an alternative implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus further includes:
a second receiving module 405, configured to receive a second push message of the alert monitoring system; the second push information comprises second monitoring information and second position information of the target person; the second monitoring information comprises an image and identity information of the target person, and the second position information is position information of a second person gate for collecting the image;
a second sending module 406, configured to send the second monitoring information and the second location information of the target person to the target police terminal.
As another optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the first monitoring information further includes a first shooting time, the second monitoring information further includes a second shooting time, and the apparatus further includes:
a first calculating module 407, configured to determine a moving direction of the target person based on the first location information and the second location information, and calculate a moving distance of the target person;
a second calculating module 408, configured to calculate a moving speed of the target person based on the moving distance at the first shooting time and the second shooting time;
a prediction module 409 for predicting a movement range of the target person using the movement direction and the movement speed;
a third sending module 410, configured to send the moving range to the target police terminal.
The alarm device in this embodiment is in the form of a functional unit, where the unit refers to an ASIC circuit, a processor and a memory executing one or more software or fixed programs, and/or other devices that can provide the above-described functions.
Further functional descriptions of the modules are the same as those of the corresponding embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment which is provided with the alarm sending device shown in the figures 4-6.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device may include: at least one processor 51, such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), at least one communication interface 53, memory 54, at least one communication bus 52. Wherein a communication bus 52 is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The communication interface 53 may include a Display (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional communication interface 53 may also include a standard wired interface and a standard wireless interface. The Memory 54 may be a high-speed RAM Memory (volatile Random Access Memory) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The memory 54 may alternatively be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor 51. Wherein the processor 51 may be in connection with the apparatus described in fig. 4-6, the memory 54 stores an application program, and the processor 51 calls the program code stored in the memory 54 for performing any of the above-mentioned method steps.
The communication bus 52 may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus 52 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 7, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The memory 54 may include a volatile memory (RAM), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory may also include a non-volatile memory (english: non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (english: flash memory), a hard disk (english: hard disk drive, abbreviation: HDD), or a solid-state drive (english: SSD); the memory 54 may also comprise a combination of the above types of memories.
The processor 51 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of a CPU and an NP.
The processor 51 may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or a combination thereof. The aforementioned PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or any combination thereof.
Optionally, the memory 54 is also used to store program instructions. The processor 51 may call program instructions to implement the alarm dispatch method as shown in the embodiments of fig. 1 to 3 of the present application.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a non-transitory computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores computer executable instructions, and the computer executable instructions can execute the alarm sending method in any method embodiment. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for sending a police, comprising:
receiving first push information of an alarm condition monitoring system; the alarm condition monitoring system is used for monitoring and identifying target personnel through a personnel checkpoint, and the first push information comprises first monitoring information and first position information of the target personnel; the first monitoring information comprises an image and identity information of the target person, and the first position information is position information of a first person checkpoint for collecting the image;
positioning the position of a police terminal in the preset range of the first position information, wherein the police terminal is terminal equipment carried by a police officer;
determining a police terminal closest to the first position information path as a target police terminal;
and sending the first monitoring information and the first position information of the target personnel to the target police terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of sending the image of the target person and the first location information to a police terminal closest to the first location information distance:
receiving a second push message of the alarm condition monitoring system; the second push information comprises second monitoring information and second position information of the target person; the second monitoring information comprises an image and identity information of the target person, and the second position information is position information of a second person gate for collecting the image;
and sending second monitoring information and second position information of the target personnel to the target police terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first monitoring information further comprises a first photographing time, the second monitoring information further comprises a second photographing time, and after the step of sending the image of the target person and the second location information to the target police terminal, further comprising:
judging the moving direction of the target personnel based on the first position information and the second position information, and calculating the moving distance of the target personnel;
calculating a moving speed of the target person based on the first photographing time, the second photographing time, and the moving distance;
predicting a moving range of the target person using the moving direction and the moving speed;
and sending the moving range to the target police terminal.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after the step of predicting the moving range of the target person using the moving direction and the moving speed:
judging whether other police terminals exist in the moving range;
and when other police service terminals exist in the moving range, sending second monitoring information and second position information of the target person to the other police service terminals.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending the first monitoring information and the first location information of the target person to the target police terminal is preceded by the step of:
acquiring the online state of a policeman corresponding to the target police terminal;
and when the police officer corresponding to the target police terminal is on line, sending first monitoring information and first position information of the target person to the target police terminal.
6. An alert sending device, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving first push information of the alarm condition monitoring system; the alarm condition monitoring system is used for monitoring and identifying target personnel through a personnel checkpoint, and the first push information comprises first monitoring information and first position information of the target personnel; the first monitoring information comprises an image and identity information of the target person, and the first position information is position information of a first person checkpoint for collecting the image;
the positioning module is used for positioning the position of a police terminal within the preset range of the first position information, and the police terminal is terminal equipment carried by a police officer;
the determining module is used for determining the police terminal closest to the first position information path as a target police terminal;
and the first sending module is used for sending the first monitoring information and the first position information of the target personnel to the target police terminal.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a second push message of the alarm condition monitoring system; the second push information comprises second monitoring information and second position information of the target person; the second monitoring information comprises an image and identity information of the target person, and the second position information is position information of a second person gate for collecting the image;
and the second sending module is used for sending second monitoring information and second position information of the target personnel to the target police terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first monitoring information further comprises a first photographing time, wherein the second monitoring information further comprises a second photographing time, and wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the first calculation module is used for judging the moving direction of the target personnel based on the first position information and the second position information and calculating the moving distance of the target personnel;
the second calculation module is used for calculating the moving speed of the target person based on the first shooting time and the second shooting time and the moving distance;
a prediction module for predicting a movement range of the target person using the movement direction and the movement speed;
and the third sending module is used for sending the moving range to the target police terminal.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor, the memory and the processor being communicatively coupled to each other, the memory having stored therein computer instructions, the processor executing the computer instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
