本发明涉及一种显示面板及显示装置。其中,显示面板包括:背光模组、显示模组以及遮光胶层。所述遮光胶层包括胶层本体以及通孔或者凹槽。所述通孔贯穿所述胶层本体;所述凹槽设置于所述胶层本体的顶面及底面。一方面,通过在遮光胶层上设置通孔或凹槽,使得背光模组与显示模组组装过程中产生的静电通过通孔或凹槽释放,进而不会形成吸附牛顿环现象,提高显示面板的显示均一性,提高显示效果。另一方面,通过通孔或凹槽的设置,将遮光胶层在胶框与光学膜片之间形成局部断开,避免光学膜片因收缩不均匀产生褶皱,影响显示效果的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及显示面板及显示装置。
背景技术
显示装置可以把计算机的数据变换成各种文字、数字、符号或直观的图像显示出来,并且可以利用键盘等输入工具把命令或数据输入计算机,借助系统的硬件和软件随时增添、删改、变换显示内容。显示装置根据所用之显示器件分为等离子、液晶、发光二极管和阴极射线管等类型。
LCD(英文全称:Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)。液晶显示器是以液晶材料为基本组件,在两块平行板之间填充液晶材料,通过电压来改变液晶材料内部分子的排列状况,以达到遮光和透光的目的来显示深浅不一,错落有致的图象,而且只要在两块平板间再加上三原色的滤光层,就可实现彩色图象的显示。
液晶显示是被动发光元件,显示模组本身并不发光,而是由其下方的背光模组照亮的。背光模组和显示模组组合在一起构成了液晶显示面板。
一方面,由于背光模组与显示模组组装过程中会产生静电,因此背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材和显示模组朝向背光模组的表面膜材形成吸附,导致背光模组与显示模组之间的间隙不均匀,光线传递的路程不同,最终出现牛顿环现象,导致品味显示不均,局部有暗影,影响显示效果。另一方面,由于遮光胶与胶框的材质不同,遮光胶与背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材的材质不同,在进行信赖性实验时,高温高湿、冷热冲击的环境下,遮光胶与胶框的收缩率不同,遮光胶与背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材的收缩率不同,容易导致背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材产生褶皱,造成显示不均。因此,需要寻求一种新型的显示面板以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种显示面板,其能够避免背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材和显示模组朝向背光模组的表面膜材之间的吸附牛顿环现象,解决背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材因收缩不均匀产生褶皱问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种显示面板,其包括:背光模组,具有一出光侧;显示模组,设置于所述背光模组的出光侧;以及遮光胶层,粘接于所述背光模组与所述显示模组之间。所述遮光胶层包括:胶层本体以及通孔或者凹槽。所述通孔贯穿所述胶层本体;所述凹槽设置于所述胶层本体的顶面及底面。
进一步的,其中所述背光模组包括:光学膜片;胶框,设置于所述光学膜片四周;其中,所述遮光胶层覆盖于所述胶框上,并延伸覆盖至所述光学膜片上。
进一步的,其中所述通孔贯穿所述胶框与所述光学膜片之间的胶层本体。
进一步的,其中所述凹槽设置于所述胶框与所述光学膜片之间的胶层本体的顶面及底面。
进一步的,其中所述凹槽包括:第一凹槽,设置于所述胶层本体朝向所述显示模组一侧的表面上;以及第二凹槽,设置于所述胶层本体朝向所述背光模组一侧的表面上;所述第一凹槽、第二凹槽均包括矩形凹槽、弧形凹槽、波浪形凹槽、锯齿形凹槽中的一种或多种。
进一步的,其中所述遮光胶层包括:薄膜层;以及双面胶层,设置于所述薄膜层的顶面和底面。
进一步的,其中所述背光模组还包括:背板;反射片,设置于所述背板上;以及导光板,设置于所述反射片上;其中,所述光学膜片设置于所述导光板上。
进一步的,其中所述光学膜片包括:下扩散片,所述下扩散片设置于所述导光板上;棱镜片,所述棱镜片设置于所述下扩散片上;以及上扩散片,所述上扩散片设置于所述棱镜片上。
进一步的,其中所述显示模组包括:阵列基板,设置于所述背光模组的出光侧;彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,且设置于所述阵列基板远离所述背光模组的一侧;以及液晶层,设置于所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种显示装置,其能够避免背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材和显示模组朝向背光模组的表面膜材之间的吸附牛顿环现象,解决背光模组朝向所述显示面板的表面膜材因收缩不均匀产生褶皱问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种显示装置,包括本发明所涉及的显示面板。
本发明的优点是:本发明涉及一种显示面板及显示装置,一方面,通过在遮光胶层上设置通孔或凹槽,使得背光模组与显示模组组装过程中产生的静电通过通孔或凹槽释放,进而不会形成吸附牛顿环现象,提高显示面板的显示均一性,提高显示效果。另一方面,通过通孔或凹槽的设置,将遮光胶层在胶框与光学膜片之间形成局部断开,避免光学膜片因收缩不均匀产生褶皱,影响显示效果的现象。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种显示装置,包括显示面板100。显示面板100包括:背光模组1以及显示模组2以及遮光胶层3。
如图1所示,背光模组1具有一出光侧,背光模组1包括:背板11、反射片12、导光板13、胶框14、光源15以及光学膜片16。
反射片12设置于所述背板上;主要用于将导光板13底部露出的光反射回导光板13中,用来提高光线的可利用率。
导光板13设置于所述反射片12远离背板的一侧的表面上,其主要是将光源15发出的光线转换成面光源传向导光板13上的光学膜片16,最终传向背光模组1出光侧的显示模组2中,实现显示面板的显示。
胶框14设置于所述光学膜片四周;主要是防止背光模组1内部的光源15、导光板13、反射片12、光学膜片16等器件被水氧入侵。
光源15设置于胶框14与导光板13之间,主要为背光模组1提供光源。
光学膜片16设置于所述导光板13上。其中,光学膜片16包括:下扩散片、棱镜片以及上扩散片。所述下扩散片设置于导光板13上;棱镜片设置于下扩散片上;所述上扩散片设置于所述棱镜片上。其中下扩散片、上扩散片可以将导光板13收到的光进行扩散,使光线能够向显示模组1的方向传播,起到拓宽视角的作用。棱镜片可以将扩散的光集中在一定角度内射出,以达到提高显示面板100亮度的目的。
遮光胶层3粘接于背光模组1与显示模组2之间,覆盖于胶框14上,并延伸覆盖至光学膜片16上。遮光胶层3包括:薄膜层;以及双面胶层,设置于所述薄膜层的顶面和底面。其中,薄膜层的材质可以选择PET。
如图2所示,遮光胶层3包括:胶层本体31以及通孔32。通孔32贯穿胶层本体31。更具体的,通孔32贯穿胶框14与光学膜片16之间的胶层本体31。一方面,通过在遮光胶层3上设置通孔32,使得背光模组1与显示模组2组装过程中产生的静电通过通孔32释放,进而不会形成吸附牛顿环现象,提高显示面板的显示均一性,提高显示效果。另一方面,通过设置通孔32,将遮光胶层3在胶框14与光学膜片16之间形成局部断开,避免光学膜片16因收缩不均匀产生褶皱,影响显示效果的现象。

如图3所示,遮光胶层3包括:胶层本体31以及凹槽33。凹槽33设置于所述胶层本体31的顶面及底面。更具体的,凹槽33设置于胶框14与光学膜片16之间的胶层本体31的顶面及底面。一方面,通过在遮光胶层3上设置凹槽33,使得背光模组1与显示模组2组装过程中产生的静电通过凹槽33释放,进而不会形成吸附牛顿环现象,提高显示面板的显示均一性,提高显示效果。另一方面,通过设置凹槽33,将遮光胶层3在胶框14与光学膜片16之间形成局部断开,避免光学膜片16因收缩不均匀产生褶皱,影响显示效果的现象。
凹槽33包括:第一凹槽331以及第二凹槽332。第一凹槽331设置于胶层本体31朝向显示模组2一侧的表面上;第二凹槽332设置于胶层本体31朝向背光模组1一侧的表面上。
如图3、图4所示,第一凹槽331、第二凹槽332均包括矩形凹槽、弧形凹槽、锯齿形凹槽中的一种或多种。
其中,显示模组2设置于背光模组1的出光侧。显示模组2包括:阵列基板、彩膜基板以及液晶层。阵列基板设置于背光模组1的出光侧;彩膜基板与所述阵列基板相对设置,且设置于阵列基板远离所述背光模组1的一侧;液晶层设置于所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
背光模组,具有一出光侧;
显示模组,设置于所述背光模组的出光侧;以及
遮光胶层,粘接于所述背光模组与所述显示模组之间;
所述遮光胶层包括:
胶层本体;以及
通孔,贯穿所述胶层本体;或者凹槽,设置于所述胶层本体的顶面及底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括:
光学膜片;
胶框,设置于所述光学膜片四周;
其中,所述遮光胶层覆盖于所述胶框上,并延伸覆盖至所述光学膜片上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述通孔贯穿所述胶框与所述光学膜片之间的胶层本体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述凹槽设置于所述胶框与所述光学膜片之间的胶层本体的顶面及底面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括:
第一凹槽,设置于所述胶层本体朝向所述显示模组一侧的表面上;以及
第二凹槽,设置于所述胶层本体朝向所述背光模组一侧的表面上;
所述第一凹槽、第二凹槽均包括矩形凹槽、弧形凹槽、波浪形凹槽、锯齿形凹槽中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述遮光胶层包括:
薄膜层;以及
双面胶层,设置于所述薄膜层的顶面和底面。
7.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括:
背板;
反射片,设置于所述背板上;以及
导光板,设置于所述反射片上;
其中,所述光学膜片设置于所述导光板上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述光学膜片包括:
下扩散片,所述下扩散片设置于所述导光板上;
棱镜片,所述棱镜片设置于所述下扩散片上;以及
上扩散片,所述上扩散片设置于所述棱镜片上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示模组包括:
阵列基板,设置于所述背光模组的出光侧;
彩膜基板,与所述阵列基板相对设置,且设置于所述阵列基板远离所述背光模组的一侧;以及
液晶层,设置于所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间。
10.一种显示装置,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的显示面板。
