Background
The rubber composite hose is a special packaging container and plays an important role in the field of packaging. The packaging container is a cylindrical packaging container made of flexible materials, the cylindrical packaging container is folded and welded to form a tube barrel, a nozzle is arranged at one end of the cylindrical packaging container, and after extrusion, the contents are extruded out of the nozzle.
In the using process of the rubber composite hose, a connecting device is often needed to connect the two rubber composite hoses due to insufficient length; however, due to the special structural performance of the rubber composite hose, the sealing performance of the rubber composite hose is poor when the hoses are connected, so that the hoses are often leaked when being connected with the connecting device, the sealing effect is poor, and the connection efficiency of the two hoses is low; resulting in the inability to achieve a quick connection and a large amount of connection time.
Therefore, in order to ensure the connection effect between the rubber composite hoses and improve the connection strength between the rubber composite hoses; the invention provides a method for quickly connecting rubber hoses.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme that the rubber hose quick connecting method is mainly completed by matching a rubber hose quick connecting device, wherein the rubber hose quick connecting device comprises a left clamping unit, a right clamping unit and an inner connecting sleeve; the quick connection method of the rubber hose specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, hose placement: arranging rubber hoses to be connected and processed at a specified position in order;
s2, fixedly connecting the left side of the hose: taking one placed rubber hose in the step S1, sleeving an inner connecting sleeve on the quick rubber hose connecting device in the middle of the rubber hose, and then internally supporting and fixing the left side of the rubber hose through a left clamping unit on the quick rubber hose connecting device;
S3, fixedly connecting the right side of the hose: s2, after the left side of the hose is fixedly connected, the right side of the rubber hose is internally supported and fixed through a right clamping unit on the quick connecting device of the rubber hose;
s4, inflating and sealing the hose: the joints at the left and right sides of the internally-supported fixed rubber hose are respectively inflated and sealed through a left clamping unit and a right clamping unit on the rubber hose quick connecting device, and the positions to be used are placed after the sealing is finished;
the left clamping unit and the right clamping unit are matched in a threaded connection mode, and inner connecting sleeves are arranged inside the left clamping unit and the right clamping unit; the left clamping unit and the right clamping unit have the same structure except that the connecting ends are matched with each other; wherein:
the left clamping unit comprises an outer connecting sleeve, a fixing module, an auxiliary module and an air sealing module; the left end of the outer connecting sleeve is provided with an airtight module; the middle part of the inner cavity of the outer connecting sleeve is uniformly provided with fixed modules along the inner wall thereof in a movable connection mode; the auxiliary module is arranged in the right inner cavity of the outer connecting sleeve in a sliding fit manner; and the right end of the outer connecting sleeve is provided with a stepped hole.
The fixing module comprises a fixing fixture block, a fixing spring, a limiting angle plate, a limiting spring, a pressing ball and an inner clamping ball; the fixed clamping blocks are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve in a movable fit manner around the axial direction of the outer connecting sleeve; the fixed clamping block is connected with the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve through a fixed spring; the outer wall of the top end of the fixed clamping block is provided with a pressing ball in a movable connection mode; the limiting angle plates are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve through hinges; the outer wall of the upper end of the limiting angle plate is connected with the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve through a limiting spring; a limiting hole is formed in the outer wall of the left side of the upper end of the limiting angle plate; the outer wall of the right side of the lower end of the limiting angle plate is provided with an inner clamping ball in a movable connection mode, and the inner clamping ball is matched with the auxiliary module; one end of the hose is inserted into the outer connecting sleeve, and the limiting angle plate is positioned in the hose; the limiting angle plate is matched with the inserting sleeve; further, the hose is fixed with the pressing ball through the limiting angle plate by moving the limiting angle plate; the arranged fixing module fixes the hose in an internal-support hose fixing mode, so that the connection strength of the hose is improved, and the hose conductivity in hose connection is ensured by adopting the internal-support hose fixing mode; the connecting effect of the hose is fully ensured; and the convenience of hose connection is improved.
The airtight module comprises an air pressure pad, a return spring, a piston support block and a limiting support block; the air pressure cushion is sleeved on the inner wall of the inner cavity of the outer connecting sleeve; the air pressure pad is communicated with the guide hole formed in the outer connecting sleeve, the reset spring is arranged in the piston hole formed in the outer connecting sleeve, the piston support block is arranged in the piston hole of the outer connecting hole in a movable fit mode, and the limiting support block is arranged on the inner wall of the guide hole of the outer connecting sleeve; when the hose is fixed inside the invention by the fixing module; the piston support block is pulled to inflate the inside of the air pressure pad so as to further seal the connection part of the hose; the connection sealing performance of the hose is improved.
The auxiliary module comprises a limiting column, an auxiliary spring, an insertion sleeve and a rubber ring; the limiting columns are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve, the outer wall of each limiting column is sleeved with an auxiliary spring, the inserting sleeve is installed on the limiting columns in a sliding fit mode, the outer wall of each inserting sleeve is uniformly provided with arc-shaped clamping grooves along the axis direction of the inserting sleeve, and the rubber ring is arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve and is positioned at the left end of the inserting sleeve; the inner wall of the hose is further fixed in an inner supporting manner through the fixing module by matching the inserting sleeve and the fixing module through the pushing of the inserting sleeve under the action of the inner connecting sleeve; the auxiliary module does not need external power and is convenient to match with the fixed module, so that the convenience of fixing the hose is improved.
The limiting support block comprises a limiting plate, an actuating spring and an annular baffle; the limiting plate is arranged on the inner wall of the guide hole of the outer connecting sleeve through a hinge and is connected with the inner wall of the guide hole of the outer connecting sleeve through an actuating spring; the inner wall of the guide hole of the external connection sleeve and positioned at the upper end of the limiting plate are provided with annular baffles which are matched with the limiting plate; when the gas is injected into the air pressure pad, the air pressure pad is driven to bulge, and when the piston support block is pulled back to work, the gas in the air pressure pad reversely pushes the limiting plate to be fixed under the action of the annular baffle plate, so that the gas in the air pressure pad is prevented from leaking; further ensuring the sealing function of the air pressure pad on the hose.
The piston support block comprises a piston rod, a piston rubber ring, a sealing plate and a blocking spring; the outer wall of the top end of the piston rod is sleeved with a piston rubber ring, and an air guide hole is formed in the piston rod and communicated with the outside air; the middle part of the air guide hole of the piston rod is provided with a sealing plate through a hinge, and the sealing plate is connected with the inner wall of the piston rod through a blocking spring; the piston rod is pulled to reciprocate to inject air into the air pressure pad, so that the air pressure pad is driven to bulge, the soft rubber pipe is further sealed with the joint of the outer connecting sleeve, and the sealing performance between the hose and the hose is improved.
Preferably; a rubber pad is arranged on the inner wall of the stepped hole on the outer connecting sleeve; the rubber pad is arranged on the inner wall of the stepped hole on the outer connecting sleeve, so that the sealing performance of the hose connecting device is improved; the connecting effect of the hose is ensured.
According to the invention, gas is injected into the air pressure pad by drawing the piston support block to drive the air pressure pad to bulge, and when the piston support block is pulled back to work, the gas in the air pressure pad reversely pushes the limiting plate to be closed and fixed under the action of the annular baffle plate, so that the gas in the air pressure pad is prevented from leaking; the sealing effect of the air pressure pad on the hose is further ensured;
the fixing module fixes the hose in an internal-support hose fixing mode, so that the connection strength of the hose is improved, and the hose conductivity in hose connection is ensured by adopting the internal-support hose fixing mode; the connecting effect of the hose is fully ensured; and the convenience of hose connection is improved;
thirdly, the inserting sleeve is pushed under the action of the inner connecting sleeve, so that the inserting sleeve is matched with the fixing module, and the inner wall of the hose is further fixed in an inner supporting mode through the fixing module; the auxiliary module does not need external power and is convenient to match with the fixed module, so that the convenience of fixing the hose is improved.

The following terms are defined based on the functions of the present invention, and may be different depending on the intention of the user or the operator or the convention. Therefore, these terms are defined based on the entire contents of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a method for quickly connecting a rubber hose is mainly completed by matching a rubber hose quick connecting device, which comprises a left clamping unit 1, a right clamping unit 2 and an inner connecting sleeve 3; the quick connection method of the rubber hose specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, hose placement: arranging rubber hoses to be connected and processed at a specified position in order;
S2, fixedly connecting the left side of the hose: taking one placed rubber hose in the step S1, sleeving an inner connecting sleeve 3 on the quick rubber hose connecting device at the middle part of the rubber hose, and then internally supporting and fixing the left side of the rubber hose through a left clamping unit 1 on the quick rubber hose connecting device;
s3, fixedly connecting the right side of the hose: s2, after the left side of the hose is fixedly connected, the right side of the rubber hose is internally supported and fixed through a right clamping unit 2 on the quick connecting device of the rubber hose;
s4, inflating and sealing the hose: the joints at the left and right sides of the internally-supported fixed rubber hose are respectively inflated and sealed through a left clamping unit 1 and a right clamping unit 2 on the rubber hose quick connecting device, and the positions to be used are placed after sealing is finished;
the left clamping unit 1 and the right clamping unit 2 are matched in a threaded connection mode, and inner connecting sleeves 3 are arranged inside the left clamping unit 1 and the right clamping unit 2; the left clamping unit 1 and the right clamping unit 2 have the same structure except that the connecting ends are matched with each other; wherein:
the left clamping unit 1 comprises an outer connecting sleeve 11, a fixing module 12, an auxiliary module 13 and an air sealing module 14; the left end of the outer connecting sleeve 11 is provided with an airtight module 14; the middle part of the inner cavity of the outer connecting sleeve 11 is uniformly provided with fixed modules 12 along the inner wall thereof in a movable connection mode; the auxiliary module 13 is arranged in the right inner cavity of the outer connecting sleeve 11 in a sliding fit manner; a stepped hole is formed at the right end of the outer connecting sleeve 11, and a rubber pad is arranged on the inner wall of the stepped hole; the rubber pad is arranged on the inner wall of the stepped hole on the outer connecting sleeve 11, so that the sealing performance of the hose connecting device is improved; the connecting effect of the hose is ensured.
The fixing module 12 comprises a fixing fixture block 121, a fixing spring 122, a limiting angle plate 123, a limiting spring 124, a pressing ball 125 and an inner clamping ball 126; the fixed fixture blocks 121 are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve 11 in a movable fit manner around the axial direction of the outer connecting sleeve 11; the fixed clamping block 121 is connected with the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve 11 through a fixed spring 122; the outer wall of the top end of the fixed fixture block 121 is provided with a pressing ball 125 in a movable connection manner; the limiting angle plates 123 are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve 11 through hinges; the outer wall of the upper end of the limit angle plate 123 is connected with the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve 11 through a limit spring 124; a limiting hole is formed in the outer wall of the left side of the upper end of the limiting angle plate 123; the outer wall of the right side of the lower end of the limiting angle plate 123 is provided with an inner clamping ball 126 in a movable connection mode, and the inner clamping ball 126 is matched with the auxiliary module 13; one end of the hose is inserted into the outer connecting sleeve 11 and the limit angle plate 123 is positioned inside the hose; is matched with the inserting sleeve 133 through a limit angle plate 123; further, the hose is fixed with the pressing ball 125 through the limiting angle plate 123 by moving the limiting angle plate 123; the arranged fixing module 12 fixes the hose in an internal-support hose fixing mode, so that the connection strength of the hose is improved, and the hose conductivity in hose connection is ensured by adopting the internal-support hose fixing mode; the connecting effect of the hose is fully ensured; and the convenience of hose connection is improved.
The auxiliary module 13 comprises a limiting column 131, an auxiliary spring 132, an insertion sleeve 133 and a rubber ring 134; the limiting columns 131 are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve 11, the auxiliary springs 132 are sleeved on the outer walls of the limiting columns 131, the inserting sleeves 133 are installed on the limiting columns 131 in a sliding fit mode, arc-shaped clamping grooves are uniformly formed in the outer walls of the inserting sleeves 133 along the axial direction of the inserting sleeves 133, and the rubber rings 134 are arranged on the inner wall of the outer connecting sleeve 11 and are located at the left end of the inserting sleeves 133; the plug-in sleeve 133 is pushed by the action of the inner connecting sleeve 3, so that the plug-in sleeve 133 is matched with the fixing module 12, and the inner wall of the hose is further fixed in an inner supporting mode through the fixing module 12; the auxiliary module 13 is provided to be easily engaged with the fixing module 12 without external power to thereby improve convenience in fixing the hose.
The airtight module 14 comprises an air pressure pad 141, a return spring 142, a piston support 143 and a limit support 144; the air pressure pad 141 is sleeved on the inner wall of the inner cavity of the outer connecting sleeve 11; the pneumatic cushion 141 is communicated with a guide hole arranged on the outer connecting sleeve 11, the return spring 142 is arranged in a piston hole arranged on the outer connecting sleeve 11, the piston support block 143 is arranged in the piston hole of the outer connecting hole in a movable fit manner, and the limit support block 144 is arranged on the inner wall of the guide hole of the outer connecting sleeve 11; when the hose is secured inside the invention by the securing module 12; the connection part of the hose is further sealed by inflating the air pressure pad 141 through drawing the piston support 143; the connection sealing performance of the hose is improved.
The limit support block 144 comprises a limit plate 1441, an actuating spring 1442 and an annular baffle 1443; the limiting plate 1441 is arranged on the inner wall of the guide hole of the outer connecting sleeve 11 through a hinge, and the limiting plate 1441 is connected with the inner wall of the guide hole of the outer connecting sleeve 11 through an actuating spring 1442; an annular baffle 1443 which is matched with the limit plate 1441 is arranged on the inner wall of the guide hole of the outer connecting sleeve 11 and is positioned at the upper end of the limit plate 1441; when the gas is injected into the air pressure pad 141, the air pressure pad 141 is driven to swell, and when the piston support block 143 is pulled back to work, the gas in the air pressure pad 141 reversely pushes the limit plate 1441 to be fixed under the action of the annular baffle 1443, so that the gas in the air pressure pad 141 is prevented from leaking; further ensuring the sealing function of the air pressure pad 141 to the hose.
The piston support 143 comprises a piston rod 1431, a piston rubber ring 1432, a sealing plate 1433 and a blocking spring 1434; the outer wall of the top end of the piston rod 1431 is sleeved with a piston rubber ring 1432, and an air guide hole is formed in the piston rod 1431 and communicated with the outside air; a sealing plate 1433 is hinged to the middle of the air guide hole of the piston rod 1431, and the sealing plate 1433 is connected to the inner wall of the piston rod 1431 through a blocking spring 1434; air is injected into the air pressure pad 141 by pulling the piston rod 1431 in a reciprocating manner, so that the air pressure pad 141 is driven to bulge, the interface between the soft rubber hose and the outer connecting sleeve 11 is further sealed, and the sealing performance of connection between the hose is improved.
