Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a convenient shopping box for the old and a matched stair device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the convenient old shopping box and the matched stair device comprise a stair body and a shopping box body, wherein the stair body comprises a step and a handrail arranged on one side of the step; the shopping box body comprises a cavity for placing articles, a roller arranged at the lower part for advancing and a handle arranged at one side for holding, the handle is connected with the shopping box body through an upward extending bracket, the bracket extends towards the opposite side relative to the cavity to form an arrangement groove with an inverted U-shaped section, and the arrangement groove is horizontally arranged along the length direction of the shopping box body; the rotary piece is rotatably arranged in the arrangement groove, and the power driving mechanism is arranged to drive the rotary piece, the power driving mechanism is electrically connected with a switch piece, and the switch piece is arranged at the handle for being operated by a person; the notch of the arrangement groove is larger than the handrail, the arrangement groove is supported on the upper part of the handrail by the rotating piece when being placed at the handrail, and the rotating piece is driven to rotate when the power driving mechanism works so as to drive the shopping box body to move along the handrail.
As an improvement, the rotating piece comprises at least two driving rollers and a conveying belt wound on the driving rollers, the power driving mechanism is connected with one of the driving rollers for driving, and the lower surface of the conveying belt is supported on the upper part of the handrail for matching.
As an improvement, the surface of the conveying belt is uniformly provided with a plurality of rubber clamping edges along the length direction, the handrail is provided with a plurality of grooves matched with the rubber clamping edges for limiting along the length direction, and when the conveying belt advances on the surface of the handrail, one rubber clamping edge is accommodated in one groove for limiting forwards and backwards.
As an improvement, the surface of the driving roller is provided with a V-shaped groove, the section of the conveying belt is arranged to be V-shaped and is limited and contained in the V-shaped groove, and the upper surface of the handrail is arranged to be V-shaped or arc-shaped and is used for being matched with the conveying belt to limit left and right.
As an improvement, the rotating member is provided with a plurality of grooves in the length direction of the arrangement grooves, the outer circumference of the rotating member is provided with uniformly arranged advancing ridges, the handrail is provided with a plurality of grooves matched with the advancing ridges for limiting the positions in the length direction, the rotating member advances on the surface of the handrail through the advancing ridges when rotating, and one advancing ridge is accommodated in one groove for limiting the positions forwards and backwards.
As an improvement, the surface of the advancing edge is sleeved with a rubber sleeve for increasing friction force.
As an improvement, a plurality of upright posts are arranged below the handrail, the handrail is arranged on one side of the step through the upright posts, and a supporting plate is arranged on one side of the upright posts; the support or the shopping box body is provided with a support wheel outwards, and when the rotating piece is supported on the upper part of the handrail, the support wheel is positioned corresponding to the support plate, so that when the shopping box body moves along the handrail, the lower part of the support wheel is supported on the support plate by virtue of the support wheel and is matched with the support plate in a rolling way.
As an improvement, the upper end and the lower end of the handrail corresponding to each section of stair are arranged in an open manner, so that the arrangement groove can enter or move out from the open end; the two side walls of the inner side of the arrangement groove are provided with elastic layers, the distance between the elastic layers of the two side walls is a gradually-changed structure with two wide ends and a narrow middle part along the length direction of the arrangement groove, and the narrow part in the middle part is in clamping fit with the two sides of the handrail.
The switching component can make the power driving mechanism contact with the rotating piece for transmission through position change, or make the power driving mechanism contact with the transmission component for transmission, or make the power driving mechanism not contact with the rotating piece and the transmission component for transmission.
As an improvement, the switching component comprises a rotating shaft, a main gear, a first switching gear and a second switching gear, the main gear, the first switching gear and the second switching gear are arranged on the rotating shaft in the axial direction, the power driving mechanism is a motor, a motor gear which is in meshing transmission with the main gear is arranged on a motor shaft of the power driving mechanism, a first driven gear is coaxially arranged on the rotating piece, and the transmission component comprises a second driven gear; the rotating shaft is provided with three adjusting stations when axially moving and adjusting positions, a first switching gear is meshed with a first driven gear and a second switching gear is not meshed with a second driven gear when the rotating shaft is positioned at a first station, the first switching gear is not meshed with the first driven gear and the second switching gear is meshed with the second driven gear when the rotating shaft is positioned at a second station, the first switching gear is not meshed with the first driven gear and the second switching gear is not meshed with the second driven gear when the rotating shaft is positioned at a third station, and a main gear and a motor gear are always meshed on the three adjusting stations.
The invention has the advantages that for buildings without elevators, such as houses or markets, people who are labourer in extracting heavy objects, such as the old, can conveniently move the shopping box body along the handrail by the power driving mechanism after the arrangement groove is placed on the handrail, the trouble that the old needs to lift the heavy objects upstairs and downstairs when shopping is avoided, and the burden of the old can be greatly reduced; the structure and the principle are simple, the device is applied to a shopping box and matched stairs, and is convenient to realize, low in cost and convenient to popularize.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-9, the embodiment of the invention is a shopping box for old people and a stair device, which comprises a stair body 0 and a shopping box body 1, wherein the stair body 0 comprises a step 01 and a handrail 02 arranged on one side of the step 01; the shopping box body 1 comprises a cavity 11 for placing articles, a roller 12 arranged at the lower part for advancing and a handle 13 arranged at one side for holding hands, the handle 13 is connected with the shopping box body 1 through a bracket 14 extending upwards, the bracket 14 extends towards the opposite side relative to the cavity 11 to form an arrangement groove 2 with an inverted U-shaped section, and the arrangement groove 2 is horizontally arranged along the length direction of the shopping box body 1; a rotating piece 21 is rotatably arranged in the arrangement groove 2, and a power driving mechanism 22 is arranged to drive the rotating piece 21, wherein the power driving mechanism 22 is electrically connected with a switch piece 23, and the switch piece 23 is arranged at the handle 13 for operation by a person; the notch of the arrangement groove 2 is larger than the handrail 02, and is supported on the upper part of the handrail 02 by the rotary member 21 when the arrangement groove 2 is placed at the handrail 02, and drives the rotary member 21 to rotate when the power driving mechanism 22 works, so as to drive the shopping box body 1 to move along the handrail 02.
When the shopping box is used, a user can push the shopping box body 1 on the flat ground through the idler wheels 12, labor is saved, when the user goes upstairs and downstairs, the user lifts the shopping box body 1, the arrangement groove 2 is hung at the upper end or the lower end of the handrail 02, the user can keep the stability of the shopping box body 1 by holding the handle 13, then the user operates the switch piece 23 to drive the power driving mechanism 22 to work, and further drive the rotation piece 21 to rotate, the rotation piece 21 can adopt a wheel or crawler belt mode and is supported on the handrail 02, and the shopping box body 1 can move up or down along the handrail 02 under the driving of power; the user does not need to exert effort. The selection of the switch member 23 can be realized by the prior art, and is preferably in a point-contact starting mode, namely, the power driving mechanism 22 is driven to work when a user continuously presses the switch member 23, so that the use safety of the user can be ensured, the whole movement can be stopped when the switch member 23 is not pressed, and the condition of out-of-control can not occur; on the other hand, it is preferable that the switch member 23 has at least two control buttons which control the moving direction of the shopping box body 1 up or down, respectively, and the two buttons are arranged at the same position as the moving direction of the shopping box body 1, so that the user can intuitively push the corresponding buttons to drive the whole movement.
Preferably, the upper end and the lower end of the handrail 02 corresponding to each stair section are arranged in an open manner, so that the arrangement groove 2 can enter or move out from the open end; in this way, the user can place the arrangement groove 2 at a height higher than the height of the handrail 02 without lifting the shopping box body 1 to a higher height, so that more labor is saved; only the shopping box body 1 needs to be lifted to the open end of the arrangement groove 2 corresponding to the handrail 02 and then moved in or out; preferably, the height of the whole handrail 02 can be further optimized, the handrail does not need to be too high to reduce the difficulty of lifting heavy objects by a user, the handrail is arranged corresponding to the height of the arrangement groove 2 and then slightly higher than the height of the arrangement groove by a certain distance, and the distance is determined by the condition that the rollers 12 at the lower end of the shopping box body 1 cannot collide and interfere with the step 01; as an alternative to the above-described embodiment, it is also possible to extend the setting height of the support 14 and then to arrange the setting of the groove 2 higher, matching the currently conventional height of the handrail 02.
As a modified embodiment, the rotating member 21 includes at least two driving rollers 211 and a conveying belt 212 wound around the driving rollers 211, the power driving mechanism 22 is connected to one of the driving rollers 211 for driving, and the lower surface of the conveying belt 212 is supported on the upper portion of the handrail 02 for cooperation.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the conveyor belt 212 having a certain covering surface is used as a main part of the rotating member 21 contacting with the handrail 02, so that the friction is increased, the shopping box body 1 is stably hung on the handrail 02 as a whole, and the sliding is not easy to occur due to the installation slope of the handrail 02 at present. The conveyor belt 212 is preferably made of a rubber material to provide better grip.
As a modified embodiment, the surface of the conveying belt 212 is uniformly provided with a plurality of rubber ribs 2121 along the length direction thereof, the handrail 02 is provided with a plurality of grooves 021 along the length direction thereof for cooperating with the rubber ribs 2121 for limiting, and when the conveying belt 212 travels on the surface of the handrail 02, one rubber rib 2121 is accommodated in one groove 021 for limiting back and forth.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to further improve the friction force between the conveyer belt 212 and the handrail 02 and improve the stability of the shopping box body 1 after being hung on the handrail 02, the matched rubber rib 2121 and groove 021 structures are provided, both of which adopt a transverse penetrating structure, that is, the rubber rib 2121 transversely penetrates the width of the conveyer belt 212, and the groove 021 transversely penetrates the width of the handrail 02, so that both of them have an offset in the transverse position and can ensure that the rubber rib 2121 completely enters the groove 021; the size of the groove 021 is larger than that of the rubber clamping edge 2121, so that the rubber clamping edge 2121 can be well matched with the groove 021 in the length direction, and the rubber clamping edge 2121 can completely enter the groove 021. When a user hangs the shopping box body 1 on the handrail 02, a certain movement can be firstly carried out to enable the rubber clamping edge 2121 to enter the groove 021, and then the two parts can be correspondingly and continuously matched in the advancing process; in a stopping state, if the shopping box body 1 slips, all the rubber clamping edges 2121 on the lower surface can be clamped at one side of the groove 021 to keep limiting, so that the friction force and the ground grabbing force are improved, and the suspension safety of the shopping box body 1 is ensured.
As a modified embodiment, the surface of the driving roller 211 has a V-shaped groove 2111, the cross section of the conveying belt 212 is configured as a V shape and is limited and accommodated in the V-shaped groove 2111, and the upper surface of the handrail 02 is configured as a V shape or an arc shape for cooperating with the conveying belt 212 for left and right limitation.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the V-shaped groove 2111 on the driving roller 211 is designed to make the conveying belt 212 form a V shape in a matching manner, and then the upper surface of the handrail 02 is set to be V-shaped or arc-shaped in a matching manner, so that the upper surface can be kept well limited in the width direction, and the arrangement groove 2 is not easy to deviate and collide with the handrail 02 when the shopping box body 1 advances in the length direction.
As a modified embodiment, the rotating member 21 is provided with a plurality of grooves in the length direction of the disposition groove 2, the outer circumference of the rotating member 21 is provided with traveling ribs 213 arranged uniformly, the handrail 02 is provided with a plurality of grooves 021 along the length direction thereof for matching and limiting with the traveling ribs 213, the rotating member 21 travels on the surface of the handrail 02 by the traveling ribs 213 while rotating, and one traveling rib 213 is accommodated in one groove 021 for front-rear limiting.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, as another embodiment, the rotating member 21 is implemented by matching the traveling ridge 213 with the groove 021 of the handrail 02 in a manner similar to the matching manner of the rubber rib 2121 and the groove 021, and the two are configured to penetrate in the width direction, that is, the traveling ridge 213 transversely penetrates the width of the rotating member 21 and the groove 021 transversely penetrates the width of the handrail 02, so that the traveling ridge 213 can be ensured to completely enter the groove 021 even if the two have an offset in the transverse position; the size of the groove 021 is larger than that of the traveling ridge 213, so that the traveling ridge 213 can be well matched with the groove 021 in the length direction to completely enter the groove 021. When the user hangs the shopping box body 1 on the armrest 02, the user can firstly move a certain distance to make one of the lower traveling ridges 213 enter the groove 021, and then the traveling ridge 213 in the circumferential direction continuously enters the subsequent groove 021 in the traveling process to realize traveling; in the stop state, if the shopping box body 1 slips, the moving edge 213 will block the groove 021 to keep spacing, and the hanging safety of the shopping box body 1 is ensured.
As a modified embodiment, the surface of the traveling ridge 213 is covered with a rubber cover 214 for increasing friction. As shown in fig. 3 and 6, as an optimization, a rubber sleeve 214 is sleeved on the end of the traveling ridge 213 to increase the friction force to the groove 021, so that the traveling and the limiting are more stable.
As a modified specific embodiment, a plurality of upright posts 03 are arranged below the handrail 02, the handrail 02 is arranged on one side of the step 01 through the upright posts 03, and a support plate 04 is arranged on one side of the upright posts 03; the stand 14 or the shopping box body 1 is provided with a support wheel 141 outwardly, and the support wheel 141 is positioned to correspond to the support plate 04 when the rotary member 21 is supported on the upper portion of the armrest 02, for supporting the lower portion at the support plate 04 by means of the support wheel 141 and fitting by rolling when the shopping box body 1 moves along the armrest 02.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in order to improve the running stability of the shopping box body 1 and take into account the change of the center of gravity of the cavity 11 after being filled with heavy objects, the shopping box body 1 is leaned against the upright 03 after being hung on the handrail 02, and the contact between the two increases the friction force; further backup pad 04 and the supporting wheel 141 outside the shopping box body 1 that sets up, at the bulk movement in-process, the supporting wheel 141 rolls the cooperation corresponding to the position of backup pad 04, has guaranteed the stability of shopping box body 1 when removing, has also avoided colliding with between the structure.
As a modified embodiment, two side walls on the inner side of the arrangement groove 2 are provided with elastic layers 24, the distance between the elastic layers 24 on the two side walls is arranged to be a gradual change structure with two wider ends and a narrower middle along the length direction of the arrangement groove 2, and the narrow middle part forms clamping fit with two sides of the handrail 02.
As shown in fig. 1, 7, in practice, the elastic layer 24 is wider at both ends, which is greater than the width of the handrail 02, which facilitates the displacement of the placement groove 2 from the ends into the handrail 02; the gradual change structure shown in fig. 7 reduces the width to be slightly smaller than the width of the handrail 02, and the middle narrow part formed by the gradual change structure clamps two sides of the handrail 02; the friction force generated by the device is smaller than the power of the power driving mechanism 22, namely, the power driving mechanism 22 can normally drive the shopping box body 1 to move when being started; the elastic layer 24 stabilizes the advance of the shopping box body 1, and provides a certain friction force to keep the whole stable and not easy to slide when the whole body stops, thereby improving the safety when in use.
As a modified embodiment, the power driving mechanism 22 and the rotating member 21 are transmitted through a switching member 3, the roller 12 is connected with a transmission member 4, and the switching member 3 can make the power driving mechanism 22 and the rotating member 21 in contact transmission, or make the power driving mechanism 22 and the transmission member 4 in contact transmission, or make the power driving mechanism 22 not in contact with the rotating member 21 and the transmission member 4 through position change. The switching component 3 comprises a rotating shaft 31, a main gear 32, a first switching gear 33 and a second switching gear 34 which are arranged on the rotating shaft 31 in the axial direction, the power driving mechanism 22 is a motor, a motor gear 220 which is in meshing transmission with the main gear 32 is arranged on a motor shaft of the power driving mechanism, a first driven gear 20 is coaxially arranged on the rotating piece 21, and the transmission component 4 comprises a second driven gear 40; the rotating shaft 31 has three adjusting positions when moving axially to adjust the position, the first switching gear 33 is meshed with the first driven gear 20 and the second switching gear 34 is not meshed with the second driven gear 40 in the first position, the first switching gear 33 is not meshed with the first driven gear 20 and the second switching gear 34 is meshed with the second driven gear 40 in the second position, the first switching gear 33 is not meshed with the first driven gear 20 and the second switching gear 34 is not meshed with the second driven gear 40 in the third position, and the main gear 32 and the motor gear 220 are meshed all the time in the three adjusting positions.
As shown in fig. 8, in order to further improve the functionality of the present invention, and to be more beneficial for the user, especially the elderly, to use safely and easily, the switching component 3 is provided to allow the power driving mechanism 22 to be disconnected from the rotating component 21, so that the power driving mechanism 22 at the third station will not drive any structure to move even if working, thereby avoiding the misoperation of the elderly; when the shopping box is switched to the second station, the power driving mechanism 22 can be switched to drive the roller 12 to work, so that the old can operate the shopping box body 1 with power on the flat ground, and the shopping box body 1 can move forward by means of power without hard pushing and pulling of heavy objects.
In fig. 8, the switching member 3 is in the first position, in which the first switching gear 33 is engaged with the first driven gear 20 and the second switching gear 34 is not engaged with the second driven gear 40, so that the power driving mechanism 22 only drives the rotating member 21 to work; referring to the figure, when the rotating shaft 31 is moved downwards to the state that the first switching gear 33 is not meshed with the first driven gear 20 and the second switching gear 34 is not meshed with the second driven gear 40, the rotating shaft is positioned at a third station, which can be understood as a safety station, and the power driving mechanism 22 cannot drive the two parts of mechanisms to operate, so that the misoperation of the old people is avoided; when the rotating shaft 31 is moved downwards to the position where the second switching gear 34 is meshed with the second driven gear 40, the rotating shaft is located at the second station, and the power driving mechanism 22 only drives the transmission part 4 to work, so as to drive the roller 12 to work; in practical implementation, the axial movement of the rotating shaft 31 can be controlled in an electric or manual mode, so that the switching of three stations is realized.
As shown in fig. 9, the transmission member 4 may be connected to the roller 12 by a gear set and shaft structure, which may be implemented by a structure in the prior art and will not be described herein.
