Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure. While the invention will be described in conjunction with the preferred embodiments, it is not intended that features of the invention be limited to these embodiments. On the contrary, the invention is described in connection with the embodiments for the purpose of covering alternatives or modifications that may be extended based on the claims of the present invention. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention may be practiced without these particulars. Moreover, some of the specific details have been left out of the description in order to avoid obscuring or obscuring the focus of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the present invention provides a device 1 for wrapping buccal cigarettes for sandwiching a buccal cigarette packet as it is filled with material. The device 1 for packaging buccal cigarettes comprises: the wrapping cavity 2 can form negative pressure and is used for wrapping and clamping a buccal cigarette packaging bag; the wrapping cavity comprises a wrapping surface 3, the wrapping surface 3 is in contact with the wrapping cavity and wraps the end surface of the buccal cigarette packaging bag, and the wrapping surface 3 is concave and is a breathable surface relative to the interior of the wrapping cavity 2. For example, the enveloping surface 3 has a porous structure, and specifically, may be a mesh surface, a film surface, or the like. The wrapping cavity 2 can be a through hole formed in the middle for the buccal cigarette packaging bag to be plugged in, and after filling, the wrapping cavity 2 is disassembled to be separated from the filled buccal cigarette packaging bag. The wrapping cavity 2 can also be divided into a plurality of separated cavities, and the buccal cigarette packaging bag is wrapped in a gathering mode during wrapping. For example, the wrapping cavity is at least two separated butt joint cavities, such as a butt joint cavity 21 and a butt joint cavity 22 shown in fig. 1, the wrapping surface of the butt joint cavity, that is, the wrapping surface 3 of the wrapping cavity 2, forms an internal cavity after the butt joint cavities are closed, and the buccal cigarette packaging bag is located in the internal cavity during filling.
As shown in fig. 4, the buccal pouch packaging bag 4 is a porous structure (such as a non-woven cloth bag), and the buccal pouch packaging bag 4 is wrapped on the material guiding pipe 5 in the production process. When filling, the material guide pipe 5 pushes compressed air into the bag, and the tobacco powder is pushed into the buccal tobacco packaging bag 4 through the compressed air. The tobacco powder is retained in the bag and the redundant airflow overflows through the meshes of the buccal cigarette packaging bag 4. However, along with the injection of the tobacco powder, a blocking effect can be formed in the bag, so that the redundant gas cannot be discharged from the gap of the bag surface in time, and thus airflow disturbance and back blowing are formed, and a disturbed airflow x1 is formed, the disturbed airflow x1 flows into the slit between the inner side of the mouth-holding tobacco packaging bag 4 and the outer wall of the stainless steel material guide pipe 5, and part of the materials are brought into the slit, are randomly dispersed and bonded on the inner wall of the mouth-holding tobacco packaging bag 4, so that when the mouth-holding tobacco packaging bag 4 is sealed by clamping, the tobacco powder (namely, the phenomenon of 'dust clamping') is contained in the gap of the clamping part of the mouth-holding tobacco packaging bag 4, the appearance quality of the product can be influenced, and in serious cases, the seal is not tight, the phenomenon that the tobacco powder leaks out of the mouth-holding tobacco.
As shown in fig. 5, the wrapping cavity of the present invention can form negative pressure, when the material enters the bottom of the buccal tobacco packaging bag 4 under the action of the compressed air flow, the wrapping cavity 2 with the wrapping surface 3 forms a tight wrapping clip for the buccal tobacco packaging bag 4 containing the material, and the negative pressure in the wrapping cavity 2 causes the buccal tobacco packaging bag 4 to be tightly attached to the wrapping surface 3 and draws out the redundant compressed air in the small bag, and the tobacco powder in the small bag is tightly arranged under the action of the negative pressure, so that the tobacco powder falling into the bag is piled on the surface of the buccal tobacco packaging bag 4 and is constantly adsorbed and piled, and is not easy to float along with the disturbed air flow. In addition, the redundant airflow in the mouth-free tobacco-containing packaging bag 4 above the tobacco powder stack is also smoothly pumped out, so that the disturbing airflow flowing between the inner wall of the mouth-containing tobacco packaging bag 4 and the outer wall of the material guide pipe 5 can not be generated, and the phenomenon that tobacco powder enters the mouth-containing tobacco pressing position to form powder clamping can be avoided.
However, in the prior art, in order to alleviate and press from both sides the last phenomenon, often adopt the mode of increase propelling movement air current during production for the material is mostly gathered in the lower half of sucking tobacco packaging bag, and then empty bag phenomenon appears in the upper half, leads to the product neither pleasing to the eye, and the consumer is put into the oral cavity and is also uncomfortable when using.
In the present invention, referring to fig. 5, along a height direction when filling the raw material, for example, the height direction of fig. 5, a portion of the mouth pouch 4 wrapped by the wrapping cavity 3 extends from bottom to top, and the length of the wrapped portion accounts for 60-80% of the length of each mouth pouch 4. That is, the lower and middle portions of the wrapped mouth tobacco pouch 4 are wrapped by the wrapping end 2 and extend upwardly by a portion such that the wrapped portion occupies 60-80%, for example 66%, 75% of the length of the whole mouth tobacco pouch 4 in the height direction. Thus, when filled, the tobacco material is preferentially adsorbed to the buccal pouch at or near the mid-upper portion. Then, along with the increase of tobacco materials, the inner surface of the middle or middle upper part of the buccal cigarette packaging bag continues to extend downwards after being filled with the tobacco materials, or the tobacco materials accumulated on the middle or middle upper part are accumulated downwards due to the action of gravity. In the height direction, if the wrapping cavity 2 wraps too much, there is also a possibility that the tobacco material enters the slit between the guide tube 5 and the buccal cigarette pouch 4. If the length of the wrapping cavity 2 is too short, most of tobacco materials are concentrated on the lower part of the buccal cigarette packaging bag, so that the lower part is swelled and the thickness is increased. The length setting of the part that will be wrapped up in this embodiment is at 60% -80%, make the filler in-process tobacco material distribute in the well upper portion to the lower part of sucking wrapping bag 4, after treating the filler, through the seal to mouthful including tobacco wrapping bag 4 upper portion, make the upper portion of sucking tobacco wrapping bag 4 have partly tobacco material again to its upper portion removal through the extrusion, thereby let the tobacco material tile in sucking the tobacco wrapping bag as far as possible, make the thickness of sucking the tobacco wrapping bag thinner, increase the planar area of wrapping bag, thereby realize sucking the tobacco wrapping bag appearance regular, unanimous.
Furthermore, the wrapping cavity reaches the bottom end of the mouth cigarette packaging bag from the middle part or the middle upper part of the mouth cigarette packaging bag, so that a blank is prevented from being left at the bottom end of the packaging bag. This is because the bottom end that is not wrapped will not be filled with tobacco powder, resulting in wasted space. In addition, the length of the wrapped part of the mouth tobacco is set according to the production state (such as the size and the negative pressure strength of the mouth tobacco packaging bag) during production. For example, when the negative pressure intensity is different, the length of the wrapped part can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the above embodiments, the wrapping surface 3 may be a curved surface recessed toward the inside of the wrapping chamber 2 or a recessed plane. The direction of the depression thereof is, for example, a direction of depression leftward along the docking chamber 21 and rightward along the docking chamber 22 as shown in fig. 2 and 3. The shapes of the wrapping surfaces are different, so that the shapes of the buccal cigarette packaging bags adsorbed on the wrapping surfaces are different. As the tobacco powder filler in the buccal cigarette has higher humidity and viscosity, once the filling is finished, the shape matched with the shape of the wrapping surface 3 can be formed under the extrusion of the wrapping surface 3. The wrapping surfaces 3 in the embodiment in fig. 2 are concave curved surfaces, and from the perspective of fig. 2, the two wrapping surfaces 3 are in the shape of two circular arcs respectively, so that the manufactured buccal cigarette has a smooth surface. The wrapping surface of the embodiment in fig. 3 is a concave plane, namely a plane with a folded edge, so that the manufactured buccal cigarette has an angular surface.
Further, in the above embodiments, the depth of the recess of the wrapping surface 3 from top to bottom to the inside of the wrapping cavity 2 is reduced or unchanged. As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the depth of the wrapping surface 3 from top to bottom is gradually decreased, and an inner cavity for accommodating the mouth cigarette packaging bag 4, which is formed by the abutting connection of the wrapping surface 3 on the abutting connection cavity 21 and the wrapping surface 3 on the abutting connection cavity 22, forms a structure that is large in radial direction and small in bottom, that is, a tapered structure in this embodiment. In another embodiment, the depth of the recess towards the inside of the wrapping cavity is constant, i.e. the cavity formed by the wrapping surface for accommodating the buccal cigarette packet 4 is the same in radial size from top to bottom. The tobacco material can be gathered at the part contacting with the upper part of the packaging cavity in a short time through the negative pressure action during the filling process, and the gathered part falls to the bottom of the packaging bag due to the gravity action after a period of time. If the structure that the big end down is formed in parcel chamber 2 in sucking the wrapping bag, because the filler time often is shorter, the tobacco material can't pile up downwards gradually in the short time, nevertheless forms the shutoff at the well upper portion of sucking the tobacco wrapping bag easily for the difficult bottom that falls in the wrapping bag of tobacco powder. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the recess depth of the wrapping surface 3 from the top to the bottom toward the inside of the wrapping cavity is preferably reduced or unchanged.
In the above embodiments, the wrapping surface 3 is a porous surface, and the pore diameter increases from top to bottom. Due to the negative pressure state of the wrapping cavity 2, the negative pressure degree of the area with large aperture is larger, and the negative pressure degree of the area with small aperture is smaller. The aperture of the wrapping surface is small in upper part and large in lower part, so that the negative pressure at the lower end of the wrapped mouth-holding tobacco packaging bag 4 is larger, and tobacco materials piled on the upper part can be more easily dropped at the bottom of the mouth-holding tobacco packaging bag 4. In addition, the holes on the wrapping surface 3 can be uniformly distributed, so that the adsorption force of the tobacco powder is uniform. The size of the aperture of the wrapping surface 3 can be set according to specific requirements as long as air can circulate in the aperture.
In each of the above embodiments, the wrapping surface 3 is a rigid surface, and the material is selected from food grade contact materials, such as stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene, or ceramic. In addition, the packing cavity 2 can be arranged to be replaceable, and packing cavities with different sizes can be replaced according to the size requirement of the cigarette not passing through the mouth. The arrangement of the replaceable type also facilitates the cleaning of the package cavity.
Referring to fig. 1, the device for packaging buccal cigarettes in each of the above embodiments further includes a negative pressure generator 11, a ventilation pipeline 12 and a control valve 13. The control valve 13 is, for example, a two-position three-way valve for controlling the opening/closing of the negative pressure generator 11, and the ventilation line 12 communicates the negative pressure generator 11 and the package chamber 2. In addition, a ventilation pipeline is not arranged, and the negative pressure generator can be directly connected with the wrapping cavity. The means for generating a negative pressure may also be a vacuum pump.
The invention also provides a system for packaging buccal cigarettes, which comprises a blocking mechanism used for sealing the upper end part and the lower end part of the buccal cigarette packaging bag 4, and further comprises the device for packaging buccal cigarettes in each embodiment. The end-sealing mechanism is, for example, a pressing mechanism 6, and the pressing mechanism 6 is used for pressing, sealing and cutting the upper and lower end portions of the cigarette containing packaging bag 4.
Further, the device 1 for packaging the buccal cigarette in the system for packaging the buccal cigarette in the embodiment can be separated from the pressing and ironing mechanism 6, and wraps and seals the mouth containing cigarette packaging bags respectively. Optionally, the device 1 for packaging buccal cigarettes can be fixedly connected with the pressing mechanism 6 and positioned above the pressing mechanism 6. For example, as shown in fig. 6-8 of the present embodiment, the device 1 for packing buccal cigarettes is fixed on the pressing mechanism 6 or on the rocker arm of the pressing mechanism 6 through the fixing table 14. The bottom of the device 1 for packaging the buccal cigarette can be close to the pressing mechanism 6 as much as possible, so that the empty area (filled with smokeless materials) at the lower end of the buccal cigarette package 4 is reduced. In order to prevent the device 1 for packaging the buccal cigarette from being heated, a small distance, for example 0.5-1 mm, can be kept with the pressing mechanism 6. Or a heat insulating material can be arranged at the bottom end of the device 1 for packaging the mouth containing cigarettes, so as to further reduce the distance between the device 1 for packaging the mouth containing cigarettes and the pressing mechanism 6.
In addition, the device 1 for packaging buccal cigarettes can move synchronously along with the pressing mechanism 6, and when the pressing mechanism 6 is close to press and seal the buccal cigarette packaging bag 4, the packaging cavity 2 packages the buccal cigarette packaging bag. After filling the tobacco material, pressing and scalding mechanism 6 upwards moves, and device 1 that the cigarette was sucked in the packing upwards moves equally, carries out pressfitting, seals to the upper end that contains tobacco packaging bag 4, cuts off the wrapping bag simultaneously, has both accomplished the sealing to first wrapping bag upper end, has also accomplished the sealing to the lower extreme of next sucking tobacco packaging bag.
The invention also provides a method for packaging buccal cigarettes by using the system for packaging buccal cigarettes, which comprises the following steps:
the end sealing mechanism seals the lower end part of the buccal cigarette packaging bag 4, and the packaging cavity 2 wraps the buccal cigarette packaging bag 4. The actions of sealing the lower end part of the packaging bag and wrapping the packaging bag can be carried out simultaneously, or sealing can be carried out firstly and then wrapping is carried out, or sealing can be carried out after wrapping, and the action sequence of sealing and wrapping is not limited.
