When a large overhead line system concrete pole is dismantled in the prior art, especially an overhead line system pole which is 350-type pole and has large mass (the bottom of the overhead line system pole is 1 meter wide, half meter thick and 15 meters high, and the total weight is about 4.5 tons), the overhead line system pole which cannot be dismantled at one time needs to be dismantled in sections. High-altitude operation can be involved in the dismantling process, but the high-altitude operation is specified in railway safety regulations, namely the high-altitude operation is realized by cutting at a position 2.8m away from the ground, and the high-altitude operation does not allow a sledge hammer and a wire cutter to be used, so that the traditional dismantling mode is not suitable for the high-altitude operation.
