The working process specifically comprises the following steps:
when the sleeper mould is sent to the spraying station, the lifting cylinder is started to drive the atomizing nozzle to move downwards. And when the atomizing nozzle reaches the preset height, the lifting cylinder brakes. And starting the spraying system, and fully mixing the release agent with high-pressure air in the pressure container, atomizing and then spraying out from the atomizing nozzle. And simultaneously, the transverse moving motor is started, and the visual system guides the atomizing nozzle to movably spray the release agent. And after the spraying is finished, stopping the transverse moving, and closing the atomizing nozzle system. The lifting cylinder is started to drive the atomizing nozzle to move up to the transverse moving height. The traversing motor is started to drive the atomizing nozzle to traverse to the next position. The lifting cylinder drives the atomizing nozzle to move downwards again, and the stripping agent is sprayed on the atomizing nozzle. And after the release agent is sprayed on all the positions in sequence according to the actions, the spraying system is closed. The transverse moving motor and the lifting cylinder drive the atomizing nozzle to return to the initial position. And the die conveying line conveys the sprayed sleeper die to the next station.
