Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ozone sterilization, in particular to a full-automatic intelligent ozone sterilization system.
Background
At present, sterilized water (sodium hypochlorite and the like) is widely used in various industries, but it is known that the sterilized water can be sterilized only when being sprayed into the air at a certain concentration and the air keeps a certain concentration.
However, in the existing disinfection and sterilization, disinfectant is prepared manually and then is sprayed in the air manually, which causes uneven spraying of the disinfectant, the concentration of the disinfectant sprayed initially is relatively high, and the disinfectant is harmful to the human body of a spraying person.
After the manual work directly sprays the sterile water, have the disinfection effect in the short time, but wait the sterile water volatilize to certain concentration after, just no longer possess the effect of disinfection and isolation, can breed virus or bacterium under this environment. For example, during the new crown epidemic situation, the hospital can regularly spray the disinfectant for disinfection, which wastes manpower and material resources, has high labor cost, and can not continuously ensure the disinfection and sterilization state in the hospital.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a sterilised water sterilisation system that solves one or more of the above mentioned technical problems.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sterilized water sterilizing system including an indoor space, a sterilized water tank, a humidity detector, a controller, and a spraying device;
the spraying device is arranged in the indoor space, is connected with the disinfectant water tank and can absorb disinfectant water in the disinfectant water tank for spraying;
the controller is electrically connected with the spraying device and the humidity detector; the humidity detector is used for detecting the humidity in the air of the indoor space;
a humidity preset value can be set in the controller, and when the humidity in the air detected by the humidity detector is greater than the humidity preset value, the controller controls the spraying device to stop spraying; when the humidity detector detects that the humidity in the air is smaller than the preset humidity value, the controller controls the spraying device to start spraying.
From this, through setting for safe humidity preset value for the controller can come control disinfection water concentration in the air according to this humidity preset value, makes this environment be in disinfection and isolation state always, need not the manual work and disinfects many times, also can not harm the human body.
In some embodiments: the humidity preset value is a range value which has a minimum value and a maximum value, and when the humidity detector detects that the humidity in the air is greater than the maximum value of the humidity preset value, the controller controls the spraying device to stop spraying; when the humidity detector detects that the humidity in the air is smaller than the minimum value of the humidity preset value, the controller controls the spraying device to start spraying. Therefore, the humidity of the air can be kept within a certain range, and the concentration of the disinfection water in the air is controlled to be kept at a certain concentration all the time, so that the environment is always in a disinfection and sterilization state.
In some embodiments: the automatic spraying device further comprises a timer, wherein the timer is electrically connected with the controller and can set the working time of the spraying device. Thus, the sterilization can be performed for a long time within a predetermined time range.
In some embodiments: the spraying device comprises a water pump and a spray head, the inlet of the water pump is communicated with the sterilized water tank, and the outlet of the water pump is communicated with the spray head.
In some embodiments: the shower nozzle is provided with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of shower nozzles equipartition is in the interior space top.
Therefore, the disinfectant can be uniformly sprayed
In some embodiments: the spray head is an atomizing spray head. Thereby, the sterilizing water can be atomized and sprayed.
In some embodiments: the system also comprises a clean water tank, a sterilized water stock tank, a first metering pump and a second metering pump, wherein the clean water tank conveys clean water into the sterilized water tank through the first metering pump; the disinfectant liquid stock tank conveys the disinfectant liquid stock into the disinfectant water tank through a second metering pump; the first metering pump and the second metering pump are electrically connected with the controller. Thus, the sterilized water can be disposed at a desired concentration.
In some embodiments: the disinfectant water tank is filled with sodium hypochlorite solution, hydrogen peroxide solution or alcohol solution.
