The invention provides an anti-allergy soothing moisturizing lotion which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: disodium EDTA 0.05%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.07%, allantoin 0.15%, butanediol 7%, glycerol 8%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.05%, triethanolamine 0.04%, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane 0.25%, glyceryl polyether-262%, glycerol/glycerol polyacrylate 1.8%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.5%, hexylene glycol 0.5%, carbomer 0.05%, collagen extract 0.02%, placental protein 0.02%, and the balance water.
Because the epidermis of the intact skin is a very dense tissue structure, only water, electrolytes and a few small molecular substances with simple structures can pass through the epidermis. The molecular weight of the natural donkey-hide gelatin collagen is about 30 ten thousand daltons, and the molecular structure is very complex.
Therefore, the macromolecular natural donkey-hide gelatin collagen directly added into the skin care product is difficult to be absorbed by the skin. Therefore, in the embodiments 1-3 of the present invention, preferably, the collagen extract is prepared by hydrolyzing Douglas-colla corii asini with compound protease, the weight average molecular weight of the small-molecular colla corii asini is 580-1300Da, and the peptide segment is distributed between 200-3000 Da.
The absorption and efficacy of the peptide segment between 200-1000Da are better than those of other sizes of peptide segments and free amino acids. Has the characteristics of obvious small molecule and high absorption, and can more effectively play the roles of eliminating free radicals, whitening and removing melanin and supplementing skin collagen.
Meanwhile, as recorded in Bencao gang mu and Benjing Yangyuan, the donkey placenta has sweet taste, warm and no toxicity, enters liver, spleen and kidney meridians, and has the effects of warming the middle-jiao and warming the lower, tonifying qi and nourishing blood, strengthening spleen and stimulating appetite, tonifying kidney and benefiting essence and the like. Researches show that the donkey placenta contains various beneficial components such as carbohydrate, fat, protein, nucleic acid, hormone, vitamins, trace elements and the like, and has the effects of regulating immunity, resisting oxidation, delaying senescence, preventing tumors, promoting wound healing, enhancing memory and the like.
Therefore, in embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention, the placenta protein is preferably prepared from donkey placenta by washing, drying, grinding, extracting and freeze-drying.
As shown in fig. 1, the anti-allergy, soothing and moisturizing lotions provided in examples 1 to 3 above can be prepared by the following preparation method, comprising the steps of:
s100, uniformly mixing carbomer and water to obtain a first mixture;
s200, adding EDTA disodium, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, butanediol, glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, triethanolamine, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, glyceryl polyether-26, glycerol/glycerol polyacrylate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and hexanediol into water at the temperature of 60-90 ℃ for warm culture, carrying out microbubble development in the warm culture process, and stirring and mixing uniformly at a low speed again after the development is mature to obtain a second mixture;
s300, stirring and dissolving the first mixture and the second mixture completely, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the collagen extract and the placental protein, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a third mixture, and stirring and cooling the third mixture to a discharging temperature to obtain a finished product.
In S200, the temperature during stirring is 80 ℃ and the stirring speed is 40rpm to 600 rpm.
In S200, in order to achieve sufficient dissolution and fusion of the components, it is necessary to perform a treatment in practice by two ways, namely, a warm-keeping method in which the molecular forces of the components themselves are reduced and then sufficient mixing is performed in an environment where microbubbles develop. In the present embodiment, the specific steps of performing the warm keeping are:
heating water to 60-90 ℃, adding fully purified zeolite into the water, adding honeycomb stone rich in nitrogen into the zeolite, controlling the water to be in a low-temperature low-pressure bubbling environment, improving a boiling effect by adding the zeolite, and enabling the rich nitrogen to overflow and disperse in a high-temperature environment to improve a mixing effect, wherein the continuous nitrogen can discharge air in the water to avoid oxidation in the high-temperature environment;
adding the raw materials into bubbling water in sequence, slowly stirring to enable the raw materials to be in a dynamic environment, gradually adding excessive glycerol in the mixing process until the raw materials are completely dissolved in the water, and adding the glycerol to promote the dissolution and mixing of other components;
the method comprises the following steps of raising the water temperature to be close to and below the boiling point, increasing the air pressure to 2-4 atmospheric pressures, keeping the temperature for not less than 1 hour, avoiding the continuous high temperature from the boiling point to the lower point to volatilize volatile components, raising the actual temperature in a high-pressure environment, and promoting the dissolution and mixing of the components.
In the above, it is emphasized that by increasing the water temperature and "boiling" effect, the components can be effectively mixed together, and in addition, by controlling the temperature and pressure, the overall dissolution and mixing effect is increased, so that the molecular force of the components can be reduced in the warm-keeping environment, and the components can be sufficiently fused in the development stage.
The specific steps for the microbubble development in the high-temperature and high-pressure water environment are as follows:
firstly, controlling the water temperature to be at a high temperature and a high pressure for warm culture in an environment until no obvious suspension exists in the water solution, and avoiding the precipitation of effective components caused by the change of the environment, so that the effective components need to be dissolved in firstly so as to be more fully mixed;
the water solution is guided out through the heat-preservation guide pipe and is treated by the emulsification pump, the treated water solution is sent back to the high-temperature and high-pressure environment through the other heat-preservation guide pipe for warm culture, and the water solution is in a micro-bubble development state for at least 2 hours through continuous circulation.
In the present embodiment, the actual process of emulsification foaming is not in the warm-keeping environment, but is led out in a circulating manner, which has the advantages that the emulsified components are timely returned to the warm-keeping environment, and the emulsification-warm-keeping environment can be switched back and forth, thereby improving the actual fusion and mixing effect.
Since the collagen extract and the placental protein are mainly composed of proteins, it is necessary to take care of the temperature and pH during the mixing process for preparation so that they are within an acceptable range of proteins, and to improve the mixing ability as much as possible.
The specific method for adding the collagen extract and the placental protein in step S300 is as follows:
mixing the first mixture and the second mixture in an environment at 60-80 ℃, and emulsifying and mixing the first mixture and the second mixture in a circulating emulsification mode in the mixing process until the first mixture and the second mixture are completely mixed, so that the two components are fully mixed to a certain extent, and mutual repulsion cannot occur when other organic components are added subsequently;
reducing the temperature of the mixed solution to be below 45 ℃, adding a small amount of acid into the mixed solution to enable the pH of the mixed solution to be 6, controlling the temperature and the pH to enable the whole environment of the aqueous solution to be in an optimal state, simultaneously controlling the temperature and the pH to promote the dissolution of the collagen extract and the placental protein in the aqueous solution, enabling non-protein components of the collagen extract and the placental protein to be not easily dissolved in the environment, and filtering the non-protein components serving as residue components subsequently.
And after the temperature and the pH value are adjusted, adding the collagen extract and the placental protein into the mixed solution, adding a small amount of glycerin in the mixing process to promote dissolution, filtering out insoluble substances after dissolution, and performing warm culture in a water environment at 40-50 ℃ until the mixture becomes clear again.
To better illustrate the safety of the present invention, stability and safety tests were performed using the lotions prepared in example 3 of the present invention. Preservative efficacy test, according to international standard ISO 11930: 2012 (cosmetics-microbiology-cosmetics product antibacterial protection assessment); the skin irritation detection refers to the national standards of the inspection and quarantine of entry and exit of the people's republic of China SN/T4577-2016 cosmetic skin irritation detection and reconstruction human epidermis model in vitro test method.
