Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a rocking chair according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a side view schematic of the swing chair of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the swing chair 100 is suitable for electronic competition or virtual reality game to provide a better riding experience and an immersive interactive experience for the player. For example, the swing chair 100 may interact with a game console to generate pitch back and forth, roll left and right, etc. in response to a game situation, so that a player sitting on the swing chair 100 is immersed in the game.
Further, the swing chair 100 includes a base 110, a seat cushion 120, and a driving bracket 130, wherein the driving bracket 130 is disposed between the base 110 and the seat cushion 120, and the seat cushion 120 is supported by the driving bracket 130 to be disposed above the base 110. The seat pan 110 may be fixed to the ground, slid relative to the ground, or rotated about an axis perpendicular to the ground, while the drive bracket 130 is configured to drive the seat cushion 120 to pitch back and forth or roll side-to-side relative to the seat pan 110.
In the present embodiment, the driving bracket 130 includes a first fixing base 131, a first shaft 132, a second fixing base 133, a second shaft 134, a first driving group 135 and a second driving group 136, wherein the first driving group 135 is used for providing power for driving the seat cushion 120 to roll left and right relative to the base 110, and the second driving group 136 is used for providing power for driving the seat cushion 120 to pitch back and forth relative to the base 110. On the other hand, the number of the first fixing bases 131 may be two, and fixed on two opposite sides of the base 110. Opposite ends of the first shaft 132 are rotatably connected to the two first fixing bases 131, respectively. Accordingly, the number of the second fixing seats 133 may be two, and fixed to opposite sides of the seat cushion 120. Opposite ends of the second shaft 134 are respectively connected to the two second fixing bases 133, and the two second fixing bases 133 can rotate relative to the second shaft 134. In other words, the first shaft 132 serves as a rotational reference for the side-to-side tilting of the seat cushion 120 relative to the base 110, and the second shaft 134 serves as a rotational reference for the side-to-side tilting of the seat cushion 120 relative to the base 110.
The second shaft 134 is connected to the first shaft 132, and may be an integrally formed cross-shaped structure. On the other hand, the first driving set 135 is used for driving the first shaft 132 to rotate relative to the two first fixing bases 131, and the second driving set 136 is used for driving the two second fixing bases 133 to rotate relative to the second shaft 134. During the rotation of the first shaft 132 relative to the two first fixing bases 131, the two second fixing bases 133, the second shaft 134 and the second driving set 136 rotate along with the first shaft 132 around the first axial direction A1, so as to drive the seat cushion 120 to roll left and right relative to the base 110. In contrast, during the rotation of the two second fixing bases 133 relative to the second shaft 134, the seat cushion 120 rotates about the second axis A2 along with the two second fixing bases 133 to pitch the seat cushion 120 back and forth relative to the base 110. Further, the first axial direction A1 and the second axial direction A2 are perpendicular to each other, wherein the first axial direction A1 is parallel to the first shaft 132, and the second shaft 134 is parallel to the second axial direction A2.
In the present embodiment, the first driving set 135 includes a first motor 135a, a first driven member 135b, a first bearing 135c and a first linkage member 135d, wherein the number of the first bearings 135c may be two, and the number of the first driven members 135b may be two. The two first bearings 135c are fixed to the two first holders 131, respectively, and the two first followers 135b are fixed to the two first bearings 135c, respectively. For example, each first bearing 135c is fixed to the corresponding first fixing base 131 with an outer ring, wherein each first follower 135b is fixed to the outer ring of the corresponding first bearing 135c, and opposite ends of the first shaft 132 respectively pass through the two first followers 135b to connect the inner rings of the two first bearings 135c. That is, each first follower 135b cannot rotate relative to the corresponding first fixing base 131, but the first shaft 132 can rotate relative to the two first fixing bases 131 through the two first bearings 135c. The first driven member 135b is a pulley, and the first linkage member 135d is a belt. The first driving member 135d is coupled to one of the two first driven members 135b and the power output shaft 135e of the first motor 135a, and since the first motor 135a of the present embodiment is fixed to the first shaft 132 and each first driven member 135b cannot rotate relative to the corresponding first fixing base 131, the power output shaft 135e cannot drive the first driving member 135d during the operation of the first motor 135a, so that the first motor 135a rotates to drive the first shaft 132 to rotate relative to the two first fixing bases 131 through the two first bearings 135c.
On the other hand, the second driving set 136 includes a second motor 136a, a second follower 136b, a second bearing 136c, and a second linkage 136d, wherein the number of the second followers 136b may be two, and the number of the second bearings 136c may be two. The two second followers 136b are respectively fixed to the two second fixing bases 133, and the two second bearings 136c are respectively fixed to the two second followers 136b. For example, each second bearing 136c is fixed to the corresponding second follower 136b with an outer ring, and opposite ends of the second shaft 134 are respectively connected to inner rings of the two second bearings 136 c. That is, the two second followers 136b are connected to the second shaft 134 through the two second bearings 136c, respectively, and each of the second fixing bases 133 and the corresponding second follower 136b can rotate relative to the second shaft 134 through the corresponding second bearing 136 c.
The second follower 136b is a pulley, and the second follower 136d is a belt. The second linkage 136d is coupled to one of the two second followers 136b and the power output shaft 136e of the second motor 136a, and during the operation of the second motor 136a, the power output shaft 136e drives the second linkage 136d to drive one of the second followers 136b to rotate relative to the second shaft 134, so that the two second fixing bases 133 rotate with the second followers 136b relative to the second shaft 134.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the swing chair 100 further includes a carrier 140 fixed to the first shaft 132, wherein the first motor 135a and the second motor 136a are fixed to a surface 141 of the carrier 140 facing the base 110, and a power output shaft 135e of the first motor 135a and a power output shaft 136e of the second motor 136a are located on the same plane, and the plane is parallel to the surface 141 of the carrier 140 facing the base 110. Since the power output shaft 135e of the first motor 135a and the power output shaft 136e of the second motor 136a are located on the same plane, the space required between the seat cushion 120 and the seat base 110 can be greatly reduced.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a rocking chair according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, unlike the above embodiment, the first motor 135a of the swing chair 100A of the present embodiment is fixed to the base 110, that is, the power output shaft 135e of the first motor 135a and the power output shaft 136e of the second motor 136a are located in different planes. The two first followers 135b are respectively fixed to opposite ends of the first shaft 132, and the first shaft 132 is connected to the two first bearings 135c through the two first followers 135 b. For example, each first bearing 135c is fixed to the corresponding first fixing base 131 with an outer ring, wherein each first follower 135b is fixed to the inner ring of the corresponding first bearing 135c. That is, the first shaft 132 can rotate with respect to the two first holders 131 through the two first followers 135 b.
During the operation of the first motor 135a, the power output shaft 135e drives the first linkage member 135d to drive one of the first driven members 135b to rotate relative to the corresponding first fixing base 131, so that the first shaft 132 rotates with the first driven member 135b relative to the two first fixing bases 131.
In summary, the swing chair of the present invention is suitable for electronic athletic or virtual reality games to provide a better riding experience and an immersive interactive experience for players. For example, the swing chair may interact with the game console to automatically rotate about two different axes, or pitch back and forth, roll left and right, etc., in response to the game scenario, so that the player sitting on the swing chair is immersed in the game. In addition, the swing chair provides power sources for forward and backward pitching, left and right rolling and other actions through the two motors, so that the forward and backward pitching, left and right rolling and other actions can be synchronously or asynchronously generated. And secondly, because the two power output shafts of the two motors are positioned on the same plane, the arrangement space between the chair cushion and the base can be greatly reduced.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, but can be modified or altered somewhat without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is to be limited only by the appended claims.
