Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of camera shooting, and particularly relates to a camera shell.
Background
In order to facilitate the assembly of the camera, the housing of the camera usually includes a front housing and a rear housing, the optical component is installed in the front housing, the sensor and other components are installed in the rear housing, and then the front housing and the rear housing are hermetically connected to realize the assembly of the camera. However, the adhesion material often overflows from the seam of preceding, back casing for casing joint strength is uneven, the leakproofness can't be ensured, and seriously influence the outward appearance of camera.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a camera shell which can prevent adhesive materials from overflowing from a shell seam.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a camera shell comprises a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell comprises a substrate, the middle of the substrate protrudes outwards to form a lens part for accommodating an optical assembly, an outer barrier strip is arranged on a plate surface, away from the lens part, of the substrate, the edge of the outer barrier strip ring substrate is arranged, the outer edge of the outer barrier strip ring substrate conforms to the edge of the substrate, and the outer barrier strip is attached to the second shell.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects: the outer barrier strips arranged at the joint of the first shell and the second shell can effectively prevent the adhesion materials from overflowing to the outer surface of the camera shell, so that the camera shell is guaranteed to be smooth and clean in appearance.

The contents of the description and the references in the drawings are briefly described as follows:
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the first and second shells of the present invention in a disassembled state;
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the second housing;
FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the first and second housings in sealing engagement;
FIG. 5 is an enlarged schematic view of portion a of FIG. 4;
fig. 6 is an enlarged schematic view of a first and second separated state of the part a of the housing in fig. 4.
In the figure: 10. the lens module comprises a first shell, 11 parts of a base plate, 12 parts of lens cloth, 13 parts of an outer barrier strip, 14 parts of an inner barrier strip, 20 parts of a shell, 21 parts of a surrounding plate and 22 parts of a convex rib.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A camera shell comprises a first shell 10 and a second shell 20, wherein the first shell 10 comprises a substrate 11, the middle of the substrate 11 protrudes outwards to form a lens part 12 for accommodating an optical assembly, an outer barrier strip 13 is arranged on the surface, away from the lens part 12, of the substrate 11, the outer barrier strip 13 is arranged around the plate edge of the substrate 11, the outer edge of the plate edge of the substrate 11 conforms to the plate edge of the substrate 11, and the outer barrier strip 13 is attached to the second shell 20. The outer barrier strip 13 can block the adhesion materials from flowing to the outer side of the base plate 11, so that the adhesion materials are prevented from overflowing from a joint between the first shell 10 and the second shell 20, and the appearance quality of the camera is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the second housing 20 is provided with a rib 22 corresponding to the outer barrier 13. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the second housing 20 includes a surrounding plate 21 forming a side wall of the second housing, the surrounding plate 21 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the periphery of the base plate 11, the end of the end ring of the surrounding plate 21 connected to the first housing 10 is provided with a protruding rib 22, and the projection of the protruding rib 22 on the base plate 11 is located inside the outer barrier 13. During specific implementation, after the convex rib 22 is fused and collapsed, the distance between the first shell 10 and the second shell 20 is reduced, so that the end face of the outer barrier strip 13 is attached to the end face of the surrounding plate 21, the first shell 10 is abutted to the first shell 20 to be connected with the second shell 20, the molten material is prevented from overflowing outwards, meanwhile, the molten material is adhered to the first shell 10 and the second shell 20 to realize reliable connection of the first shell 10 and the second shell 20, the connection of the first shell 10 and the second shell 20 is more uniform, and the welding strength is more guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 2, an inner barrier strip 14 is further disposed on the surface of the substrate 11 away from the lens portion 12, the inner barrier strip 13 and the outer barrier strip 14 are disposed at intervals, and the inner barrier strip 14 is attached to the second housing 20, so that the adhesion material can be further prevented from flowing into the camera housing, and the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 can not be effectively connected due to the loss of the adhesion material.
As shown in fig. 6, the projection of the rib 22 on the base plate 11 is located outside the inner barrier rib 14. A groove-shaped cavity is formed between the outer barrier strip 13 and the inner barrier strip 14, the width of the convex rib 22 is smaller than the interval between the inner barrier strip 14 and the outer barrier strip 13, the height of the convex rib 22 is larger than the height of the inner barrier strip 14 and the height of the outer barrier strip 13, and the volume of the convex rib 22 is matched with the volume of the groove-shaped cavity. Thus, when the first and second shells 10, 20 are adhered, as shown in fig. 5, the end surfaces of the inner and outer bars 14, 13 are respectively attached to the end surface of the second shell 20, and the molten and collapsed ribs 22 are filled in the grooves between the inner and outer bars 14, 13, thereby ensuring the uniform connection of the first and second shells 10, 20.
Preferably, the outer barrier strips 13, the inner barrier strips 14 and the ribs 22 are made of the same material as the base plate 11 and the coaming 21, that is, the adhesive material is made of the same material as the first shell, the second shell 10 and the second shell 20, and the ribs 22 can be integrally formed with the second shell 20.
