Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle control, in particular to a steering wheel switch control system of a vehicle and a control method thereof.
Background
The steering wheel of the existing vehicle is usually provided with a steering wheel switch for controlling a vehicle entertainment information unit so as to facilitate a driver to control the current playing content during driving, most steering wheel switches are of a physical key type and are communicated with an entertainment host through a L IN bus, the control function of each physical key is fixed, a control command is sent to the entertainment host to be executed after the switches are pressed down, the physical keys are pressed down, the lower micro switches are conducted, the physical switches bounce and the lower micro switches are disconnected, part of the steering wheel switches are touch pads, no character display is carried out when the vehicle is not started, fixed characters are displayed after the vehicle is started, and the steering wheel switches are communicated with the entertainment host through a L IN bus.
The current scheme CAN not exert the advantages of the entertainment host with stronger computing capability, and L IN or CAN communication between the steering wheel switch and the entertainment host does not support logic processing and OTA (over-the-air download) of an interface.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of a first aspect of the present invention to provide a steering wheel switch control system for a vehicle that can take advantage of the computing power of an entertainment host.
It is a further object of the present invention to facilitate system upgrades and function updates.
It is an object of a second aspect of the present invention to provide a steering wheel switch control method that can exert the advantage of the computing power of an entertainment host.
In particular, the present invention provides a steering wheel switch control system of a vehicle, comprising a steering wheel touching device and an entertainment main unit, which are communicatively connected, wherein,
the steering wheel touch device is arranged on a steering wheel and used for receiving and identifying touch operation of a user and sending operation information corresponding to the touch operation to the entertainment host;
and the entertainment host is internally provided with an operation logic program which is used for generating a control instruction corresponding to the touch operation according to the operation information and the current playing content and executing corresponding operation according to the control instruction.

In particular, the present invention also provides a steering wheel switch control method of a vehicle for controlling the steering wheel switch control system of any one of the above vehicles, comprising:
receiving and identifying touch operation of a user through the steering wheel touch device and sending operation information corresponding to the touch operation to the entertainment host;
and the entertainment host generates a control instruction corresponding to the touch operation according to the operation information and the current playing content, and executes corresponding operation according to the control instruction.
Optionally, the touch operation includes a single click, a double click, and a slide.
Optionally, the operation information includes position information and pressure information.
Optionally, before the receiving and recognizing a touch operation of a user through the steering wheel touch device and sending operation information corresponding to the touch operation to the entertainment host, the method further includes:
dividing the touch pad into a plurality of areas according to a preset rule;
and the entertainment host generates the same control command by the same touch action in the same area when the playing content is the same.
The steering wheel touch device of the invention has no fixed characters, any position of the whole steering wheel touch device can be regarded as different virtual keys, all operations are identified by the steering wheel touch device and then the corresponding position information and pressure information are sent to the entertainment host, and the entertainment host analyzes the corresponding command according to the current playing content and the position information and pressure information. That is, the entertainment host performs the analysis instead of the analysis performed by the steering wheel touch device in the prior art, and the advantage of the entertainment host can be well played due to the strong computing power of the processing chip of the entertainment host.
Furthermore, since the steering wheel touch device only serves as a device for receiving and recognizing touch actions, and does not perform analysis by itself but performs analysis of specific control instructions through an operation logic program in the entertainment host, the same steering wheel touch device is not a fixed control function any longer, and can be adjusted and updated by changing the operation logic program, so that the steering wheel touch device is better in applicability and better in function expansibility.
Furthermore, the signal processing and logic judgment are carried out by moving to the host, and the entertainment host can be generally networked for program updating, so that after the vehicle is on the market, if the displayed content of the instrument needs to be changed or updated, only the software program of the entertainment host needs to be upgraded, and the scheme of the whole system can be updated without any change on the steering wheel touch device. Therefore, during engineering design, the logic of the steering wheel touch device end is clear and simple, and the workload of system design is reduced.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a connection block diagram of a steering wheel switch control system of a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, a steering wheel switch control system includes a steering wheel touch device 10 and an entertainment host 20 communicatively connected. The steering wheel touching device 10 is disposed on a steering wheel, and is configured to receive and recognize a touch operation of a user, and send operation information corresponding to the touch operation to the entertainment host 20. The entertainment host 20 is provided with an operating logic program therein, and is configured to generate a control instruction corresponding to the touch operation according to the operating information and the current playing content, and execute a corresponding operation according to the control instruction. The operation information here may include position information and pressure information generated on the steering wheel touch device by the touch operation.
The steering wheel touch device 10 of the present embodiment has no fixed characters, any position of the entire steering wheel touch device 10 can be regarded as different virtual keys, all operations are identified by the steering wheel touch device 10, and then the corresponding position information and pressure information are sent to the entertainment host 20, and the entertainment host 20 analyzes the corresponding command according to the current playing content and the position information and pressure information. That is, the embodiment will use the entertainment host 20 to perform the analysis instead of the analysis performed by the steering wheel touching device 10 in the prior art, and the advantage of the entertainment host 20 can be well played due to the strong computing power of the processing chip of the entertainment host 20.
Further, since the steering wheel touch device 10 is only a device for receiving and recognizing a touch operation, and does not perform analysis by itself, but performs analysis of a specific control command by the operation logic program in the entertainment host 20, the same steering wheel touch device 10 is not a fixed control function, and can be adjusted and updated by changing the operation logic program, so that the steering wheel touch device has better applicability and better function expandability.
In one embodiment, the steering wheel switch control system further comprises a networking unit for updating the operating logic program. The networking unit may be provided within the entertainment host 20.
The signal processing and logic judgment are carried out by moving to the main machine, and the entertainment main machine 20 can be generally connected with the network for program updating, so that after the vehicle is on the market, if the content displayed by the instrument needs to be changed or updated, the software program of the entertainment main machine 20 only needs to be upgraded, and the scheme of the whole system can be updated without any change to the steering wheel touch device 10. Therefore, in engineering design, the logic of the steering wheel touching device 10 is clear and simple, and the workload of system design is reduced.
Alternatively, the steering wheel touching device 10 and the entertainment host 20 are connected via a CAN, for example, sent directly to the entertainment host 20 via a proprietary CAN.
In another embodiment, the steering wheel switch control system further includes a playing unit and a display unit, both of which are communicatively connected to the entertainment host 20, and are respectively used for playing corresponding contents according to the control command of the entertainment host 20. The playback unit may be a loudspeaker 31 and the display unit is a display screen 32 of the in-vehicle entertainment information system.
In one embodiment, the steering wheel touching apparatus 10 includes a touch panel and a detection capacitor disposed below the touch panel for recognizing a touch operation when the touch panel is touched. The orthographic projection of each position of the touch pad on the detection capacitor corresponds to the XY coordinates of the virtual key.
In another embodiment, the touch pad is configured to be divided into a plurality of areas according to a preset rule; the operation logic program is used for defining that the same touch action in the same area generates the same control command when the playing contents are the same. That is, the touch panel can be divided into a plurality of virtual keys each of which is a fixed area by setting the operation logic program.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a steering wheel touching device 10 of a steering wheel switch control system of a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the touch pad of the steering wheel touch device 10 may be divided into regions according to the division rule shown in the figure, and the touch pad may be divided into 1 to 8 regions to form 8 virtual keys. In one embodiment, the location information and function explanation corresponding to the above 8 areas are shown in table 1 below. Of course, in other embodiments, other numbers of region partitions may be performed according to other figures, and the corresponding functions may be defined differently according to the requirements, and are defined and changed correspondingly through the operation logic program in the entertainment host 20.

The specific functions of the virtual keys need to be determined in combination with the current playing content, for example, when playing audio, the user clicks the area No. 6 in fig. 2 to indicate that the virtual keys return to the main interface; clicking in area No. 7 indicates silence; clicking once in the No. 8 area to activate the voice system in the vehicle, and clicking again to close the voice system in the vehicle; increasing the volume by sliding upwards in the region No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8, and decreasing the volume by sliding downwards in the region No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8; the touch area No. 1 is switched to other playing modules, such as Bluetooth modules, broadcasting modules and the like; and touching the No. 2 area to switch the audio to the previous one, touching the No. 4 area to switch the audio to the next one, touching the No. 5 area to switch the audio to the previous page, and touching the No. 3 area to switch the audio to the next page. Of course, in other embodiments, the above 8 regions may be defined as other functions, which may be realized by changing the operation logic program. The display screen 32 or the speaker 31 is controlled to play different contents by the above-described different operations.
In other embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of steering wheel touching apparatuses 10 may be mounted on a steering wheel of a vehicle. Fig. 3 is a connection block diagram of a steering wheel switch control system of a vehicle according to another embodiment of the present invention, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the left steering wheel touching device 11 and the right steering wheel touching device 12 are included and are respectively disposed on the left side and the right side in a steering wheel, and the left steering wheel touching device 11 and the right steering wheel touching device 12 may have the same or different shapes and may have the same or different area divisions of corresponding touch pads. The left steering wheel touching device 11 and the right steering wheel touching device 12 are connected with the entertainment host 20 through the CAN, and the entertainment host 20 is used for controlling the output contents of the display screen 32 and the loudspeaker 31.
Fig. 4 is a logic block diagram of a steering wheel switch control method of a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the present invention also provides a steering wheel switch control method for a vehicle, for controlling a steering wheel switch control system of the vehicle in any of the above embodiments, the method comprising the steps of:
s10: the touch operation of the user is received and recognized by the steering wheel touch device 10, and operation information corresponding to the touch operation is transmitted to the entertainment host 20. Alternatively, the touch operation includes actions such as a single click, a double click, and a slide. The operation information may include position information and pressure information generated on the steering wheel touching device 10 by a touch operation.
S20: the entertainment host 20 generates a control instruction corresponding to the touch operation according to the position information, the pressure information and the current playing content, and executes a corresponding operation according to the control instruction. Such as switching tracks, switching play modules, adjusting volume, etc.
The embodiment will use the entertainment host 20 to perform the parsing instead of the parsing performed by the steering wheel touching apparatus 10 in the prior art, and the advantages of the entertainment host 20 can be well exerted due to the strong computing power of the processing chip of the entertainment host 20.
Furthermore, since the specific control command is analyzed by the operation logic program in the entertainment host 20, the same steering wheel touch device 10 is not a fixed control function, and can be adjusted and updated by changing the operation logic program, so that the applicability is better and the function expandability is better.
In another embodiment, S10 is preceded by the steps of:
dividing the touch pad into a plurality of areas according to a preset rule;
the entertainment host 20 generates the same control command by the same touch action in the same area when the playing content is the same.
That is, the touch panel can be divided into a plurality of virtual keys each of which is a fixed area by setting the operation logic program. For specific implementation, reference may be made to the content of the steering wheel switch control system part described above, and details are not described here.
