specifically, when a first user needs to transfer resources from an account of the first user in a certain country to an account of a second user in another country, the first user operates a terminal device of the first user to send a resource transfer request to a first transfer mechanism in the same country; and when the first transfer mechanism receives the resource transfer request, determining a transaction identifier of the resource transfer request, storing the transaction identifier and resource transfer information included in the resource transfer request in a correlation manner, and sending a resource transfer acceptance request to the resource transfer service platform according to the resource transfer information and the determined transaction identifier. The resource transfer information comprises user information of a first user, resource transfer-out account information, resource transfer-in account information, the quantity of resources to be transferred and the like; the resource may be an entity resource, such as currency, or a virtual resource, such as an integral.
Step S104, sending an acceptance request to a second transfer mechanism so that the second transfer mechanism sends a supervision request to a supervision mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism to request the supervision mechanism to supervise the acceptance request;
specifically, the resource transfer service platform stores the second identification information of the first transfer mechanism in association with the transaction identification in the acceptance request, and sends the acceptance request to the second transfer mechanism; when the second transfer mechanism receives the acceptance request sent by the resource transfer service platform, the transaction identifier and the resource transfer information included in the acceptance request are stored in a correlation mode, the supervision request is sent to a supervision mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism according to the transaction identifier and the resource transfer information included in the acceptance request, so that when the supervision mechanism determines to approve the acceptance request according to the supervision request, the first identifier information of the second transfer mechanism and the transaction identifier and the like in the supervision request are stored in a correlation mode, and confirmation information for approving the acceptance request is sent to the resource transfer service platform according to the transaction identifier. The reception request in step S104 may be the same as or different from the reception request in step S102.
Step S106, if the confirmation information that the supervision mechanism approves the acceptance request is received, the confirmation information is sent to the first transfer mechanism, so that the first transfer mechanism executes the resource cross-border transfer-out processing corresponding to the resource transfer request;
specifically, if the confirmation information that the acceptance request is approved by the monitoring authority is received, the second identification information stored in a related manner is acquired according to the transaction identification in the confirmation information, and the confirmation information is sent to the first transfer mechanism corresponding to the acquired second identification information. And when the first transfer mechanism receives the confirmation information, acquiring the resource transfer information stored in association according to the transaction identifier included in the confirmation information, and executing corresponding resource cross-border transfer-out processing according to the acquired resource transfer information.
And step S108, if the first transfer mechanism is determined to successfully execute the resource cross-border transfer-out processing, sending resource transfer-out success information to the supervision mechanism, so that the supervision mechanism sends indication information to the second transfer mechanism, and the second transfer mechanism executes the resource cross-border transfer-in processing corresponding to the resource transfer request, so as to transfer the corresponding resource to the second user.
Wherein, the resource transfer-out success information comprises a transaction identifier; when the supervising mechanism receives the resource transfer-out success information, acquiring first identification information stored in a related manner according to a transaction identification included in the resource transfer-out success information, and sending indication information to a second transfer mechanism corresponding to the acquired first identification information according to the transaction identification and the like; and the second transfer mechanism acquires the resource transfer information stored in association according to the transaction identifier in the received indication information, and executes corresponding resource cross-border transfer processing according to the acquired resource transfer information so as to transfer the corresponding resource to the second user.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, when receiving an acceptance request for resource transfer sent by a first transfer mechanism, a resource transfer service platform sends the acceptance request to a second transfer mechanism, so that the second transfer mechanism sends a supervision request to a supervision mechanism that governs the second transfer mechanism, so as to request the supervision mechanism to supervise the acceptance request; therefore, in the cross-border resource transfer process, the transfer process of the resource is supervised by the supervision mechanism, the risk of illegal operation on the resource is effectively avoided, and the reasonability and effectiveness of cross-border resource transfer are ensured.
In consideration of the practical application, a user may have a need to transfer resources from one resource transfer-out account to multiple resource transfer-in accounts, or a need to transfer resources from multiple resource transfer-out accounts to the same resource transfer-in account, or a need to transfer resources from multiple resource transfer-out accounts to multiple resource transfer-in accounts, and the like. Based on this, as shown in fig. 4, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, step S104 includes:
step S104-2, determining whether the acceptance request comprises a plurality of resource transfer paths according to the resource transfer-out account information and the resource transfer-in account information which are included in the acceptance request, if so, executing step S104-4, otherwise, executing step S104-6;
step S104-4, generating a plurality of branch acceptance requests according to the plurality of resource transfer paths and the number of corresponding resources to be transferred, and sequentially sending the branch acceptance requests to a second transfer mechanism, so that the second transfer mechanism sequentially sends supervision requests to a supervision mechanism which supervises the second transfer mechanism to request the supervision mechanism to supervise the branch acceptance requests;
specifically, the branch transaction identifier of the branch transaction corresponding to each resource transfer path is sequentially determined, a branch acceptance request is generated according to the branch transaction identifier, the transaction identifier in the acceptance request, the corresponding resource transfer path and the number of the resources to be transferred, and the branch acceptance request is sent to the second transfer mechanism, so that the second transfer mechanism sequentially sends monitoring requests to the monitoring mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism, and the monitoring mechanism is requested to monitor the branch acceptance request.
And step S104-6, sending an acceptance request to the second transfer mechanism, so that the second transfer mechanism sends a supervision request to a supervision mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism to request the supervision mechanism to supervise the acceptance request.
As an example, a first user a transfers a first amount of resources to an account 2 of a second user B in country B and a second amount of resources to an account 3 of the second user c in country B, respectively, through an account 1 of the first user a in country a; correspondingly, the resource transfer information in the acceptance request comprises account information of the resource transfer-out account 1, account information of the resource transfer-in account 2 and a corresponding first quantity, and account information of the resource transfer-in account 3 and a corresponding second quantity; the resource transfer service platform determines that the accepting request comprises two resource transfer paths, namely an account 1 to an account 2 and an account 1 to an account 3, according to the resource transfer information, generates a branch accepting request according to the transaction identifier, the determined branch transaction identifier, the account information of the account 1, the account information of the account 2 and the first quantity, and sends the generated branch accepting request to a second organization; and generating a branch acceptance request according to the transaction identifier, the determined branch transaction identifier, the account information of the account 1, the account information of the account 3 and the second quantity, and transmitting the generated branch acceptance request to the second institution.
Further, when the second transfer mechanism receives the branch acceptance request, the resource transfer-out account information, the resource transfer-in account information, the quantity of the resource to be transferred, the transaction identifier, the branch transaction identifier and the like in the branch acceptance request are stored in a correlated manner, and a supervision request is sent to a supervision mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism according to the stored information; when the monitoring mechanism determines to approve the branch acceptance request according to the monitoring request, the first identification information of the second transfer mechanism is stored in association with the transaction identification, the branch transaction identification and the like included in the monitoring request, and confirmation information for approving the branch acceptance request is sent to the resource transfer service platform according to the resource transfer-out account information, the resource transfer-in account information, the quantity of the resources to be transferred, the transaction identification and the branch transaction identification included in the monitoring request; the resource transfer service platform sends the received confirmation information to the first transfer mechanism; the first transfer mechanism acquires resource transfer information stored in a relevant manner according to the transaction identifier in the confirmation information, if the resource transfer path and the corresponding quantity of the resources to be transferred in the confirmation information are determined to be matched with the resource transfer path and the corresponding quantity of the resources to be transferred in the acquired resource transfer information, corresponding resource cross-border transfer-out processing is carried out according to the resource transfer-out account information, the resource transfer-in account information and the quantity of the resources to be transferred in the confirmation information, and when the processing is successful, resource transfer-out success information is sent to the resource transfer service platform according to the transaction identifier and the branch transaction identifier; the resource transfer service platform sends the information of successful resource transfer-out to a monitoring mechanism; the supervising mechanism acquires first identification information which is stored in a related way according to the transaction identification and the branch transaction identification in the resource transfer-out success information, and sends indication information to a second mechanism corresponding to the first identification information according to the transaction identification and the branch transaction identification in the resource transfer-out success information; and the second mechanism acquires the information stored in association according to the transaction identifier and the branch transaction identifier in the indication information, and performs corresponding resource transfer processing according to the acquired information so as to transfer resources to a corresponding second user.
Thus, when the received request includes a plurality of resource transfer paths, the branch received request is generated to split the one-to-many, many-to-one, many-to-many or other resource transfer patterns into the one-to-one resource transfer patterns, so that not only can the business flow of resource transfer be more unified, but also the branch received request in the one-to-one pattern is processed one by one, and the problems of omission, error transfer and the like caused by excessive resource transfer paths can be avoided.
Furthermore, in consideration that in practical applications, different first users often transfer resources to accounts of different second users in different national borders, in order to ensure that the resource transfer processing process corresponding to the resource transfer request of each first user can be quickly and effectively processed in the corresponding national border on the basis of meeting the rationality, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, second transfer mechanisms and corresponding regulatory mechanisms may be set in different national borders. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, step S104 may include:
step S104-8, acquiring related first identification information from the association relationship between the preset country information and the first identification information of the transfer mechanism according to the country information of the country where the resource is transferred to the account included in the acceptance request;
and step S104-10, sending an acceptance request to a second transfer mechanism corresponding to the acquired first identification information, so that the second transfer mechanism sends a supervision request to a supervision mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism to request the supervision mechanism to supervise the acceptance request.
Therefore, the corresponding second transfer mechanism is determined according to the country of the resource transferred into the account, so that routing arrangement is performed, and an acceptance request is sent to the corresponding second transfer mechanism, so that the second mechanism sends a supervision request to a supervision bureau mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism, the transfer process of the resource can be supervised by the corresponding supervision mechanism, the risk of illegal operation on the resource is effectively avoided, and the rationality and the effectiveness of cross-border resource transfer are ensured; moreover, the resource transfer request can be ensured to be processed quickly in the corresponding national boundary.
In view of the fact that multiple transfer mechanisms may be set in the same country, in order to enable the resource transfer service platform to send the acceptance request to the transfer mechanism corresponding to the resource transfer account, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the acceptance request further includes first identification information of the transfer mechanism corresponding to the resource transfer account, so that the resource transfer platform sends the acceptance request to the second transfer mechanism corresponding to the first identification information. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, step S104 may further include:
and step S104-12, acquiring first identification information for identifying the transfer mechanism from the acceptance request, and sending the acceptance request to a second transfer mechanism corresponding to the acquired first identification information, so that the second transfer mechanism sends a supervision request to a supervision mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism to request the supervision mechanism to supervise the acceptance request.
Further, in order to ensure the security of resource transfer, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, when the resource transfer service platform receives the acceptance request sent by the first mechanism, the resource transfer service platform further checks resource transfer information included in the acceptance request. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, step S104 may include the following steps S104-14;
and step S104-14, if the resource transfer information included in the acceptance request is determined to meet the preset first resource transfer condition, sending the acceptance request to the second transfer mechanism, so that the second transfer mechanism sends a supervision request to a supervision mechanism which governs the second transfer mechanism to request the supervision mechanism to supervise the acceptance request.
Specifically, determining whether the user information of the first user in the resource transfer information is valid, determining whether the number of resources to be transferred in the resource transfer information does not exceed a resource transfer-out threshold corresponding to the resource transfer-out account information, determining whether a resource transfer-out account corresponding to the resource transfer-out account information in the resource transfer information is valid, determining whether a resource transfer-in account corresponding to the resource transfer-in account information in the resource transfer information is valid, and the like; and if the determination result is yes, determining that the resource transfer information meets a preset first resource transfer condition. It should be noted that the verification sequence of each piece of information and the first resource transfer condition can be set by itself in practical applications as needed.
The validity of each information is ensured by checking the resource transfer information, and guarantee can be provided for the effective transfer of the resource.
Further, in order to avoid waiting for a long time due to network reasons, etc., in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, step S108 may include the following step S108-2;
and step S108-2, if the resource transfer-out success information sent by the first transfer mechanism is received within the preset time length, the resource transfer-out success information is sent to the monitoring mechanism, so that the monitoring mechanism sends indication information to the second transfer mechanism, and the second transfer mechanism executes resource cross-border transfer processing corresponding to the resource transfer request, so as to transfer the corresponding resource to the second user.
Specifically, when the first transfer mechanism receives the confirmation information sent by the resource transfer service platform, the resource transfer information stored in association is inquired according to the transaction identification included in the confirmation information, and the corresponding amount of resources are transferred from the corresponding resource transfer-out account to the appointed intermediate account according to the inquired resource transfer information, so that when the second transfer mechanism receives the indication information sent by the monitoring mechanism, the corresponding amount of resources are transferred from the intermediate account to the resource transfer-in account according to the resource transfer information; when the first transfer mechanism successfully transfers the resources to the intermediate account, sending the successful resource transfer-out information to the resource transfer service platform; further, when the first transfer mechanism fails to transfer the resource to the intermediate account, resource transfer-out failure information is sent to the resource transfer service platform, so that the resource transfer service platform sends the resource transfer failure information to the second transfer mechanism and the corresponding monitoring mechanism respectively. If the resource transfer service platform receives the resource transfer-out success information sent by the first transfer mechanism within the preset time length, the resource transfer service platform determines that the resource cross-border transfer-out processing executed by the first transfer mechanism is successful, and sends the resource transfer-out success information to the supervision mechanism, so that the supervision mechanism sends indication information to the second transfer mechanism. The preset time duration can be set according to needs in practical application, for example, 2 seconds.

step S110, receiving resource transfer result information sent by the second transfer mechanism, and sending the resource transfer result information to the first transfer mechanism;
specifically, when the second transfer mechanism receives the indication information sent by the monitoring mechanism, resource transfer information stored in association is inquired according to the transaction identifier included in the indication information, and a corresponding amount of resources are transferred from the specified intermediate account to the corresponding resource transfer account according to the inquired resource transfer information; when the resource transfer is successful, the resource transfer success information is sent to the second transfer mechanism and the supervision mechanism according to the transaction identifier, and when the resource transfer is failed, the resource transfer failure information is sent to the second transfer mechanism and the supervision mechanism according to the transaction identifier; when the resource transfer service platform receives the resource transfer-in result information sent by the second transfer mechanism, the resource transfer-in result information is sent to the first transfer mechanism corresponding to the inquired second identification information according to the second identification information which is inquired and stored in association with the transaction identification in the resource transfer-in result information.
Further, if the fund transfer is carried out and the resource transfer-in account information in the resource transfer information is bank account information, when the second transfer mechanism receives the indication information sent by the monitoring mechanism, the resource transfer information stored in association is inquired according to the transaction identifier in the indication information, a corresponding amount of fund is transferred from the specified intermediate account to the account of the specified bank mechanism according to the inquired resource transfer information, and a fund transfer request is sent to the corresponding bank mechanism according to the transaction identifier and the resource transfer information, so that the bank mechanism transfers the corresponding amount of fund from the account of the bank mechanism to the fund transfer-in account of the second user according to the resource transfer information; and when receiving the fund transfer-in result information returned by the banking institution, the second transfer institution sends the fund transfer-in result information to the resource transfer service platform, so that the resource transfer service platform sends the fund transfer-in result to the first transfer institution. Or when the second transfer mechanism receives the indication information sent by the monitoring mechanism, the resource transfer information stored in a correlation mode is inquired according to the transaction identifier in the indication information, and a fund transfer request is sent to the corresponding banking mechanism according to the transaction identifier and the resource transfer information, so that the banking mechanism transfers the fund with the corresponding amount from the appointed intermediate account to the fund transfer account of the second user according to the resource transfer information; and when receiving the fund transfer-in result information returned by the banking institution, the second transfer institution sends the fund transfer-in result information to the resource transfer service platform, so that the resource transfer service platform sends the fund transfer-in result to the first transfer institution.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, step S108 may be followed by;
step S112, receiving resource transfer result information sent by the monitoring mechanism, and sending the resource transfer result information to the first transfer mechanism; and the resource transfer-in result information is sent to the monitoring mechanism by the second transfer mechanism.
Specifically, when the second transfer mechanism receives the indication information sent by the monitoring mechanism, resource transfer information stored in association is inquired according to the transaction identifier included in the indication information, and a corresponding amount of resources are transferred from the specified intermediate account to the corresponding resource transfer account according to the inquired resource transfer information; when the resource transfer is successful, sending resource transfer success information to the supervision mechanism according to the transaction identifier, and when the resource transfer is failed, sending resource transfer failure information to the supervision mechanism according to the transaction identifier; when the supervision mechanism receives the resource transfer-in result information sent by the second mechanism, the resource transfer-in result information is sent to the resource transfer service platform; and the resource transfer service platform inquires the third identification information stored in association according to the received transaction identification in the resource transfer result information, and sends the resource transfer result information to the first transfer mechanism corresponding to the inquired third identification information.
