the fifth determining unit is configured to trigger the robot to open a preset camera, so that the robot acquires portrait information of the client by using the camera, and determines the portrait information as the authentication information;

Based on the foregoing solution, in the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the verification unit 506 includes:
the determining subunit is used for determining preset identity information corresponding to the guest room information according to the guest room information in the effective commodity transaction bill;
the comparison subunit is used for comparing the preset identity information with the identity verification information to verify the identity of the client;
the first determining subunit is configured to determine that the identity verification of the client passes if the preset identity information is consistent with the identity verification information;

the third determining subunit is used for determining that the identity authentication of the client passes if the personal information is matched with the preset personal information;
and the fourth determining subunit is used for determining that the identity authentication of the client fails if the personal information is inconsistent with the preset personal information.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the following hotel transaction settlement method, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring commodity order information sent by a client through terminal equipment, and generating a commodity transaction bill corresponding to the commodity order information;
displaying the commodity transaction bill to the client through the terminal equipment to prompt whether the client selects an on-hook account mode or not;
when the customer selects the hanging account mode, the identity of the customer is verified, if the identity of the customer passes the verification, the commodity transaction bill is determined to be a production commodity transaction bill, and a goods taking instruction and a goods sending instruction are generated;
sending the goods taking instruction and the goods delivery instruction to a preset robot so as to trigger the robot to move to a guest room where the customer is located according to the goods delivery instruction after storing the goods corresponding to the effective goods transaction bill to a goods loading device of the robot according to the goods taking instruction;
receiving arrival information fed back by the robot, dialing a mobile phone number reserved by the customer, reminding the customer that the commodity is arrived and prompting the customer to input identity verification information to the robot;
the identity authentication information sent by the robot is obtained, the identity of the client is verified according to the identity authentication information, and when the identity of the client passes the verification, the valid commodity transaction bill is displayed to the client through the robot so as to prompt the client whether to select to pay the valid commodity transaction bill;
and when a non-payment instruction fed back by the robot is received, determining the effective commodity transaction bill as an unsettled bill, and inputting the unsettled bill into an account bill corresponding to the client, so that the client can settle in a unified manner according to the account bill when leaving the store.
An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram thereof is shown in fig. 6, which specifically includes a memory 601 and one or more programs 602, where the one or more programs 602 are stored in the memory 601 and configured to be executed by one or more processors 603 to perform the following operations on the one or more programs 602:
acquiring commodity order information sent by a client through terminal equipment, and generating a commodity transaction bill corresponding to the commodity order information;
displaying the commodity transaction bill to the client through the terminal equipment to prompt whether the client selects an on-hook account mode or not;
when the customer selects the hanging account mode, the identity of the customer is verified, if the identity of the customer passes the verification, the commodity transaction bill is determined to be a production commodity transaction bill, and a goods taking instruction and a goods sending instruction are generated;
sending the goods taking instruction and the goods delivery instruction to a preset robot so as to trigger the robot to move to a guest room where the customer is located according to the goods delivery instruction after storing the goods corresponding to the effective goods transaction bill to a goods loading device of the robot according to the goods taking instruction;
receiving arrival information fed back by the robot, dialing a mobile phone number reserved by the customer, reminding the customer that the commodity is arrived and prompting the customer to input identity verification information to the robot;
the identity authentication information sent by the robot is obtained, the identity of the client is verified according to the identity authentication information, and when the identity of the client passes the verification, the valid commodity transaction bill is displayed to the client through the robot so as to prompt the client whether to select to pay the valid commodity transaction bill;
and when a non-payment instruction fed back by the robot is received, determining the effective commodity transaction bill as an unsettled bill, and inputting the unsettled bill into an account bill corresponding to the client, so that the client can settle in a unified manner according to the account bill when leaving the store.

Claims (10)

1. A method for settlement of hotel transactions, comprising:
acquiring commodity order information sent by a client through terminal equipment, and generating a commodity transaction bill corresponding to the commodity order information;
displaying the commodity transaction bill to the client through the terminal equipment to prompt whether the client selects an on-hook account mode or not;
when the customer selects the hanging account mode, the identity of the customer is verified, if the identity of the customer passes the verification, the commodity transaction bill is determined to be a production commodity transaction bill, and a goods taking instruction and a goods sending instruction are generated;
sending the goods taking instruction and the goods delivery instruction to a preset robot so as to trigger the robot to move to a guest room where the customer is located according to the goods delivery instruction after storing the goods corresponding to the effective goods transaction bill to a goods loading device of the robot according to the goods taking instruction;
receiving arrival information fed back by the robot, dialing a mobile phone number reserved by the customer, reminding the customer that the commodity is arrived and prompting the customer to input identity verification information to the robot;
the identity authentication information sent by the robot is obtained, the identity of the client is verified according to the identity authentication information, and when the identity of the client passes the verification, the valid commodity transaction bill is displayed to the client through the robot so as to prompt the client whether to select to pay the valid commodity transaction bill;
and when a non-payment instruction fed back by the robot is received, determining the effective commodity transaction bill as an unsettled bill, and inputting the unsettled bill into an account bill corresponding to the client, so that the client can settle in a unified manner according to the account bill when leaving the store.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining the amount to be paid according to the account bill;
judging whether the amount to be paid is larger than a preset available amount or not;
if the amount to be paid is not larger than the available amount, generating a first warehousing instruction corresponding to the effective commodity transaction bill, and sending the first warehousing instruction to the robot, so that the robot opens the cargo carrying device according to the first warehousing instruction;
if the amount to be paid is larger than the available amount, generating excess information, displaying the excess information to the customer through the robot, and prompting the customer whether to continuously acquire the commodity;
if a non-acquisition instruction fed back by the robot is received, marking an unsettled bill corresponding to the effective commodity transaction bill in the house account bill as a cancellation bill;
and if an acquisition instruction fed back by the robot is received, generating a second opening instruction, and sending the second opening instruction to the robot so that the robot opens the cargo carrying device according to the second opening instruction.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the setting of the available amount comprises:
when receiving a command of handling the stores from the client, acquiring the house information of the client and prompting the client whether to select a self-setting amount mode;
if an instruction that the customer selects the self-setting amount mode is received, acquiring an amount value input by the customer, and determining the amount value as an available amount;
and if an instruction that the customer does not select the self-setting amount mode is received, determining the housing grade of the customer according to the housing information, and setting the available amount for the customer according to the housing grade.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a payment instruction fed back by the robot is received, determining a payment mode selected by the customer;
if the payment mode is cash payment, receiving payment completion information fed back by the robot when the robot receives cash corresponding to the effective commodity transaction bill, determining the effective commodity transaction bill as a first paid bill according to the payment completion information, and generating a third opening instruction;
updating the first paid bill to the account bill and sending the third opening instruction to the robot so that the robot opens the cargo carrying device according to the third opening instruction;
if the payment mode is online payment, triggering the robot to display a collection two-dimensional code corresponding to the effective commodity transaction bill to the customer so that the customer can pay the consumption amount of the effective commodity transaction bill through the collection two-dimensional code;
determining the effective commodity transaction bill as a second paid bill and generating a fourth banking instruction;
updating the second paid bill to the account bill and sending the fourth bin instruction to the robot so that the robot opens the cargo carrying device according to the fourth bin instruction.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the process of the customer entering authentication information into the robot comprises:
triggering the robot to open a preset camera so that the robot collects portrait information of the client by using the camera and determines the portrait information as the identity authentication information;
and/or
And prompting the customer to place the house card on the card reader of the robot through the robot so that the robot reads the house card information of the house card and determines the house card information as the identity authentication information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said verifying the identity of the client based on the authentication information comprises:
determining preset identity information corresponding to the guest room information according to the guest room information in the effective commodity transaction bill;
comparing the preset identity information with the identity verification information to verify the identity of the client;
if the preset identity information is consistent with the identity verification information in comparison, determining that the identity verification of the client passes;
and if the preset identity information is inconsistent with the identity verification information in comparison, determining that the identity verification of the client does not pass.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the verifying the identity of the client comprises:
acquiring guest room information and personal information provided by the client, and determining corresponding preset personal information according to the guest room information;
matching the personal information with the preset personal information to judge whether the personal information is matched with the preset personal information;
if the personal information is matched with the preset personal information, determining that the identity authentication of the client is passed;
and if the personal information is inconsistent with the preset personal information in a matching manner, confirming that the identity authentication of the client is not passed.
8. A hotel transaction settlement device, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring commodity order information sent by a client through terminal equipment and generating a commodity transaction bill corresponding to the commodity order information;
the display unit is used for displaying the commodity transaction bill to the client through the terminal equipment so as to prompt whether the client selects an on-hook account mode or not;
the verification unit is used for verifying the identity of the client when the client selects the hanging account mode, determining the commodity transaction bill as a valid commodity transaction bill if the identity of the client passes verification, and generating a goods taking instruction and a goods sending instruction;
the triggering unit is used for sending the goods taking instruction and the goods delivery instruction to a preset robot so as to trigger the robot to move to a guest room where the customer is located according to the goods delivery instruction after the goods corresponding to the effective commodity transaction bill are stored to a goods loading device of the robot according to the goods taking instruction;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the arrival information fed back by the robot, dialing the mobile phone number reserved by the customer, reminding the customer that the commodity is arrived and prompting the customer to input authentication information into the robot;
the verification unit is used for acquiring the identity verification information sent by the robot, verifying the identity of the client according to the identity verification information, and displaying the effective commodity transaction bill to the client through the robot when the identity verification of the client passes so as to prompt the client whether to select to pay the effective commodity transaction bill;
and the entry unit is used for determining the effective commodity transaction bill as an unsettled bill when a non-payment instruction fed back by the robot is received, and entering the unsettled bill into an account bill corresponding to the client so as to settle the account of the client in a unified manner according to the account bill when the client leaves the store.
9. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program, when executed, controls a device on which the storage medium resides to perform the hotel transaction settlement method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by one or more processors to perform the hotel transaction settlement method of any one of claims 1-7.
