And the creating module 120 is configured to associate a preset approval template with each data table, where each approval template includes a data filling column and a confirmation control, and create an approval template chain between each approval template according to a preset sorting rule.
In this embodiment, a preset approval template is associated with each data table, and an approval template chain is created between each approval template according to a preset sorting rule.
Each examination and approval template comprises a data filling column for an operator to fill in user data and a confirmation control for the operator to click and confirm submission after the operator completes configuration of the user data of one examination and approval template.
The data table is arranged at a data filling column of the approval template in a form of a drop-down list, and the drop-down list is used for displaying user data in the data table.
The preset ordering rules may be ordered according to the rank between different approval templates, for example: the method comprises the following steps of a first-level approval template, a second-level approval template and a third-level approval template.
The first monitoring module 130 is configured to respond to an approval chain configuration request initiated by a client, send the approval template chain to the client, monitor that the client clicks an approval template of a confirmation control for the first time, obtain user data entered in a data filling column of the approval template, and store a preset identifier of the user data in a pre-established monitoring container.
Taking the service of the universal approval and approval receipt based on the vehicle insurance leaving or the approval changing, the headquarters needs to maintain the import setting of the approval personnel of the approval chains of all the organizations, and the universal approval process from the approval personnel setting to the service system checking approval personnel is completed. Because the approvers corresponding to different approval templates are usually unique, the same approver cannot be simultaneously present in different approval templates, otherwise, the approval authority is disordered, and economic loss is brought to enterprises. Therefore, in order to prevent the operator from configuring the same approver to a plurality of different approval templates when configuring a large number of approval templates, in this embodiment, the monitoring operator firstly clicks the approval template of the confirmation control at the client to obtain the user data entered in the data filling column of the approval template, and store the preset identifier (for example, the id number of "zhangsan" is 002) of the user data in the pre-created monitoring container.
The second monitoring module 140 is configured to monitor the approval template of the confirmation control clicked by the client for the second time, acquire the user data entered in the data filling column of the approval template, determine whether a preset identifier of the user data exists in the monitoring container, generate first warning information and send the first warning information to the client if the preset identifier exists in the monitoring container, and store the preset identifier in the monitoring container if the preset identifier does not exist in the monitoring container.
In this embodiment, an approval template of a confirmation control is clicked at a client by a monitoring operator, user data entered in a data filling column of the approval template is obtained, whether a preset identifier (for example, the id number of "zhang san" is 002) of the user data exists in a reconnaissance container is judged, if the preset identifier exists, it is indicated that the user data is repeated, first early warning information (for example, "the data is repeated, please note) is generated in time and sent to the client, if the preset identifier does not exist, it is indicated that the data is not repeated, and meanwhile, the preset identifier is stored in the reconnaissance container, and the reconnaissance container is updated.
In another embodiment, the program further performs the steps of:
and when the approval templates corresponding to all the data tables in the data table chain are confirmed to be correct, generating prompt information and sending the prompt information to the client to prompt that the configuration process of the approval chain is completed.
In another embodiment, the program further performs the steps of:
receiving a modification instruction of an operator to the examination and approval template, and judging whether the operator has the modification authority to the examination and approval template;
when the operator has the modification right to the examination and approval template, updating and storing the examination and approval template according to the modification instruction; and
and when the operator does not have the modification right for the examination and approval template, generating second early warning information to prompt the operator not to have the right.
In this embodiment, the modification instruction includes: the method comprises the steps of presetting a number, a modification type, a field to be modified and a substitute field corresponding to the field to be modified of an approval template to be modified.
The modification types include: newly adding data filling columns, deleting data filling columns, replacing user data and the like.
When the examination and approval template needs to be adjusted, a designated manager can input and modify the designation to adjust the examination and approval chain template.
In order to prevent other personnel from randomly tampering the examination and approval template information, a white list with the authority of modifying the examination and approval template is configured in advance, and authority management is set, namely, only the users with the authority of modifying in the white list modify the examination and approval template.
In addition, the invention also provides a data monitoring method based on the approval chain configuration. Fig. 3 is a schematic method flow diagram of an embodiment of the data monitoring method based on approval chain configuration according to the present invention. And S140, monitoring the approval template of the confirmation control clicked by the client for the second time, acquiring the user data input by the data filling column of the approval template, judging whether the preset identification of the user data exists in the monitoring container, if so, generating first early warning information and sending the first early warning information to the client, and if not, storing the preset identification in the monitoring container.
In another embodiment, after the step S140, the method further comprises the steps of:
and when the approval templates corresponding to all the data tables in the data table chain are confirmed to be correct, generating prompt information and sending the prompt information to the client to prompt that the configuration process of the approval chain is completed.
In another embodiment, the method further comprises the steps of:
receiving a modification instruction of an operator to the examination and approval template, and judging whether the operator has the modification authority to the examination and approval template;
when the operator has the modification right to the examination and approval template, updating and storing the examination and approval template according to the modification instruction; and
and when the operator does not have the modification right for the examination and approval template, generating second early warning information to prompt the operator not to have the right.
In this embodiment, the modification instruction includes: the method comprises the steps of presetting numbers, modification types, fields to be modified and alternative fields corresponding to the fields to be modified of the examination and approval template to be modified.
The modification types include: newly adding data filling columns, deleting data filling columns, replacing user data and the like.
When the examination and approval template needs to be adjusted, a designated manager can input and modify the designation to adjust the examination and approval chain template.
