The invention discloses a plate-type customized furniture quality control system based on MES, which comprises a service logic layer and a user interface layer; the business logic layer is used for acquiring quality information in the manufacturing process through various business processes, analyzing and processing the quality information and generating a quality processing flow and quick feedback information; and the user interface layer is in communication connection with the service logic layer, acquires quality processing flow and quick feedback information and sends the quality processing flow and the quick feedback information to a manual processing end. According to the invention, the quality information is collected and analyzed by using the service logic layer and the information processing flow and feedback information are made, the quality processing flow and the quick feedback information are sent to the manual processing end by the user interface layer, so that manual collection, statistics, analysis and feedback of the quality information are replaced, the intellectualization and informatization are realized, and the accuracy, the high efficiency and the timeliness of the quality control of the plate-type customized furniture are ensured.

Technical Field

Background
The quality control mode of the current plate-type customized furniture manufacturing enterprise is mainly manual, focuses on the post-processing of quality problems, and is difficult to control the whole quality level of the product manufacturing process. The business logic layer provides the whole quality information in the product manufacturing process from the aspects of raw materials, product quality and process quality in the manufacturing process, final finished product quality and the like, the quality information is relatively comprehensive, the quality control system is more perfect, and the accuracy, the efficiency and the timeliness of the quality control of the plate-type customized furniture can be further ensured.
