Abstract
一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳、蒸发器、风机、上内胆、风道组件、左冷冻腔壳及右宽幅调温腔壳、左风道组件和右风道组件还包括导风件和回风管件,蒸发器设在容置腔内,导风件设在左风道腔和右风道腔之间,前进风孔与左风机腔侧出风口连通,后进风孔与容置腔相通,后进风孔与右风机腔的侧进风孔连通,接头与风道组件的进风接口插接,第一出风孔和第二出风孔分别与第一通道和第二通道连通;右风道腔的回风槽与下内胆的右回风腔扣合,回风槽与容置腔连通;容置腔与左冷冻腔壳左下部的左回风孔相对,回风管件将冷藏腔回风孔和冰温区回风孔与左回风孔连通。一个蒸发器、二个风机,实现多温区循环,与现有技术相比,减少了部件,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱。
背景技术
现有电冰箱实现多温区功能时,冷藏室、冷冻室各设置一翅片蒸发器,以多个冷源实现多温区功能,这样子的设计材料多,工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,它具有一个蒸发器、二个风机,实现多温循环的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳、蒸发器、风机、上内胆、设在上内胆内的风道组件、位于上内胆下部的左冷冻腔壳及右宽幅调温腔壳、左风道组件和右风道组件,左风道组件包括左风道腔和左风道盖板,右风道组件包括右风道腔和右风道盖板,上内胆设有冷藏腔和冰温腔;其特征在于:所述左风道腔下部的背部设有容置腔,左风道腔的上部设有前开口的左风机腔、下部设有与风机腔相通的前开口的左风道,风机腔设有侧出风口;左风道盖板上设有冷冻出风口;
所述右风道腔的上部设有前开口的右风机腔、右风机腔的左侧设有侧进风口,后下部设有回风槽;所述右风道盖板上设有调温区出风口;
所述左冷冻腔壳的左下部设有左回风孔、右宽幅调温腔壳的右下部设有右回风腔;
所述上内胆上设有冷藏腔回风孔和冰温区回风孔;
所述风机分为左风机和右风机
所述风道组件的下部设有进风接口,与进风接口相通的第一通道和第二通道,第二通道的前部设有冰温腔进风口,第一通道与风道组件的内腔相通,内腔的两侧设有冷藏进风孔;
还包括导风件和回风管件,导风件设有前进风孔、后进风孔、右出风孔、顶出风孔和设在顶出风孔内的接头,接头上设有第一出风孔和第二出风孔;
蒸发器设在容置腔内,导风件设在左风道腔和右风道腔之间,前进风孔与左风机腔侧出风口连通,后进风孔与容置腔相通,后进风孔与右风机腔的侧进风孔连通,接头与风道组件的进风接口插接,第一出风孔和第二出风孔分别与第一通道和第二通道连通;右风道腔的回风槽与下内胆的右回风腔扣合,回风槽与容置腔连通;容置腔与左冷冻腔壳左下部的左回风孔相对,回风管件将冷藏腔回风孔和冰温区回风孔与左回风孔连通。

所述第一出风孔和第二出风孔上分别设有第一电动风门和第二电动风门。

前盖板的下部设置所述进风接口、与进风接口相通的第一通道和第二通道,第二通道通过冰温腔进风口与冰温腔连通;后盖板覆盖风道腔。
所述的一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,其特殊之处在于:所述进风腔包括位于前盖板下部的前半进风接口、后开口及下开口的前半第一通道和后开口的前半第二通道槽;
还包括一后壳,后壳的下部设有后半进风接口、前开口及下开口的后半第一通道和前开口的前半第二通道槽;
后壳与前盖板的下部扣合。。
本发明一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,由于采用这样的结构,只需一个蒸发器、二个风机,实现多温区循环,与现有技术相比,减少了部件,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳1、压缩机(图中未示出)、冷凝器、蒸发器2、上内胆3、设在上内胆内的风道组件4、位于上内胆下部的下内胆5、设在下内胆内的隔板6、左风道组件7、右风道组件8和风机,隔板6将下内胆5分为左冷冻腔壳51和右宽幅调温腔壳52,左风道组件7包括左风道腔71和左风道盖板72,右风道组件8包括右风道腔81和右风道盖板82,左风道组件7和右风道组件8分别设在左冷冻腔壳51和右宽幅调温腔壳52内,左风道组件7与左冷冻腔壳51的底部构成左回风道10,右风道组件8与右宽幅调温腔壳52的底部构右回风道11;
上内胆3设有冷藏腔3A和冰温腔3B;
所述左风道腔71下部的背部设有容置腔711,左风道腔71的上部设有前开口的左风机腔712、下部设有与风机腔712相通的前开口的左风道713,左风机腔712设有侧出风口;左风道盖板72上设有冷冻出风口721;
所述右风道腔81的上部设有前开口的右风机腔811、右风机腔811的左侧设有侧进风口,后下部设有回风槽812;所述右风道盖板82上设有调温区出风口821;
所述左冷冻腔壳51的左下部设有左回风孔53、右宽幅调温腔壳52的右下部设有右回风腔54,右回风腔由右宽幅调温腔壳52的内表面向外突出;
所述上内胆3上设有冷藏腔回风孔31和冰温区回风孔32;
所述风道组件4的下部设有进风接口41,与进风接口41相通的第一通道和第二通道,第二通道的前部设有冰温腔进风口42,第一通道与风道组件4的内腔相通,风道组件4的内腔的两侧设有冷藏进风孔;
如图16、图17所示,还包括导风件12和回风管件13,导风件12设有前进风孔121A、后进风孔121B、右出风孔122、顶出风孔123和设在顶出风孔内的接头124;接头124上设有第一出风孔1241和第二出风孔1242;
蒸发器2设在容置腔711内,导风件12设在左风道腔7和右风道腔8之间,前进风孔121A与左风机腔712侧出风口连通,后进风孔121B与容置腔711相通,后进风孔121B与右风机腔811的侧进风孔连通,接头124与风道组件4的进风接口41插接,第一出风孔1241和第二出风孔1242分别与第一通道和第二通道连通;右风道腔81的回风槽812与下内胆5的右回风腔扣合,回风槽812与容置腔11连通;容置腔11与下内胆5左下部的左回风孔53相对,回风管件13将冷藏腔3A的回风孔31和冰温区回风孔32与左回风孔53连通。
左冷冻腔壳51的回风经左回风道10进入容置腔711,右宽幅调温腔壳52的回风经右回风道11及右回风腔54进入容置腔71。
所述导风件12的右出风孔122内设有电动风门125,实现右宽幅调温腔壳52调温。第一出风孔1241和第二出风孔1242的进风端设有电动风门;
左冷冻腔壳51和右宽幅调温腔壳52可以通过设置二个下内胆5,左右排列设置。
如图14、图15所示,所述风道组件4包括前盖板43、风道腔44和后盖板46,
前盖板43的下部设置所述进风接口41、第一通道和第二通道,第二通道通过冰温腔进风口42与冰温腔3B连通;后盖板46覆盖风道腔44;
所述进风接口41包括位于风道腔44下部的前半进风接口451、后开口及下开口的前半第一通道槽452和后开口的前半第二通道槽453;
还包括一后壳14,后壳的下部设有后半进风接口141、前开口及下开口的后半第一通道142和前开口的前半第二通道槽143;
后壳14与前盖板43的下部扣合。

1.一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,包括箱壳、蒸发器、风机、上内胆、设在上内胆内的风道组件、位于上内胆下部的左冷冻腔壳及右宽幅调温腔壳、左风道组件和右风道组件,左风道组件包括左风道腔和左风道盖板,右风道组件包括右风道腔和右风道盖板,上内胆设有冷藏腔和冰温腔;其特征在于:所述左风道腔下部的背部设有容置腔,左风道腔的上部设有前开口的左风机腔、下部设有与风机腔相通的前开口的左风道,风机腔设有侧出风口;左风道盖板上设有冷冻出风口;
所述右风道腔的上部设有前开口的右风机腔、右风机腔的左侧设有侧进风口,后下部设有回风槽;所述右风道盖板上设有调温区出风口;
所述左冷冻腔壳的左下部设有左回风孔、右宽幅调温腔壳的右下部设有右回风腔;
所述上内胆上设有冷藏腔回风孔和冰温区回风孔;
所述风机分为左风机和右风机;
所述风道组件的下部设有进风接口,与进风接口相通的第一通道和第二通道,第二通道的前部设有冰温腔进风口,第一通道与风道组件的内腔相通,内腔的两侧设有冷藏进风孔;
还包括导风件和回风管件,导风件设有前进风孔、后进风孔、右出风孔、顶出风孔和设在顶出风孔内的接头,接头上设有第一出风孔和第二出风孔;
蒸发器设在容置腔内,导风件设在左风道腔和右风道腔之间,前进风孔与左风机腔侧出风口连通,后进风孔与容置腔相通,后进风孔与右风机腔的侧进风孔连通,接头与风道组件的进风接口插接,第一出风孔和第二出风孔分别与第一通道和第二通道连通;右风道腔的回风槽与下内胆的右回风腔扣合,回风槽与容置腔连通;容置腔与左冷冻腔壳左下部的左回风孔相对,回风管件将冷藏腔回风孔和冰温区回风孔与左回风孔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导风件的右出风孔内设有电动风门;
所述第一出风孔和第二出风孔上分别设有第一电动风门和第二电动风门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,其特征在于:所述风道组件包括前盖板、风道腔和后盖板,
前盖板的下部设置所述进风接口、与进风接口相通的第一通道和第二通道,第二通道通过冰温腔进风口与冰温腔连通;后盖板覆盖风道腔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单系统双风机多温区的冰箱,其特征在于:所述进风腔包括位于前盖板下部的前半进风接口、后开口及下开口的前半第一通道和后开口的前半第二通道槽;
还包括一后壳,后壳的下部设有后半进风接口、前开口及下开口的后半第一通道和前开口的前半第二通道槽;
后壳与前盖板的下部扣合。
