Abstract
The invention discloses a descaling method for a steam boiler, which comprises the following steps: A. firstly, cooling a steam boiler to a room temperature state; B. closing a drain valve of the steam boiler, and injecting a descaling agent into the steam boiler; C. simultaneously, spraying a descaling agent on the side wall of the steam boiler; D. then slowly heating the steam boiler to 40-50 ℃, putting the steam boiler into a stirring rod with a brush, and starting a stirring motor connected with the stirring rod to stir; E. after stirring, closing the boiler heating device, and simultaneously opening a liquid discharge valve to discharge the descaling waste liquid; F. then spraying clear water to the inner side wall of the steam boiler by using a spray head for washing for 3-5min each time, and repeatedly washing for 3 times; G. and finally, spraying a lubricant to the side wall of the boiler, wherein the descaling method adopted by the invention is simple to operate, can realize quick treatment of the scale in the boiler, and does not damage the side wall of the boiler in the descaling process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of boiler descaling, in particular to a descaling method for a steam boiler.
Background
Steam boilers, during the heating of water, develop hard, dense scale on the heated surfaces, particularly on the heated tubes, which can have many undesirable effects and which are difficult to remove. F. then spraying clear water to the inner side wall of the steam boiler by using a spray head for washing for 3-5min each time, and repeatedly washing for 3 times;
G. finally, lubricant is sprayed onto the side wall of the boiler.
Preferably, the components of the scale remover in the step B comprise, by weight, 4-8 parts of hydroxyethylidene acid, 4-10 parts of sodium nitrate, 3-9 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2-4 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 5-10 parts of acetic acid, 4-8 parts of citric acid, 3-9 parts of laurinol polyoxyethylene ether and 1-3 parts of a corrosion inhibitor.
Preferably, the rotation speed of the stirring motor in the step D is 1000-2000 rpm, the mixture is stirred for 5-8min and then is kept stand for 10min, and then is stirred for 12-18min at the speed of 500-800 rpm.
Preferably, in the step F, after the inner wall of the boiler is washed by clean water, the boiler heating device is opened for drying, the drying temperature is 60-70 ℃, and the drying time is 5 min.
Preferably, the lubricant in the step G is a water-based clay lubricant.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the descaling method adopted by the invention is simple to operate, can realize quick treatment of the scale in the boiler, and does not damage the side wall of the boiler in the descaling process.
(2) The descaling agent adopted by the invention has good descaling effect, does not corrode the inner wall of the boiler in the descaling process, is easy to wash, is environment-friendly and has no pollution.
(3) According to the invention, the stirring rod is used for stirring in the descaling process of the descaling agent, so that the descaling uniformity of the inner wall of the boiler can be improved, and the descaling efficiency is further improved.

In the embodiment, the components of the scale remover in the step B comprise, by weight, 4 parts of hydroxyethylidene acid, 4 parts of sodium nitrate, 3 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 5 parts of acetic acid, 4 parts of citric acid, 3 parts of laurinol polyoxyethylene ether and 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor.
In this embodiment, in the step D, the rotation speed of the stirring motor is 1000 rpm, the mixture is stirred for 5min, then is kept standing for 10min, and is stirred at a speed of 500 rpm for 12 min.
In this embodiment, in step F, after the inner wall of the boiler is washed with clean water, the boiler heating device is opened to dry at 60 ℃ for 5 min.

G. finally, lubricant is sprayed onto the side wall of the boiler.
In this embodiment, the detergent in step B comprises, by weight, 5 parts of hydroxyethylidene acid, 5 parts of sodium nitrate, 4 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 6 parts of acetic acid, 5 parts of citric acid, 4 parts of laurinol polyoxyethylene ether, and 2 parts of a corrosion inhibitor.
In the embodiment, in the step D, the rotating speed of the stirring motor is 1200 rpm, the stirring is carried out for 6min, then the still standing is carried out for 10min, and then the stirring is carried out for 13in at the speed of 550 rpm.

In this embodiment, the detergent in step B comprises, by weight, 6 parts of hydroxyethylidene acid, 7 parts of sodium nitrate, 6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 8 parts of acetic acid, 6 parts of citric acid, 6 parts of laurinol polyoxyethylene ether, and 2 parts of a corrosion inhibitor.
In this embodiment, in step D, the rotation speed of the stirring motor is 1500 rpm, the mixture is stirred for 6min, then kept stand for 10min, and then stirred at 650 rpm for 15 min.
