目前,随着科技的不断发展,清洁能源被广泛的运用在各个领域,太阳能作为一种清洁能源,通常被使用在灯光照明的领域内,LED灯的能耗低,非常适合与太阳能结合在一起使用,太阳能LED灯虽然安装方便,不受地域限制,并且无需额外电能连接,但是,太阳能LED灯还是存在一些现在还并未解决的问题,例如,太阳能LED灯是由多个LED照明小单元构成,如果需要提高照明效果,则必须增加聚光罩,而这就会导致聚光罩内部在使用时间过长时,会导致内部空间不断升温,高温环境会导致LED灯的照明效果不断下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的实施例的一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,包括散热体,所述散热体内设有开口向下的灯腔,所述灯腔的顶壁上固设有能用来照明的LED灯,所述灯腔的内壁间固设有能封闭所述灯腔的聚光罩,所述灯腔的右侧连通设有滑动腔,所述滑动腔内设有能在所述LED灯照明时间过长,导致所述灯腔内温度和内压升高时,做出识别感应动力输出的识别传动机构,所述识别传动机构包括左右滑动设在所述滑动腔内壁上的滑块和限制块,所述滑块的左侧面上固设有能用来封闭所述灯腔的活塞,所述滑块和所述限制块之间固定安装有弹簧,所述滑动腔的下侧连通设有能用来散热的排气孔,所述滑动腔的上侧连通设有传动腔,所述传动腔的内壁上转动设有传动轴,所述散热体的上侧设有能用来储存水的水箱,所述水箱和所述散热体之间设有能通过所述传动轴传动控制来使所述水箱内水浇洒在所述散热体顶面上降温的洒水散热机构,所述洒水散热机构包括开设在所述传动腔左侧的凸轮腔,所述凸轮腔内转动设有凸轮,所述水箱内开设有存水腔,所述水箱的内壁里上下滑动设有升降块,所述升降块的下侧固设有固定杆,所述固定杆向下延伸部分伸入所述凸轮腔内,并与所述凸轮抵接,所述灯腔的左侧连通设有从动腔,所述从动腔内设有能在所述传动轴转动时,协助散热的换气辅助机构,所述换气辅助机构包括转动设在所述从动腔左右壁间的横轴,所述横轴的外周上固设有滚柱,所述从动腔的底壁上左右滑动设有移动块,所述移动块的右侧面固设有能封闭所述灯腔的密封塞,所述密封塞向右延伸部分伸入所述灯腔内,且其右侧面固设有推板。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用高温升压的原理,在LED灯长时间使用后,导致灯腔内升温升压,从而推动活塞和滑块向右移动,则可使灯腔与排气孔连通达到一级散热效果,并采用凸轮带动升降块向上升起,洒落冷却水的方式达到二级散热效果,另外,还采用滚柱带动移动块左右往返的结构,来控制灯腔内的推板左右移动,进而使灯腔的空气可快速更换新的空气,从而达到三级散热效果,通过三种散热方式,有效加强了散热效果,并克服了太阳能LED在使用过长时,温度过高导致照明效率下降的问题。

当使用时,通过光伏模块17可收集太阳能,通过转化模块21和蓄电模块24可把太阳能转化为可使用的电能,通过电机28的运转,可使螺杆31转动,从而可使限制块32左右移动,通过控制模块25能在夜晚控制电机28运转至限制块32移动到滑动腔34内,当限制块32移动至滑动腔34内时,白天时,可使限制块32移动至电机腔30内,此时,灯腔45与排气孔71连通,增加散热效率,活塞68封闭灯腔45和排气孔71,且控制模块25能在夜晚控制LED灯46开启照明,当LED灯46使用时间过长,从而导致灯腔45内温度和气压增大时,可使活塞68带动滑块69向右移动,则可使灯腔45与排气孔71连通散热,当滑块69向右移动时,可使齿条70带动传动齿轮36转动,从而可使传动轴38带动蜗杆42转动,进而可使横轴54转动,当横轴54转动时,可使啮合齿轮56带动连接轴65转动,从而可使短轴67带动凸轮63转动,则可使凸轮63带动带动固定杆60向上移动,继而可使升降块58向上移动,则可使连通腔59与存水腔12连通,进而可使存水腔12内的水通过连通腔59洒落在散热体61顶面,继而可使散热体61降温,当横轴54转动时,可使滚柱55转动,从而可使滑轮52带动竖杆50左右往返移动,进而可使移动块49带动密封塞48左右往返移动,则可使推板47在灯腔45内左右往返移动,继而可使灯腔45内的高温空气通过排气孔71被推送至外界,并且能吸入新的常温空气,通过水管16可向存水腔12内添加水,通过集水斗15可收集雨水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用高温升压的原理,在LED灯长时间使用后,导致灯腔内升温升压,从而推动活塞和滑块向右移动,则可使灯腔与排气孔连通达到一级散热效果,并采用凸轮带动升降块向上升起,洒落冷却水的方式达到二级散热效果,另外,还采用滚柱带动移动块左右往返的结构,来控制灯腔内的推板左右移动,进而使灯腔的空气可快速更换新的空气,从而达到三级散热效果,通过三种散热方式,有效加强了散热效果,并克服了太阳能LED在使用过长时,温度过高导致照明效率下降的问题。
本领域的技术人员可以明确,在不脱离本发明的总体精神以及构思的情形下,可以做出对于以上实施例的各种变型。其均落入本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护方案以本发明所附的权利要求书为准。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,包括散热体,其特征在于:所述散热体内设有开口向下的灯腔,所述灯腔的顶壁上固设有能用来照明的LED灯,所述灯腔的内壁间固设有能封闭所述灯腔的聚光罩,所述灯腔的右侧连通设有滑动腔,所述滑动腔内设有能在所述LED灯照明时间过长,导致所述灯腔内温度和内压升高时,做出识别感应动力输出的识别传动机构,所述识别传动机构包括左右滑动设在所述滑动腔内壁上的滑块和限制块,所述滑块的左侧面上固设有能用来封闭所述灯腔的活塞,所述滑块和所述限制块之间固定安装有弹簧,所述滑动腔的下侧连通设有能用来散热的排气孔,所述滑动腔的上侧连通设有传动腔,所述传动腔的内壁上转动设有传动轴;所述散热体的上侧设有能用来储存水的水箱,所述水箱和所述散热体之间设有能通过所述传动轴传动控制来使所述水箱内水浇洒在所述散热体顶面上降温的洒水散热机构,所述洒水散热机构包括开设在所述传动腔左侧的凸轮腔,所述凸轮腔内转动设有凸轮,所述水箱内开设有存水腔,所述水箱的内壁里上下滑动设有升降块,所述升降块的下侧固设有固定杆,所述固定杆向下延伸部分伸入所述凸轮腔内,并与所述凸轮抵接;所述灯腔的左侧连通设有从动腔,所述从动腔内设有能在所述传动轴转动时,协助散热的换气辅助机构,所述换气辅助机构包括转动设在所述从动腔左右壁间的横轴,所述横轴的外周上固设有滚柱,所述从动腔的底壁上左右滑动设有移动块,所述移动块的右侧面固设有能封闭所述灯腔的密封塞,所述密封塞向右延伸部分伸入所述灯腔内,且其右侧面固设有推板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热体的右侧面固设有电能输出体,所述电能输出体固设在路灯杆顶面上,所述电能输出体的顶面固设有倾斜块,所述倾斜块的顶面固设有光伏模块,所述倾斜块内开设有方形腔,所述方形腔的内壁上固定安装有转化模块,所述转化模块与所述光伏模块之间电性连接设有第一导电线,所述电能输出体内开设有控制腔,所述控制腔的内壁上固定安装有控制模块和蓄电模块,所述蓄电模块与所述转化模块之间电性连接设有第二导电线,所述蓄电模块与所述控制模块之间电性连接,所述控制模块与所述LED灯之间电性连接设有第三导电线,所述电能输出体内设有开口向左的电机腔,所述电机腔与所述滑动腔连通,所述限制块与所述电机腔的内壁滑动连接,所述电机腔的右壁上固设有电机,所述电机与所述控制模块之间电性连接,所述电机的左侧面动力连接设有螺杆,所述限制块内设有开口向左的螺纹腔,所述螺杆与所述螺纹腔的内壁螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,其特征在于:所述滑块的内壁里固嵌有齿条,所述齿条的顶面带有齿牙,且所述齿条位于所述传动腔内,所述传动轴的外周上固设有传动锥齿轮和传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮与所述齿条啮合,所述传动腔的顶壁上转动设有蜗杆,所述蜗杆的底面固设有从动锥齿轮,所述从动锥齿轮与所述传动锥齿轮啮合,所述横轴向右延伸部分贯穿所述散热体的内壁和所述凸轮腔,并伸入所述传动腔内,且其右侧面固设有蜗轮,所述蜗轮与所述蜗杆啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,其特征在于:所述凸轮腔的右壁上转动设有连接轴,位于所述凸轮腔内的所述横轴和所述连接轴外周上均固设有啮合齿轮,两个所述啮合齿轮之间啮合,所述连接轴的左侧面上固设有连接锥齿轮,所述凸轮腔的后壁上转动设有短轴,所述短轴的外周上固设有啮合锥齿轮,所述啮合锥齿轮与所述连接锥齿轮啮合,所述凸轮固设在所述短轴的外周上,所述固定杆与所述散热体的内壁滑动连接,所述升降块的顶面固设有限制板,所述升降块内开设有连通腔,所述水箱能封闭所述连通腔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,其特征在于:所述滚柱内开设有闭合曲槽,所述移动块的顶面固设有竖杆,所述竖杆的顶面转动设有滑轮,所述滑轮与所述闭合曲槽的内壁滑动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于路政道路的高效散热太阳能LED灯,其特征在于:所述水箱的底面固设有四个阵列排布的支撑块,所述支撑块与所述散热体的顶面固定连接,所述存水腔的右侧连通安装有水管,所述水管与外界水源连通,所述存水腔的顶面固设有集水斗,所述集水斗与所述存水腔之间连通安装有单向阀。
