In another specific embodiment of the present invention, a lifting traction rope clamping seat is respectively disposed at one end of each of the pair of rope winders away from the pair of turnover shaft supporting seats, a blind lifting traction rope clamping groove is disposed on the lifting traction rope clamping seat, a clamping seat locking hole is further disposed on the lifting traction rope clamping seat, a clamping seat locking screw is disposed at a position corresponding to the clamping seat locking hole, the upper end of the pair of blind lifting traction ropes is clamped in the blind lifting traction rope clamping groove, and the clamping seat locking screw is locked with the turnover shaft; and the outer walls of the pair of rope winders are provided with claw grooves at intervals in the circumferential direction around the pair of rope winders, and the lifting traction rope clamping seat is provided with claws at intervals in the circumferential direction around the lifting traction rope clamping seat, the positions of the claws correspond to the claw grooves, and the claws are matched with the claw grooves.
In a more specific embodiment of the present invention, the switching mechanism of the operation mode of the turning shaft includes a manual mode electromagnetic clutch and an automatic mode electromagnetic clutch supported on the bottom plate of the upper cross frame bar groove cavity at a position corresponding to the upper cross frame bar groove cavity, the manual mode electromagnetic clutch is engaged with the right end of the turning shaft and establishes or releases the connection between the right end of the turning shaft and the manual operation mechanism by the manual mode electromagnetic clutch, the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch is engaged with the left end of the turning shaft and establishes or releases the connection between the left end of the turning shaft and the motor by the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch; the manual mode electromagnetic clutch and the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch are electrically connected with the signal receiving control box through the switching mechanism electric circuit; a wiring groove is formed at the upper part of the upper cross frame strip groove cavity in the length direction and at the position corresponding to the lower part of the upper cross frame strip insertion pipe, and a circuit for electrically connecting the positioner, the motor and the signal receiving control box is laid in the wiring groove, and a switching mechanism electric circuit for electrically connecting the manual mode electromagnetic clutch and the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch with the signal receiving control box is also laid in the wiring groove.
In a further specific embodiment of the present invention, the manual operating mechanism includes an inner manipulator, an outer manipulator, a flipping shaft driving device, a curtain flipping belt and a curtain flipping belt tensioning device, the inner manipulator is disposed in the inner manipulator sliding groove in a manner of moving up and down, the outer manipulator is disposed in a side of the inner glass facing away from the outer glass in a manner of moving up and down through an outer manipulator sliding guide bar at a position corresponding to the inner manipulator and magnetically attracted to the inner manipulator through the inner glass, the flipping shaft driving device is disposed at a junction between a right end of the upper cross frame bar groove and an upper end of the inner manipulator sliding groove at a position corresponding to a right side of the manual mode electromagnetic clutch, and the right end of the flipping shaft is connected to or disconnected from the flipping shaft driving device by the manual mode electromagnetic clutch, the curtain sheet overturning traction belt tensioning device is arranged at the bottom of the sliding groove of the inner manipulator in the height direction at a position corresponding to the lower part of the inner manipulator, one end of the curtain sheet overturning traction belt is fixedly connected with the upper part of the inner manipulator, the middle part of the curtain sheet overturning traction belt is sequentially sleeved on the overturning shaft driving device and the curtain sheet overturning traction belt tensioning device, and the other end of the curtain sheet overturning traction belt is fixedly connected with the lower part of the inner manipulator; the cross section of the turnover shaft is in a regular hexagon shape.
In yet a more particular embodiment of the invention, a raceway notch is formed at the bottom of the raceway and along the length of the raceway; the motor is a positive and negative rotation motor.
In yet another specific embodiment of the present invention, the autonomous power supply mechanism includes a solar photovoltaic power generation device and a hanging plate, the solar photovoltaic power generation device is disposed on the hanging plate and hung by the hanging plate together with the solar photovoltaic power generation device at a position of an upper left corner of one side of the outer glass facing away from the inner glass, and the solar photovoltaic power generation device is electrically connected to the signal receiving control box by a wire.
One of the technical effects of the technical scheme provided by the invention is that the automatic operating mechanism and the turnover shaft working mode switching mechanism are additionally arranged, so that the requirement of flexibly selecting manual and automatic operating modes according to requirements of a user is favorably met; secondly, the functions with practicability are reasonably increased because the manual operation and the automatic operation can be carried out through electric control; thirdly, when any one of the manual operation mode and the automatic operation mode has a fault, the other operation mode can continuously ensure the turnover of the curtain sheet and the lifting of the blind curtain, and the use is not influenced; fourthly, because two operation modes are provided, the service life can be obviously prolonged, the replacement cost of a user is reduced, and resources are saved; and fifthly, because the automatic power supply mechanism is arranged, the support of depending on alternating current can be eliminated, and a good energy-saving effect can be embodied.

Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical spirit and the advantages of the present invention, the applicant below describes in detail by way of example, but the description of the example is not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention, and any equivalent changes made according to the present inventive concept, which are merely in form and not in material, should be considered as the technical scope of the present invention.
In the following description, all the concepts related to the directions or orientations of up, down, left, right, front and rear are based on the position state of fig. 1, and thus, it should not be understood as a particular limitation to the technical solution provided by the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a window 1 is shown; an inner glass 2 and an outer glass 3 are shown, the inner glass 2 is arranged corresponding to the front side of the window body 1, the outer glass is arranged corresponding to the rear side of the window body 1, the peripheral edge parts of the opposite sides of the inner glass 2 and the outer glass 3 are fixedly bonded with the window body 1 through sealing rubber strips, and the space between the inner glass 2 and the outer glass 3 is formed into a blind cavity 10; a curtain piece overturning and blind lifting actuating mechanism 5 is shown, and the curtain piece overturning and blind lifting actuating mechanism 5 is arranged at the upper part of the window body 1; a blind 6 is shown, the blind 6 is arranged in the blind cavity 10 and the upper part of the blind 6 is connected with the blind blade overturning and blind lifting actuator 5 at the position of the upper part of the window body 1; a manually operated mechanism 4 is shown, which manually operated mechanism 4 is arranged in correspondence with one side of the aforementioned window 1, i.e. in correspondence with one longitudinal side (right side in the figure) of window 1.
The technical key points of the technical scheme provided by the invention are as follows: the structure system of the hollow glass built-in shutter also comprises an automatic operating mechanism 7, a turnover shaft working mode switching mechanism 8 and an autonomous power supply mechanism 9, wherein the automatic operating mechanism 7 comprises a positioner 71, a motor 72, a signal receiving control box 73 and a signal transmitting operating box 74, the positioner 71 is electrically connected with the motor 72 by a circuit, the positioner 71 is arranged on the curtain turnover and shutter curtain lifting actuating mechanism 5 at the upper part of the window body 1, the motor 72 is arranged at the upper part of the window body 1, the motor 72 and the manual operating mechanism 4 are respectively connected with or disconnected with the curtain turnover and shutter curtain lifting actuating mechanism 5 through the turnover shaft working mode switching mechanism 8, the signal receiving control box 73 is adhered to one side of the inner glass 2 opposite to the outer glass 3 at a position corresponding to the motor 72, and the signal transmitting operating box 74 is wirelessly connected with the signal receiving control box 73, namely, remote control connection, the signal transmitting operation box 74 is adhered to the lower right corner of the side of the inner glass 2 facing away from the outer glass 3, the turnover shaft operation mode switching mechanism 8 is also arranged at the upper part of the window 1 and is matched with the curtain turnover and blind lifting actuating mechanism 5, the turnover shaft operation mode switching mechanism 8 is also led out of the window 1 by the electric circuit of the switching mechanism and is electrically connected with the signal receiving control box 73, and the autonomous power supply mechanism 9 is arranged at the upper part of the side of the outer glass 3 facing away from the inner glass 2 and is electrically connected with the signal receiving control box 73.
The applicant needs to state that: if the signal receiving control box 73 is disposed on a wall in a state accompanying the window 1, it should be regarded as an equivalent form change and still fall within the technical scope of the present disclosure, and the signal transmitting operation box 74 is the same, and even the signal transmitting operation box 74 may be disposed on a carrier such as a desk in a manner similar to an electronic product such as a tv remote controller found in daily life.

Continuing to refer to fig. 1, a top transverse frame strip slot cavity 111 penetrating from the left end to the right end of the top transverse frame strip 11 is formed on one side of the top transverse frame strip 11 facing the inner glass 2 in the length direction, and a top transverse frame strip inserting tube 112 integrally formed with the top wall of the top transverse frame strip slot cavity 111 is formed on the top of the top transverse frame strip 11 in the length direction; a left longitudinal frame strip slot cavity 131 penetrating from the upper end to the lower end of the left longitudinal frame strip 13 is formed on one side of the left longitudinal frame strip 13 facing the right longitudinal frame strip 14, and a left longitudinal frame strip insertion pipe 132 integrated with the bottom wall of the left longitudinal frame strip slot cavity 131 is formed on the left side of the left longitudinal frame strip 13 in the height direction; a right longitudinal frame strip slot cavity 141 running through from the upper end to the lower end of the right longitudinal frame strip 14 is formed on one side of the right longitudinal frame strip 14 facing the left longitudinal frame strip 13, a right longitudinal frame strip inserting pipe 142 inserted and connected with the right longitudinal frame strip 14 is further arranged on the right side of the right longitudinal frame strip 14 in the height direction, and an inner manipulator sliding slot 143 is formed on one side of the right longitudinal frame strip 14 facing the inner glass 2 in the height direction; the left end of the blind 6 disposed in the blind cavity 10 formed between the inner glass 2 and the outer glass 3 is inserted into the left vertical frame groove 131, and the right end of the blind 6 is inserted into the right vertical frame groove 141; the aforesaid hand operating mechanism 4 is disposed corresponding to the position of the aforesaid inner manipulator sliding chamber 143, the aforesaid curtain sheet turning and blind curtain lifting actuator 5, the aforesaid locator 71, the motor 72 and the aforesaid switching mechanism 8 of the operating mode of the turnover shaft of the automatic operating mechanism 7 are disposed in the aforesaid upper horizontal frame bar slot chamber 111, and the aforesaid locator 71 is led to the outside after passing through the upper end of the left vertical frame bar 13 by the electric circuit and electrically connected with the aforesaid control box 73 of receiving signal, the aforesaid switching mechanism 8 of the operating mode of the turnover shaft is led to the outside after passing through the upper end of the left vertical frame bar 13 by the aforesaid electric circuit of the switching mechanism and electrically connected with the control box 73 of receiving signal; in the present embodiment, the autonomous power supply mechanism 9 electrically connected to the signal reception control box 73 is provided in a hanging state at a position of an upper left corner of a side of the outer glass 3 facing away from the inner glass 2.
Referring to fig. 2 in combination with fig. 1 and 3, the curtain sheet turnover and blind lifting actuator 5 includes a turnover shaft 51, a pair of turnover shaft supporting seats 52, a pair of turnover rope pulleys 53 and a pair of rope winders 54, wherein the pair of turnover shaft supporting seats 52 are disposed in the upper cross frame bar cavity 111 of the upper cross frame bar 11 and are fixedly embedded with the upper cross frame bar cavity bottom plate 1111 of the upper cross frame bar cavity 111, the pair of rope winders 54 are respectively sleeved on both ends of the turnover shaft 51 and the pair of rope winders 54 are respectively rotatably supported on the pair of turnover shaft supporting seats 52 towards one end of the pair of turnover shaft supporting seats 52, the left end of the turnover shaft 51 extends to the left end of one rope winder on the left side of the pair of rope winders 54, and the pair of turnover rope pulleys 53 are respectively and directly formed on the pair of rope winders 54 at positions corresponding to the pair of turnover shaft supporting seats 52; the blind 6 has a pair of blind turning rope 61 and a pair of blind lifting rope 62 corresponding to the pair of turning shaft supporting seats 52, the upper ends of the pair of blind turning rope 61 are led upwards to the pair of turning rope wheels 53 through the lower parts of the pair of turning shaft supporting seats 52, and are wound on the pair of turning rope wheels 53 by one to two turns, the lower ends of the pair of blind lifting rope 62 are fixed with the bottom bar 63 of the blind 6, and the upper ends of the pair of blind lifting rope 62 are led to the pair of rope winders 54 after sequentially passing through the blind pulling rope hole 641 opened on the blind 64 of the blind 6 and the pair of turning shaft supporting seats 52, and are then wound on the pair of rope winders 54 in a spiral state and then are fixed with the ends of the pair of rope winders 54 far away from the pair of turning shaft supporting seats 52; the positioner 71 of the automatic operation mechanism 7 is provided on the tilt shaft 51, the tilt shaft operation mode switching mechanism 8 is engaged with the tilt shaft 51, the left end of the tilt shaft 51 is disconnected from the motor 72 by the tilt shaft operation mode switching mechanism 8 in the manual operation mode of the manual operation mechanism 4, and the right end of the tilt shaft 51 is disconnected from the manual operation mechanism 4 by the tilt shaft operation mode switching mechanism 8 in the automatic operation mode of the automatic operation mechanism 7; a circuit-avoiding hole 133 is formed at the upper end of the left vertical frame 13 and at a position corresponding to the upper horizontal frame groove 111, the positioner 71 is electrically connected to the signal-receiving control box 73 by the electrical circuit passing through the circuit-avoiding hole 133 and then led to the outside, and the flip-shaft operating mode switching mechanism 8 is electrically connected to the signal-receiving control box 73 by the switching mechanism electrical circuit passing through the circuit-avoiding hole 133 and then led to the outside.
A trip shaft support embedded cavity 11111 is formed in the upper transverse frame bar cavity bottom plate 1111 of the upper transverse frame bar cavity 111 and at a position corresponding to the pair of trip shaft supports 52, and the opening of the trip shaft support embedded cavity 11111 faces the inner glass 2; a trip shaft support embedding groove 521 is formed at the lower part of each of the pair of trip shaft support seats 52, the trip shaft support embedding groove 521 is embedded with the cavity wall of the trip shaft support embedding cavity 11111, a support traction rope abdicating hole 522 is formed at the central position of the lower part of each of the pair of trip shaft support seats 52, a trip sheave cavity 523 is formed at the upper part of each of the pair of trip shaft support seats 52, the pair of trip sheaves 53 are respectively and directly formed on the pair of rope winders 54 at the position corresponding to the trip sheave cavity 523, a bearing 524 is respectively arranged on each of the pair of trip shaft support seats 52, a rope winder rotation support seat 543 extends from one end of each of the pair of rope winders 54 facing the pair of trip shaft support seats 52, and the rope winder rotation support seat 543 is in rotation fit with the bearing hole 5241 of the bearing 524; the upper ends of the pair of blind lifting pulling ropes 62 pass through the supporting seat pulling rope abdicating holes 522 from bottom to top, and the upper ends of the pair of blind turnover rope pulleys 61 are guided upwards to the turnover rope pulley cavities 523 at positions corresponding to the turnover rope grooves 525 formed on the front and rear sides of the pair of turnover shaft supporting seats 52, and then are sleeved on the pair of turnover rope pulleys 53.
One end of each of the pair of rope winders 54, which is far from the pair of turning shaft supporting seats 52, is provided with a lifting traction rope clamping seat 541, the lifting traction rope clamping seat 541 is provided with a blind lifting traction rope clamping groove 5411, the lifting traction rope clamping seat 541 is further provided with a clamping seat locking hole 542, a clamping seat locking screw 5421 is provided at a position corresponding to the clamping seat locking hole 542, the upper end part of the pair of blind lifting traction ropes 62 is clamped and fixed in the blind lifting traction rope clamping groove 5411, and the clamping seat locking screw 5421 is locked with the turning shaft 51; claw grooves 544 are formed on the outer walls of the pair of rope reels 54 at intervals in the circumferential direction around the pair of rope reels 54, and claws 5412 corresponding to the claw grooves 544 are formed on the elevating traction rope holder 541 at intervals in the circumferential direction around the elevating traction rope holder 541, and the claws 5412 are fitted into the claw grooves 544.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1 and 3, the switching mechanism 8 includes a manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 and an automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82 supported on the upper cross frame groove bottom 1111 at a position corresponding to the upper cross frame groove 111, the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 being engaged with the right end of the turning shaft 51 and the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 establishing or releasing the connection between the right end of the turning shaft 51 and the manual operation mechanism 4, the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82 being engaged with the left end of the turning shaft 51 and the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82 establishing or releasing the connection between the left end of the turning shaft 51 and the motor 72; the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 and the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82 are electrically connected to the signal reception control box 73 by the switching mechanism electric line. A wiring groove 113 is formed at an upper portion of the upper frame bar groove cavity 111 in a longitudinal direction and at a position corresponding to a lower portion of the upper frame bar inserting tube 112, a line for electrically connecting the positioner 71 with the motor 72 and the signal reception control box 73 is laid in the wiring groove 113, and a switching mechanism electric line for electrically connecting the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 and the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82 with the signal reception control box 73 is also laid in the wiring groove 113.
As shown in fig. 1, a motor shaft 721 of the motor 72 is connected to or disconnected from the left end of the reversing shaft 51 via an automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82.
Referring to fig. 1, the manual operating mechanism 4 includes an inner manipulator 41, an outer manipulator 42, a flipping shaft driving device 43, a curtain-flipping traction belt 44 and a curtain-flipping traction belt tension device 45, the inner manipulator 41 is disposed in the inner manipulator sliding slot 143 in a vertically movable manner, the outer manipulator 42 is disposed in a position corresponding to the inner manipulator 41 in a vertically movable manner through an outer manipulator sliding guide 421 on a side of the inner glass 2 facing away from the outer glass 3, the outer manipulator 42 is magnetically attracted to the inner manipulator 41 through the inner glass 2, the outer manipulator sliding guide 421 is attached to the inner glass 2, the flipping shaft driving device 43 is disposed at a boundary between a right end of the upper horizontal bezel cavity 111 and the inner manipulator sliding slot 143 at a position corresponding to a right side of the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81, and the connection between the right end of the flipping shaft 51 and the flipping shaft driving device 43 is established or released by the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 at an upper end of the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 In connection with this, the curtain turning traction belt tensioning device 45 is disposed at the bottom of the inner manipulator sliding slot 143 in the height direction at a position corresponding to the lower portion of the inner manipulator 41, one end of the curtain turning traction belt 44 is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the inner manipulator 41, the middle portion of the curtain turning traction belt 44 is sequentially sleeved on the turning shaft driving device 43 and the curtain turning traction belt tensioning device 45, and the other end of the curtain turning traction belt 44 is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the inner manipulator 41.
Since the specific structures of the turning shaft driving device 43 and the curtain turning traction belt tensioning device 45 are in the prior art, for example, chinese patent documents CN108678637A and CN109488189A can be seen respectively, the applicant does not describe the same.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the flip shaft 51 is a regular hexagon; the motor 72 is a counter-rotating motor. Preferably, after the above-mentioned components are arranged in the upper cross frame strip groove 111, the opening of the upper cross frame strip groove 111 is covered by a protection sheet (also called "guard" or "protection strip"), and the side of the opening of the inner manipulator sliding groove 143 facing the inner glass 2 is also covered by the protection sheet.
Referring to fig. 4, a wiring groove notch 1131 is formed at the bottom of the wiring groove 113 along the length direction of the wiring groove 113, and the line for electrically connecting the positioner 71 to the motor 72, the electrical line for electrically connecting the positioner 71 to the signal receiving controller 73, and the switching mechanism electrical line for electrically connecting the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 and the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82 are led into the wiring groove 113 through the wiring groove notch 1131 and electrically connected to the signal receiving controller 73 through the wiring relief hole 133. A manual/automatic switching touch button 741, an up touch arrow 742, and a down touch arrow 743 are provided on the panel of the signal transmission operation box 74. In the present embodiment, the signal receiving control box 73 and the signal transmitting operation box 74 are JZ-hii transmitting and receiving devices manufactured by the electronic control elements ltd, wuxi, jiangsu, china.
As shown in fig. 1, the autonomous power supply mechanism 9 includes a solar photovoltaic generator 91 and a hanging plate 92, the solar photovoltaic generator 91 is disposed on the hanging plate 92 and hung by the hanging plate and the solar photovoltaic generator 91 at the upper left corner of the side of the outer glass 3 opposite to the inner glass 2, and the solar photovoltaic generator 91 is electrically connected to the signal receiving control box 73 through a wire.
The applicant describes the working process of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 3, in the manual operation mode, the manual and automatic switching touch button 741 on the panel of the aforementioned signal transmission operation box 74 is touched by the user to switch to the manual mode, at which the automatic mode electromagnetic clutch 82 of the structural system of the flip shaft operation mode switching mechanism 8 disconnects the connection between the motor shaft 721 of the motor 72 and the left end of the flip shaft 51, and the manual mode electromagnetic clutch 81 establishes the connection between the flip shaft driving device 43 and the right end of the flip shaft 51. In the manual operation mode, when the curtain sheet 64 is to be turned over by a certain angle, the user pulls the outer manipulator 42, the outer manipulator 42 drives the inner manipulator 41, the inner manipulator 41 drives the curtain sheet turning traction belt 44, the curtain sheet turning traction belt 44 drives the turning shaft driving device 43, the turning shaft driving device 43 drives the turning shaft 51 to rotate by a required angle, the turning shaft 51 drives the pair of rope rolling devices 54 and the pair of turning rope wheels 53 integrally formed thereon to rotate by a corresponding angle, and the pair of turning rope wheels 53 drives the pair of curtain sheet turning rope ropes to turn by a corresponding angle, so that the curtain sheet 64 turns by a corresponding angle. The direction of inversion of the curtain 64, such as inward or outward inversion (also referred to as "tilt down or tilt up"), depends on the direction of up or down travel of the outer manipulator 42. When the blind is to be lifted up or lowered down, the outer manipulator 42 is operated in the same manner as described above, i.e., the pair of cord winders 54 are rotated by the trip shaft 51, and the blind lifting/lowering pulling cords 62 are wound up or unwound by the pair of cord winders 54 to raise or lower the blind 6.
