Abstract

本发明公开了一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,由植绿生态挡墙、碧道、仿木拦杆、格宾石笼组成。在植绿生态挡墙的墙面上设置数排种植槽,在种植槽槽壁底部开设排水孔,种植槽内由下至上依次充填无砂混凝土、种植土,栽培景观植物。在挡墙顶后方设置碧道,下层为石渣,上层为彩色透水混凝土,碧道内边沿设置路缘石。碧道下层石渣内埋设纵向汇水管,连接挡墙内埋设的碧道横向排水管,将碧道路面雨水经彩色透水混凝土过滤后引至最上排种植槽,从上排至下排逐排浇灌种植槽内景观植物。挡墙顶外肩上设置仿木栏杆,挡墙脚处设置格宾石笼护脚。还公布了与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道的施工方法。本发明将传统混凝土挡墙植绿后与碧道相结合,并将碧道雨水收集利用,浇灌种植槽内植物。

Description

一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道及其施工方法,尤其是涉及一种用于河道两岸的与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道及其施工方法。
背景技术
碧道常修建于河道两岸的堤防顶部。为了减少占用土地,河道两岸挡墙多采用外墙陡立的混凝土挡墙,并在墙顶后方修建碧道。但陡立的混凝土挡墙外表僵硬,缺少生态特性,与碧道不相适应。现提出一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,在植绿生态挡墙的墙面上设置数排种植槽,并将墙顶与碧道结合为一个整体。可增加混凝土挡墙生态特性,减少挡墙混凝土用量,有利于不幸落水者攀爬上岸,还可收集碧道路面雨水对种植槽植物进行浇灌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,本发明将传统混凝土挡墙植绿后与碧道相结合,并将碧道雨水收集利用,浇灌种植槽内植物。结构新颖,实施方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,由植绿生态挡墙、碧道、仿木拦杆、格宾石笼组成。在植绿生态挡墙的墙面上设置数排种植槽,在种植槽槽壁底部开设排水孔,种植槽内由下至上依次充填无砂混凝土、种植土,栽培景观植物。在挡墙顶后方设置碧道,下层为石渣,上层为彩色透水混凝土,碧道内边沿设置路缘石。碧道下层石渣内埋设纵向汇水管,连接挡墙内埋设的碧道横向排水管,将碧道路面雨水经彩色透水混凝土过滤后引至最上排种植槽,从上排至下排逐排浇灌种植槽内景观植物。挡墙顶外肩上设置仿木栏杆,挡墙脚处设置格宾石笼护脚。
一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在植绿生态挡墙外侧设置纵向围堰,抽干围堰内积水,平整挡墙基坑及边坡;
(2)立模板,浇筑挡墙混凝土,并预留挡墙排水孔;
(3)浇筑种植槽的混凝土槽壁,用钢筋锚入槽壁下方的混凝土,并预留槽壁排水孔;
(4)在种植槽的下层浇筑无砂混凝土,上层充填种植土,种入景观植物;
(5)在挡墙后方填筑砂性土到碧道的底部高程;
(6)铺设碧道路缘石,充填石渣,同时安装管壁开设小孔的碧道纵向汇水管,并与碧道横向排水管上端连接;
(7)浇筑彩色透水混凝土;
(8)安装仿木栏杆;
(9)在挡墙脚安装格宾石笼;
(10)拆除围堰。
有益效果
(1)植绿生态挡墙墙面上的种植槽植绿后可增加传统混凝土挡墙生态特性,有利于不幸落水者攀爬上岸。
(2)与垂直式墙背相比,仰斜式墙背可减少混凝土用量,节省投资。
(3)彩色透水混凝土及横向汇水管,可过滤、收集路面雨水,通过碧道横向排水管,从上排至下排,逐排对种植槽植物进行浇灌,节能环保。
(4)格宾石笼可防护挡墙脚不被河水冲刷淘空。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例:
如图1-图3所示,本实施例公开了一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,包括: 1-植绿生态挡墙,101-挡墙排水孔,2-种植槽,201-槽壁,202-槽壁排水孔,203- 无砂混凝土,204-种植土,205-景观植物,3-碧道,301-石渣,302-彩色透水混凝土,303-路缘石,304-碧道纵向汇水管,305-碧道横向排水管,4-仿木栏杆,5- 格宾石笼,6-土质围堰
在C25植绿生态挡墙1外侧,利用河道清淤料设置纵向围堰6,围堰外坡面上铺土工膜防渗,抽干围堰6内的积水,保证干地施工,平整挡墙基坑及边坡。
进一步的,立钢模板,浇筑植绿生态挡墙1,墙面坡比为1:0.5~1:0.7,墙背为仰斜式,并采用折线型式,下部坡比为1:0.75,上部竖直。
优选的,植绿生态挡墙1预留挡墙排水孔101,挡墙排水孔101为直径75mm 的PVC管,间距5m,上游端外包土工布,并以5%的坡度向河道方向倾斜。
进一步的,植绿生态挡墙1墙面上的相邻种植槽2竖向距离为80~100cm,种植槽2净深为40cm,净宽为40~60cm。
优选的,浇筑种植槽2的混凝土槽壁201,厚12~15cm,高40cm,用钢筋锚入槽壁201下方的混凝土深45cm,并在槽底预留直径50mm的槽壁排水孔 202,间距5m。
具体的,在种植槽2的下层浇筑无砂混凝土203厚10cm,上层充填种植土204 厚30cm,种入景观植物205。
进一步的,在挡墙1后方填筑砂性土到碧道3的底部高程,压实度不低于 0.92。
优选的,铺设碧道路缘石303,高60cm,厚20cm,充填石渣301厚20cm,同时安装管碧道纵向汇水管304,采用直径100mm的PVC管,管壁上开设直径 6mm的小孔,小孔呈梅花型布置,间距10cm。
具体的,在植绿生态挡墙1上部预留碧道横向排水管305,为直径75mm的 PVC管,间距5m,其上端与碧道纵向汇水管304连接。
优选的,浇筑彩色透水混凝土302,厚20cm。
进一步的,安装仿木栏杆4,高120cm。
优选的,在挡墙脚安装格宾石笼5,宽100cm,厚60cm。
进一步的,拆除围堰6。

1.一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,其特征在于,由植绿生态挡墙、碧道、仿木拦杆、格宾石笼组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,其特征在于,在植绿生态挡墙的墙面上设置数排种植槽,在种植槽槽壁底部开设排水孔,种植槽内由下至上依次充填无砂混凝土、种植土,栽培景观植物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,其特征在于,在植绿生态挡墙的墙顶后方设置碧道,下层为石渣,上层为彩色透水混凝土,碧道内边沿设置路缘石。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,其特征在于,碧道下层石渣内埋设纵向汇水管,连接挡墙内埋设的碧道横向排水管,将碧道路面雨水经彩色透水混凝土过滤后引至最上排种植槽,从上排至下排逐排浇灌种植槽内景观植物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道,其特征在于,植绿生态挡墙的墙顶外肩上设置仿木栏杆,挡墙脚处设置格宾石笼护脚。
6.一种采用如权利要求1~5任一所述一种与植绿生态挡墙相结合的碧道的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在植绿生态挡墙外侧设置纵向围堰,抽干围堰内积水,平整挡墙基坑及边坡;
(2)立模板,浇筑挡墙混凝土,并预留挡墙排水孔;
(3)浇筑种植槽的混凝土槽壁,用钢筋锚入槽壁下方的混凝土,并预留槽壁排水孔;
(4)在种植槽的下层浇筑无砂混凝土,上层充填种植土,种入景观植物;
(5)在挡墙后方填筑砂性土到碧道的底部高程;
(6)铺设碧道路缘石,充填石渣,同时安装管壁开设小孔的碧道纵向汇水管,并与碧道横向排水管上端连接;
(7)浇筑彩色透水混凝土;
(8)安装仿木栏杆;
(9)在挡墙脚安装格宾石笼;
(10)拆除围堰。
