Description

Cultural paper making process
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of papermaking, and particularly relates to a cultural paper papermaking process.
Background
The commonly used papermaking raw materials in China include two main types of wood pulp and straw pulp. Because wood pulp resources are lacked in China and straw pulp resources are relatively rich, the papermaking raw materials in 20 th century in China mostly adopt annual straw pulp fiber raw materials, and the main flow process of the proportion of the cultural paper pulp in China before 2010 is 55-60% of straw pulp, 25-30% of wood pulp and 10-15% of broke pulp. Because the pollution of the straw pulp production is serious, the straw pulp production line is gradually eliminated in recent years, and the straw pulp is not added in the production of the cultural paper; the raw materials for making the current cultural paper are imported softwood pulp, imported hardwood pulp, domestic poplar chemi-mechanical pulp and broke. The technological proportion of most manufacturers is 25-30% of softwood pulp, 30-35% of hardwood pulp, 20-25% of poplar chemi-mechanical pulp and 10-15% of broke pulp. The culture paper produced by the pulp proportioning has general production quality and high production cost; the price of imported softwood pulp in the currently used pulp is the highest and the price of imported hardwood pulp is the next to that of imported hardwood pulp, the price of the raw material of the domestic poplar chemi-mechanical pulp is only about 60% of that of the raw material of the imported hardwood pulp for years, the proportion of the domestic poplar chemi-mechanical pulp in the production process is improved on the premise of ensuring the product quality, and the domestic poplar chemi-mechanical pulp has good economic value.
How to reduce the production cost and obtain high-quality culture paper is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently.
The invention content is as follows:
in order to solve the problem of high raw material cost of the cultural paper in the prior art, the application provides a novel cultural paper making process, and high-quality cultural paper is obtained by replacing short fiber pulp with poplar chemi-mechanical pulp and adjusting a surface sizing process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows:
the cultural paper making process consists of the following fiber components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of long fiber, 45-50 parts of poplar chemi-mechanical pulp and 10-20 parts of damaged paper pulp.
Preferably, the cultural paper making process comprises the following fiber components in parts by weight: 35 parts of long fibers, 45 parts of poplar chemi-mechanical pulp and 15 parts of damaged paper pulp;
the cultural paper making process comprises the following specific steps:
1) taking long fiber wood pulp, poplar chemi-mechanical pulp and broke, concentrating the raw materials by using water for 3.5-5.0% through a hydraulic pulper, extracting the raw materials to a pulp beating front pool after defibering for 30min, beating the raw materials by using a disc mill, and then feeding the raw materials to a pulp beating back pool for later use;
2) the pulp is automatically mixed according to the proportion of 30-40 parts of long fiber, 45-50 parts of poplar chemi-mechanical pulp and 10-20 parts of damaged paper pulp for paper making.
In the paper making process, the surface gelatinization process comprises the following steps:
1) mixing starch and starch modifying enzyme with water;
2) heating the mixed solution obtained in the step 1) to 70 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30min, continuously heating to 95 ℃, and preserving heat for 15-30 min to obtain surface adhesive;
preferably, after the temperature is raised to 95 ℃, the temperature is kept for 20 min;
the mass ratio of the starch to the amylase is 900-1000: 9-10;
preferably, the mass ratio of the starch to the amylase is 1000: 9.5;
the mass ratio of the starch to the water in the step 1) is 1: 4;
the application method of the surface adhesive comprises the steps of adding water to reach the concentration of 12.5-13% before use, and extracting when the temperature of the adhesive liquid is reduced to 65-75 ℃.
Preferably, the surface glue is used by adding water to the concentration of 12.5% before use and extracting when the temperature of the glue solution is reduced to 70 ℃.
Because the fiber characteristics of the short fiber and the poplar chemi-mechanical pulp are different, the surface glue is properly changed and adjusted on the aspect of the surface glue process in order to ensure the product quality; the short fiber (commercial broad leaf pulp) is thinner, shorter, uniform and easy to disperse, while the poplar chemi-mechanical pulp is coarse, and the pasting process of surface glue is adjusted to improve the evenness and the surface strength of paper so as to improve the fiber bonding force and the surface property of the paper.
