Abstract
The invention discloses a two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant. The sealant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from epoxy resin, silicone, nano calcium powder, nano microspheres and coarse whiting powder, and the component B comprises 40-50 parts of silicone, a toughening agent, a coupling agent, a waterproof agent and dibutyltin dilaurate silicate. The silicone hollow glass sealant solves the problems of low viscosity and poor sealing and heat insulation effects of the existing silicone hollow glass sealant, and provides the silicone hollow glass sealant with high viscosity and good sealing and heat insulation effects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant, and belongs to the field of hollow glass sealants.
Background
Insulating glass is always exposed to external moisture penetration and temperature changes over its lifetime, requiring that the insulating glass paste must first prevent the ingress of external moisture into the air layer of the insulating glass. The hollow glass system must adopt double-channel sealing, prevent the invasion of steam with the first sealant, keep the stability of structure with the second sealant. When selecting the hollow glass glue, the properties of the glue, the convenience of using the glue, the influence of the glue on human health, safety, environment and the like are comprehensively considered.

Patent 201810936193.x provides a high-strength double-component polyurethane hollow glass sealant which is prepared from a component A and a component B, wherein the component A uses end-capped polyether, a plasticizer, a filler and a coupling agent, the component B uses polyether polyol, a pigment, a curing agent and a catalyst, and the patent takes the end-capped polyether and the polyether polyol as main raw materials.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides the two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant. The silicone hollow glass sealant solves the problems of low viscosity and poor sealing and heat insulation effects of the existing silicone hollow glass sealant, and provides the silicone hollow glass sealant with high viscosity and good sealing and heat insulation effects.
A two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant comprises a component A and a component B;
the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is (2-3): 1;
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of silicone, 25-35 parts of nano calcium powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of nano microspheres and 35-45 parts of coarse whiting powder;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of silicone, 10-20 parts of a toughening agent, 5-15 parts of a coupling agent, 20-30 parts of a waterproof agent and 0.3-1.4 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate.
Further, the epoxy resin is one or more of novolac epoxy resin, o-cresol novolac epoxy resin, triglycidyl-p-aminophenol, tetraphenolethane tetraglycidyl ether and dicyclopentyl oxide.
Furthermore, the particle size of the nano calcium powder is 1500-2000 meshes.
Further, the toughening agent is dibutyl phthalate.
Furthermore, the coupling agent is an organosilane coupling agent, and the organosilane coupling agent is one of vinyltrichlorosilane, methyltrimethoxysilane and tetramethoxysilane.

(3) heating and melting silicone, a toughening agent, a coupling agent and a waterproof agent, stirring and mixing, and adding dibutyltin dilaurate for continuous stirring to obtain a component B;
(4) and uniformly mixing the prepared component A and the component B according to a ratio, and vacuumizing to obtain the two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant.

Example 1

30 parts of novolac epoxy resin, 15 parts of silicone, 25 parts of nano calcium powder, 1 part of nano microspheres and 40 parts of heavy calcium powder, and stirring at the temperature of 150 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain a component A mixed solution;
41 parts of silicone, 12 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 14 parts of vinyl trichlorosilane, 25 parts of propyl methoxy polysiloxane and 1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate are mixed and stirred, the stirring temperature is 150 ℃, the stirring time is 30min, and a component B mixture is obtained after stirring is finished;
and finally, mixing and stirring the component A mixed solution and the component B mixture according to the mass ratio of 2:1 to obtain the two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant, wherein the stirring temperature is room temperature, and the stirring time is 30 min.
Example 2
Preparing equipment: the equipment required by the technical scheme comprises a reaction kettle provided with a stirrer, a heating temperature controller and a vacuum-pumping system.
28 parts of o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin, 12 parts of silicone, 27 parts of nano calcium powder, 1 part of nano microspheres and 40 parts of heavy calcium powder, and stirring at the temperature of 150 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain a component A mixed solution;
43 parts of silicone, 12 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 10 parts of methyltrimethoxysilane, 25 parts of propyl methoxy polysiloxane and 1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate are mixed and stirred, the stirring temperature is 150 ℃, the stirring time is 30min, and a component B mixture is obtained after stirring is finished;
and finally, mixing and stirring the component A mixed solution and the component B mixture according to the mass ratio of 2.5:1 to obtain the double-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant, wherein the stirring temperature is room temperature, and the stirring time is 30 min.
Example 3
Preparing equipment: the equipment required by the technical scheme comprises a reaction kettle provided with a stirrer, a heating temperature controller and a vacuum-pumping system.
29 parts of dicyclopentyl oxide, 14 parts of silicone, 26 parts of nano calcium powder, 1 part of nano microspheres and 40 parts of heavy calcium powder, and stirring at the temperature of 150 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain a component A mixed solution;
42 parts of silicone, 15 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 12 parts of methyltrimethoxysilane, 23 parts of propyl methoxy polysiloxane and 1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate are mixed and stirred, the stirring temperature is 150 ℃, the stirring time is 30min, and a component B mixture is obtained after stirring is finished;
and finally, mixing and stirring the component A mixed solution and the component B mixture according to the mass ratio of 3:1 to obtain the double-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant, wherein the stirring temperature is room temperature, and the stirring time is 30 min.
Comparative example 1
The modified silicone hollow glass sealant mainly comprises 40 parts of silicone, 5 parts of nitrile rubber, 5 parts of silicone oil, 2 parts of a grafting agent, 3 parts of nano copper powder, 2 parts of diethyl ether, 75 parts of polyethylene terephthalate, 34 parts of polyacrylate, 18 parts of polymethacrylate, 34 parts of plant cellulose, 48 parts of sodium chloride, 32 parts of coal tar, 42 parts of vinyl acetate, 4 parts of urea, 58 parts of starch, 50 parts of glycol dimethacrylate and 6 parts of high-molecular polyvinyl alcohol. Adding silicone, a grafting agent, nano copper powder and diethyl ether into a reaction kettle, heating and melting to prepare modified silicone, mixing and melting nitrile rubber, polyethylene terephthalate, polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, plant cellulose, vinyl acetate, glycol dimethacrylate and high-molecular polyvinyl alcohol, adding sodium chloride and urea, continuously stirring, beating silicon oil, starch and coal tar at a high speed, adding the modified silicone, and stirring.
Comparative example 2
The existing silicone hollow glass cement is available on the market.

Claims (8)
1. A two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B;
the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is (2-3): 1;
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of silicone, 25-35 parts of nano calcium powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of nano microspheres and 35-45 parts of coarse whiting powder;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of silicone, 10-20 parts of a toughening agent, 5-15 parts of a coupling agent, 20-30 parts of a waterproof agent and 0.3-1.4 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate.
2. The elastic sealant for hollow glass according to claim 1, wherein the epoxy resin is one or more of novolac epoxy resin, o-cresol novolac epoxy resin, triglycidyl-p-aminophenol, tetraphenolethane tetraglycidyl ether, dicyclopentyl oxide.
3. The hollow glass elastic sealant as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nano calcium powder has a particle size of 1500-2000 mesh.
4. The hollow glass elastomeric sealant according to claim 1 wherein the toughening agent is dibutyl phthalate.
5. An elastic sealant for hollow glass according to claim 1 wherein said coupling agent is an organosilane coupling agent.
6. The elastic sealant for hollow glass according to claim 5, wherein said organosilane coupling agent is one of vinyltrichlorosilane, methyltrimethoxysilane and tetramethoxysilane.
7. The elastic sealant for hollow glass according to claim 1, wherein the water repellent agent is propyl methoxy polysiloxane.
8. The process for preparing an elastic sealant for hollow glass according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the steps of:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part of claim 1;
(2) adding epoxy resin, silicone, nano calcium powder, nano microspheres and coarse whiting powder into a reaction kettle, heating to melt, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component A;
(3) heating and melting silicone, a toughening agent, a coupling agent and a waterproof agent, stirring and mixing, and adding dibutyltin dilaurate for continuous stirring to obtain a component B;
(4) and uniformly mixing the prepared component A and the component B according to a ratio, and vacuumizing to obtain the two-component silicone hollow glass elastic sealant.
