At present, ultraviolet-cured UV (ultraviolet) coatings are the main woodware coatings on the market, and water-based coatings taking water as a solvent are replacing PU (polyurethane) coatings.
In the use process of the UV coating, the high-pressure mercury lamp can generate ozone, the environment is polluted, the energy consumption is too high, and the polishing performance of the primer is generally poor. The water-based paint has long drying period, and because of the existence of water solubility, the paint film is hydrolyzed again all the time, thereby generating hidden trouble, so the water-based paint is rarely used in the current woodware market. The PU paint has been banned by national requirements because of environmental protection problems, but no mature product is effectively substituted at present.
