According to the invention, the stabilizer and the lubricant are adjusted, and the NBR nitrile rubber is used, so that the plasticization of the CPVC material can be effectively improved, and the fluidity is improved, so that the CPVC material can be smoothly molded in injection molding, and the CPVC material has the characteristics of wear resistance, high toughness, good durability, elasticity and softness of rubber. Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC), also known as perchloroethylene, is a chlorinated product of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and theoretically, the maximum chlorine content of CPVC can reach 73.2%, and the chlorine content of CPVC produced by the aqueous phase method is usually controlled to 61% -68%. When the chlorine content is increased to 65% or more, the tensile strength and flexural strength of CPVC are increased linearly due to the increase in polarity, and brittleness is also increased, and the melt viscosity is more than twice as high as that of PVC. The chlorine content of the CPVC is greatly improved compared with that of PVC, and the physical and mechanical properties, weather resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, deformability, solubility, flame retardance, self-extinguishing property and the like of the CPVC are improved compared with that of PVC, and particularly the temperature resistance and wear resistance of the CPVC are better than those of common PVC. Is more suitable for long-term use.
The basketball soles are generally made of rubber, and have requirements on mechanical property, wear resistance and the like. Meanwhile, the basketball volleyball is in a spiked shoe shape, so that higher requirements are placed on the molding flowability. The calcium carbonate is light or heavy calcium carbonate.
The NBR nitrile rubber is a commercial product in the market and can be freely selected.
The preparation method of the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin-containing composition for preparing the basketry shoe sole comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride injection molding resin, a heat stabilizer, a lubricant, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and a processing aid in a mixer, heating to 85-90 ℃, adding an impact modifier and NBR nitrile rubber, heating to 115-120 ℃, cooling to below 45 ℃, uniformly mixing, and discharging to obtain a mixture;

The composition obtained in the step (2) can be used for preparing the basketball soles by adopting an injection molding method.
