The invention discloses a delustering polyvinyl chloride resin composition for preparing basketball soles and a preparation method thereof, and the delustering polyvinyl chloride resin composition for preparing the basketball soles comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of extinction PVC resin, 2-3 parts of heat stabilizer, 4-8 parts of lubricant, 4-8 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of processing aid, 20-40 parts of calcium carbonate, 20-40 parts of plasticizer and 15-25 parts of NBR nitrile rubber. The extinction PVC material has the advantages of special wear resistance, high toughness, good durability, rough surface and good friction. Meanwhile, the rubber has elasticity and softness. And other physical properties all reach the national standard.

The invention relates to a mixture containing delustered polyvinyl chloride resin.
Background
The polyvinyl chloride resin is a general resin with good comprehensive performance, flame retardance, wide application and relatively low price. In recent years, the trend of research and development in many countries is that the PVC resin is developed from general use to high performance, specialization and engineering. The fields of automobiles, building materials, clothes, packaging, furniture, information and the like require low-gloss resin on the surface of PVC plastic products and have a delustering effect.
Because no special extinction resin is produced and supplied in China, most plastic processing factories have to adopt the traditional processing method to achieve the extinction purpose in order to meet the requirements of extinction products, but the methods often bring many negative effects. The extinction special resin has wide application field, large application amount and good prospect. Moreover, the development, the popularization and the application of the special extinction resin certainly promote the processing industry of China to reform the traditional backward process technology for manufacturing extinction plastic products, are favorable for further improving the quality of the extinction plastic products, improving the processing labor environment, eliminating the organic solvent smell emitted by the extinction products, and enabling the extinction products to meet the requirements of green products, thereby providing a new series resin variety for the fields of automobiles, vehicles, information, building materials, packaging, clothing and the like of China and having great social and economic benefits.
The basketball soles are generally made of rubber, and have requirements on mechanical property, wear resistance and the like. Meanwhile, the basketball volleyball is in a spiked shoe shape, so that higher requirements are placed on the molding flowability. In the past, there have been examples of using HPVC doped elastomers for shoe soles. And the friction force and the physical property of the sole can be increased by using the extinction resin. The basketball volleyball shoes are more stable, anti-skidding and durable. However, since the matting resin itself has crosslinking property, the plasticizing property is not good and the processing is difficult. The sole needs good fluidity as an injection molding material. Therefore, no mature high-end basketball shoe sole made of matting resin exists in the market.

The extinction polyvinyl chloride resin composition for preparing the basketball soles comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the extinction PVC resin can adopt commercial products, such as products of the Shanghai chlor-alkali chemical industry Co., Ltd, the product of the brand G1300.
The heat stabilizer is a calcium-zinc stabilizer and can adopt commercial products;
the plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate.
The lubricant is PE wax or stearic acid with the melting point of 60-105 ℃;
the titanium dioxide is rutile type titanium dioxide or anatase type titanium dioxide;
the processing aid is an ACR type processing aid;
the calcium carbonate is light or heavy calcium carbonate.
The NBR nitrile rubber is a commercial product in the market and can be freely selected.
The preparation method of the extinction polyvinyl chloride resin composition for preparing the basketball soles comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing delustering polyvinyl chloride resin, a heat stabilizer, a lubricant, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and a processing aid in a mixer, heating to 60 ℃, adding all plasticizers, heating to 85-90 ℃, adding NBR nitrile rubber, heating to 115-120 ℃, cooling to below 45 ℃, uniformly mixing, and discharging to obtain a mixture;
(2) and (3) extruding and granulating the mixture, wherein the granulating temperature is 140-180 ℃, after the granulating is finished, putting the granules into an oven, baking for 4-6 hours at 60 ℃, and removing residual water in the granules to obtain the composition containing the extinction polyvinyl chloride resin for preparing the basketball volleyball soles.
The composition obtained in the step (2) can be used for preparing the basketball soles by adopting an injection molding method.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, through adjusting the stabilizer and the lubricant and using the NBR nitrile rubber, the plasticization of the material can be effectively improved, and the fluidity is improved, so that the material can be smoothly molded in injection molding, and the material has the characteristics of wear resistance, high toughness, good durability, rough surface and good friction property of the extinction PVC material. Meanwhile, the rubber has elasticity and softness. And other physical properties all reach the national standard.

the plasticizer is selected from ZOPTINOL DOP produced by zilu petrochemicals;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing delustering polyvinyl chloride resin, a heat stabilizer, a lubricant, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and a processing aid in a mixer, heating to 60 ℃, adding a plasticizer, heating to 85 ℃, adding NBR nitrile rubber, heating to 115 ℃, cooling to below 45 ℃, uniformly mixing, and discharging to obtain a mixture;
(2) and (3) extruding and granulating the mixture, wherein the granulating temperature is 140 ℃, after the granulation is finished, putting the granules into an oven, baking the granules for more than 6 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃, and removing residual water in the granules to obtain the composition containing the extinction polyvinyl chloride resin for preparing the basketball volleyball soles.
The composition obtained in the step (2) can be used for preparing the basketball soles by adopting an injection molding method.
The performance test is carried out on the sole according to the provisions in the national standard GB/T24152-2009, and the test results are as follows:
