The filtered and sterilized rainwater flows into the water storage unit 4 through the pipeline. The pipeline can also be provided with a turbine generator 3 which utilizes water flow to generate electricity. In addition, an anti-overflow drain pipe 9 is connected to the pipe, when the water storage unit is full of water or overflow occurs due to overlarge rainfall, the excessive water is discharged through the anti-overflow drain pipe 9, and an anti-overflow bent pipe 8 is arranged on the anti-overflow drain pipe 9 to prevent overflow from flowing back to the sterilizing filter 2.
The water storage units 4 are uniformly arranged in the building wall body, and specifically, the water storage units can be designed into a plurality of square box body structures, and are distributed on the wall body like a Chinese character 'tian', and are connected with each other. The internal circulation water treatment system 6 is used for recycling the domestic sewage after the biochemical treatment.

The rainwater after sterilization and filtration enters the water storage layer 1 to be filtered in the box body through the water inlet 8, and then enters the clear water storage layer 6 after being further filtered through the longitudinally densely distributed hollow fiber layer 4.
