本发明涉及一种防护服面料,尤其是PTFE防护服面料,属于防护面料技术领域。一种PTFE医用防护服面料,包括织物面层、PTFE夹层和织物里层,所述织物面层和PTFE夹层之间设置有点压分布的第一粘结部,织物里层和PTFE夹层之间设置有点压分布的第二粘结部。本发明采用PTFE拉伸膜为隔离防护材料,相对于聚乙烯膜等其他高分子材料,在透湿性方面具有显著的提高,可达8000g/m2*24h以上。

Description

一种PTFE医用防护服面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护服面料,尤其是PTFE防护服面料,属于防护面料技术领域。
背景技术
医用防护服种类很多,它要求具有隔离性。其中起隔离作用的是一层隔离膜。现有技术中的医用防护服,通常采用聚乙烯制造。这种防护服对微生物的阻隔性好,也相对廉价,但它透气性差,医护人员长时间工作后往往会全身湿透,严重影响医护人员的舒适感,也影响医护人员的工作持续性。
申请号为201811346217 .2的发明专利申请,公开了一种聚乙烯防水透视膜及其制备方法。该膜的水蒸气透过率达到3600g/m2*24h。尽管已经对聚乙烯进行了改性,在透湿方面有所增强,但这样的膜在制成防护服后,仍然会出现上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述问题,从而提供一种PTFE医用防护服面料。本发明的防护服面料,透湿量可达8000 g/m2*24h以上。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案如下:
一种PTFE医用防护服面料,包括织物面层、PTFE夹层和织物里层,所述织物面层和PTFE夹层之间设置有点压分布的第一粘结部,织物里层和PTFE夹层之间设置有点压分布的第二粘结部。
本发明上述技术方案中,PTFE拉伸膜在透湿方面相对于聚乙烯膜等其他高分子膜具有先天优势,是聚乙烯膜的10倍以上,是TPU膜的2倍以上。但PTFE的化学惰性大,使得其难以跟其他材料复合而形成织物面料。现有技术中有利用热熔胶将PTFE膜和其他材料热压复合的报导,但是因为热熔胶的覆盖性,使得整体面料的透湿性严重下滑,但相对是聚乙烯膜来说,仍有显著提高。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了通过织物面层和织物里层将PTFE夹层包覆,并且面层/里层跟PTFE夹层之间采用点压式复合的技术方案。该方案采用的点涂式复合方案,相对于传统涂胶热压的方案,显著提高了整体面料的透湿性。
作为优选,所述第一粘结部和第二粘结部所含的胶为热熔胶。
作为优选,所述PTFE夹层包括无纺布层和PTFE拉伸膜层,所述PTFE拉伸膜层贴合在所述无纺布层的一面,并且PTFE拉伸膜层与所述的无纺布层之间通过均匀设置在所述PTFE夹层上的多个压粘节点粘接。
作为优选,所述压粘节点包括多个由无纺布层和拉伸膜层形成的凸起部和凹陷部,以及润透所述无纺布层使无纺布层和拉伸膜层相粘接的点涂的热熔胶,所述的凸起部和凹陷部相邻并间隔设置。
本发明上述技术方案中,由于PTFE拉伸膜层过于轻柔,不易铺展,微小的空气流动就可将其扬起。并且PTFE拉伸膜与其他单层织物面料的复合性不佳,故单层的PTFE拉伸膜层并不适合用作夹层。无纺布层具有良好的可粘结性,用无纺布层进行PTFE拉伸膜层进行点压粘接,形成一个整体,构成PTFE夹层,可显著提高PTFE拉伸膜的作为夹层的服用性能。
作为优选,所述的PTFE拉伸膜层,具有均匀分布的凸点式拉伸结构。
本发明上述技术方案中,具有这种凸点结构的PTFE拉伸膜,在与无纺布贴合时具有更大的接触面,尤其是在进行污洗、消毒的过程中,相对于平膜具有更大的适应性,能更好的地适应无纺布或与其复合的织物层的热胀冷缩、湿胀干缩等特性;并且具有这种凸点结构的PTFE拉伸膜相对平膜具有更大的过滤表面,其透气透湿性也得到更大的提高。
作为优选,所述凸点式拉伸结构通过至少一对压印辊组合形成,所述压印辊组合包括刚性表面的凸点辊和柔性表面的对应辊。
本发明上述技术方案中,刚性表面的凸点辊和柔性表面的对应辊相向转动,形成喂入口,PTFE拉伸膜层从该喂入口进入,凸点辊及其对应辊的相互作用使PTFE拉伸膜层产生均匀分布的凸起,柔性表面的对应辊对PTFE拉伸膜起到良好的保护作用。
作为优选,所述对应辊的辊面半径大于所述凸点辊的辊面半径。当对应辊的辊面半径更大时,能够提供更好的更大面积的柔性保护作用。
作为优选,所述凸点辊上的凸点为半球形凸起,凸点的凸起高度在0.5mm~1mm之间,相邻两个凸点之间的间距在1mm~5mm。
作为优选,所述织物面层为梭织布,材质为选自涤纶、锦纶、棉中的一种或多种的混织或混纺面料;所述织物里层为梭织布或针织布,材质为选自涤纶、锦纶、棉中的一种或多种的混织或混纺面料。
作为优选,所述拉伸膜层是通过以下方法制得的:
S1:润滑混合:在聚四氟乙烯微粉中添加航空煤油,混匀;
S2:筛分:用10~30目筛进行筛分;
S3:改性混合:再添加硅油,再混匀;
S4:挤出:使用挤压机将改性混合的原料挤出,挤压参数如下,挤出速度10~15mm/min,挤出直径10~30mm,口模长径比L/D为30~50,锥角30~45°,压缩比140~160;
S5:压延:使用压延机对挤出后的原料进行压延,压延时压辊温度控制为150~180℃,制得生料带;
S6:除航煤:在高于所述航空煤油的沸点的温度下对所述生料带干燥处理18~24小时,除去所述航空煤油;
S7:拉伸:把生料带装载在拉伸机上,对生料带进行横向拉伸,然后热定型,制得聚四氟乙烯拉伸膜;横向拉伸通过控制固定在生料带左右两端的固定夹的运动状态实现,使左右两端的固定夹在进给的同时逐步扩大它们之间的间距;拉伸定型时控制参数如下:横向拉伸速率5~30%/s,拉伸倍数15~30倍;热定型温度250~300℃;得成型膜。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用PTFE拉伸膜为隔离防护材料,相对于聚乙烯膜等其他高分子材料,在透湿性方面具有显著的提高,可达8000g/m2*24h以上;
2、本发明采用无纺布和PTFE拉伸膜形成一个PTFE夹层,提高了产品的加工便利性,也提高了产品的服用性能。
3、本发明利用均匀分布的点压式热熔胶粘技术,提高了PTFE与其他织物层间的粘结性,也有效发挥了PTFE膜的透气透湿性。

如图1所示,一种PTFE医用防护服面料,包括织物面层1、PTFE夹层2和织物里层3,织物面层1为涤纶梭织面料,织物里层3为纯棉梭织面料;织物面层1和PTFE夹层2之间设置有点压分布的第一粘结部4,织物里层3和PTFE夹层2之间设置有点压分布的第二粘结部5。
如图2所示,PTFE夹层2包括无纺布层21和PTFE拉伸膜层22,所述PTFE拉伸膜层22贴合在所述无纺布层21的一面,并且PTFE拉伸膜层22与所述的无纺布层21之间通过均匀设置在所述PTFE夹层2上的多个压粘节点23粘接。
如图3和4所示,所述压粘节点23包括多个由无纺布层21和拉伸膜层22形成的凸起部231和凹陷部232,以及润透所述无纺布层21使无纺布层21和拉伸膜层22相粘接的点涂的热熔胶,所述的凸起部231和凹陷部232相邻并间隔设置。
如图5所示,所述的PTFE拉伸膜层2,具有均匀分布的凸点式拉伸结构。所述凸点式拉伸结构通过至少一对压印辊组合形成,所述压印辊组合包括刚性表面的凸点辊和柔性表面的对应辊。所述对应辊的辊面大于所述凸点辊的辊面。所述凸点辊上的凸点为半球形凸起,凸点的凸起高度在0.5mm~1mm之间,相邻两个凸点之间的间距在1mm~5mm。
本实施例所述的拉伸膜层22是通过以下方法制得的:
S1:润滑混合:在聚四氟乙烯微粉中添加航空煤油,混匀;
S2:筛分:用20目筛进行筛分;
S3:改性混合:再添加硅油,再混匀;
S4:挤出:使用挤压机将改性混合的原料挤出,挤压参数如下,挤出速度10.3mm/min,挤出直径15mm,口模长径比L/D 为32,锥角35.6°,压缩比140;
S5:压延:使用压延机对挤出后的原料进行压延,压延时压辊温度控制为152℃,制得生料带;
S6:除航煤:在高于所述航空煤油的沸点的温度下对所述生料带干燥处理18小时,除去所述航空煤油;
S7:拉伸:把生料带装载在拉伸机上,对生料带进行横向拉伸,然后热定型,制得聚四氟乙烯拉伸膜;横向拉伸通过控制固定在生料带左右两端的固定夹的运动状态实现,使左右两端的固定夹在进给的同时逐步扩大它们之间的间距;拉伸定型时控制参数如下:横向拉伸速率15%/s,拉伸倍数20倍;热定型温度252℃;得成型膜。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:拉伸膜层22的制备方法不同,是通过以下方法制得的:
S1:润滑混合:在聚四氟乙烯微粉中添加航空煤油,混匀;
S2:筛分:用20目筛进行筛分;
S3:改性混合:再添加硅油,再混匀;
S4:挤出:使用挤压机将改性混合的原料挤出,挤压参数如下,挤出速度10.3mm/min,挤出直径15mm,口模长径比L/D 为32,锥角35.6°,压缩比140;
S5:压延:使用压延机对挤出后的原料进行压延,压延时压辊温度控制为152℃,制得生料带;
S6:除航煤:在高于所述航空煤油的沸点的温度下对所述生料带干燥处理18小时,除去所述航空煤油;
S7:拉伸:把生料带装载在拉伸机上,对生料带进行横向拉伸,然后热定型,制得聚四氟乙烯拉伸膜;横向拉伸通过控制固定在生料带左右两端的固定夹的运动状态实现,使左右两端的固定夹在进给的同时逐步扩大它们之间的间距;拉伸定型时控制参数如下:横向拉伸速率10%/s,拉伸倍数25倍;热定型温度260℃;得成型膜。
依照此法制得的PTFE拉伸膜的电镜图如图6所示。图中可以看出,PTFE拉伸膜呈多层的蛛网样状,网孔较多、密集且分布均匀,网孔开孔较大;孔间通过纤维束相连结;可见PTFE拉伸膜具有极高的孔隙率,具有极强的通透性和较高的强度。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:拉伸膜层22的制备方法不同,是通过以下方法制得的:
S1:润滑混合:在聚四氟乙烯微粉中添加航空煤油,混匀;
S2:筛分:用20目筛进行筛分;
S3:改性混合:再添加硅油,再混匀;
S4:挤出:使用挤压机将改性混合的原料挤出,挤压参数如下,挤出速度10.3mm/min,挤出直径15mm,口模长径比L/D 为32,锥角35.6°,压缩比140;
S5:压延:使用压延机对挤出后的原料进行压延,压延时压辊温度控制为152℃,制得生料带;
S6:除航煤:在高于所述航空煤油的沸点的温度下对所述生料带干燥处理18小时,除去所述航空煤油;
S7:拉伸:把生料带装载在拉伸机上,对生料带进行横向拉伸,然后热定型,制得聚四氟乙烯拉伸膜;横向拉伸通过控制固定在生料带左右两端的固定夹的运动状态实现,使左右两端的固定夹在进给的同时逐步扩大它们之间的间距;拉伸定型时控制参数如下:横向拉伸速率16%/s,拉伸倍数22倍;热定型温度265℃;得成型膜。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:拉伸膜层22的制备方法不同,是通过以下方法制得的:
S1:润滑混合:在聚四氟乙烯微粉中添加航空煤油,混匀;
S2:筛分:用20目筛进行筛分;
S3:改性混合:再添加硅油,再混匀;
S4:挤出:使用挤压机将改性混合的原料挤出,挤压参数如下,挤出速度10.3mm/min,挤出直径15mm,口模长径比L/D 为32,锥角35.6°,压缩比140;
S5:压延:使用压延机对挤出后的原料进行压延,压延时压辊温度控制为152℃,制得生料带;
S6:除航煤:在高于所述航空煤油的沸点的温度下对所述生料带干燥处理18小时,除去所述航空煤油;
S7:拉伸:把生料带装载在拉伸机上,对生料带进行横向拉伸,然后热定型,制得聚四氟乙烯拉伸膜;横向拉伸通过控制固定在生料带左右两端的固定夹的运动状态实现,使左右两端的固定夹在进给的同时逐步扩大它们之间的间距;拉伸定型时控制参数如下:横向拉伸速率18%/s,拉伸倍数15倍;热定型温度278℃;得成型膜。
实施例四
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:拉伸膜层22的制备方法不同,是通过以下方法制得的:
S1:润滑混合:在聚四氟乙烯微粉中添加航空煤油,混匀;
S2:筛分:用20目筛进行筛分;
S3:改性混合:再添加硅油,再混匀;

实施例五
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:拉伸膜层22的制备方法不同,是通过以下方法制得的:

透气透湿性能的测定通常采用BW法,依据GB/T 12704-91的方法之方法A进行测定。
试验条件,温度38℃,相对湿度90%,气流速度0.3~0.5m/s.
试验步骤如下:
A.向清洁、干燥的透湿杯内装入稀释剂(醋酸钾),并使稀释剂成一平面,稀释剂装填高度为距试样下表面位置3~4mm;
B.将试样面朝上放置在透湿杯上,装上垫圈和压环,旋上螺帽,再用乙烯胶粘带从侧面封住压环、垫圈和透湿杯,组成试验组合体;
C.迅速将试验组合体水平放置在已达到规定试验条件的试验箱内,经过0.5h平衡后取出;
D.迅速盖上对应杯盖,放在20℃左右的硅胶干燥器中平衡30min,按编号逐一称量,称量时精确至0.001g,每个组合体称量时间不超过30s;
E.除去杯盖,迅速将试验组合体放入试验箱内,经过1h试验后取出,按步骤D之规定称量。
试样透湿量按下式计算:
WVT=24*△m/(S*t);
式中,WVT——每平方米每天(24h)的透湿量,g/(m2*d);
△m——同一试验组合体两次称量之差,g;
S——试样试验面积,m2
t——试验时间,h。
样品透湿量为三个样品透湿量的算数平均值,(修约到10 g/(m2*d))。
结果如下表所示:

Claims (8)

1.一种PTFE医用防护服面料,包括织物面层(1)、PTFE夹层(2)和织物里层(3),其特征在于:所述织物面层(1)和PTFE夹层(2)之间设置有点压分布的第一粘结部(4),织物里层(3)和PTFE夹层(2)之间设置有点压分布的第二粘结部(5);
所述PTFE夹层(2)包括无纺布层(21)和PTFE拉伸膜层(22),所述PTFE拉伸膜层(22)贴合在所述无纺布层(21)的一面,并且PTFE拉伸膜层(22)与所述的无纺布层(21)之间通过均匀设置在所述PTFE夹层(2)上的多个压粘节点(23)粘接;
所述的PTFE拉伸膜层(22),具有均匀分布的凸点式拉伸结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE 医用防护服面料,其特征在于:所述第一粘结部(4)和第二粘结部(5)所含的胶为热熔胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE 医用防护服面料,其特征在于:所述压粘节点(23)包括多个由无纺布层(21)和拉伸膜层(22)形成的凸起部(231)和凹陷部(232),以及润透所述无纺布层(21)使无纺布层(21)和拉伸膜层(22)相粘接的点涂的热熔胶,所述的凸起部和凹陷部相邻并间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE 医用防护服面料,其特征在于:所述凸点式拉伸结构通过至少一对压印辊组合形成,所述压印辊组合包括刚性表面的凸点辊和柔性表面的对应辊。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种PTFE 医用防护服面料,其特征在于:所述对应辊的辊面半径大于所述凸点辊的辊面半径。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种PTFE 医用防护服面料,其特征在于:所述凸点辊上的凸点为半球形凸起,凸点的凸起高度在0.5mm~1mm之间,相邻两个凸点之间的间距在1mm~5mm。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种PTFE 医用防护服面料,其特征在于:所述织物面层(1)为梭织布,材质为选自涤纶、锦纶、棉中的一种或多种的混织或混纺面料;所述织物里层(3)为梭织布或针织布,材质为选自涤纶、锦纶、棉中的一种或多种的混织或混纺面料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE 医用防护服面料,其特征在于:所述拉伸膜层(22)是通过以下方法制得的:
S1:润滑混合:在聚四氟乙烯微粉中添加航空煤油,混匀;
S2:筛分:用10~30目筛进行筛分;
S3:改性混合:再添加硅油,再混匀;
S4:挤出:使用挤压机将改性混合的原料挤出,挤压参数如下,挤出速度10~15mm/min,挤出直径10~30mm,口模长径比L/D为30~50,锥角30~45°,压缩比140~160;
S5:压延:使用压延机对挤出后的原料进行压延,压延时压辊温度控制为150~180℃,制得生料带;
S6:除航煤:在高于所述航空煤油的沸点的温度下对所述生料带干燥处理18~24小时,除去所述航空煤油;
S7:拉伸:把生料带装载在拉伸机上,对生料带进行横向拉伸,然后热定型,制得聚四氟乙烯拉伸膜;横向拉伸通过控制固定在生料带左右两端的固定夹的运动状态实现,使左右两端的固定夹在进给的同时逐步扩大它们之间的间距;拉伸定型时控制参数如下:横向拉伸速率5~30%/s,拉伸倍数15~30倍;热定型温度250~300℃;得成型膜。
