The processing depth of the counter bore of the rubber strip is properly adjusted according to the joint force of the rubber strip and the roll surface of the working roll, and the processing method is the prior art.
Preferably, the diameter of the rubber strip counter bore is 22mm, and the depth is 12 mm.
4) Each set of roller is matched with a special guard plate, and each set of guard plate corresponds to a special adhesive tape and cannot be replaced randomly. Each set of rollers needs to use a special matching protection plate due to different running-in conditions of parts such as rubber strips and the like, so that good matching condition is ensured. The adhesive tape is arranged in the groove of the guard plate and is in contact with the roller surface of the roller, so that cooling water is prevented from leaking to the steel plate from the space between the guard plate and the roller surface during online rolling, and the uneven surface temperature of the steel plate is prevented from influencing the plate type control.
During production, the roll diameter of the roll gradually wears. The smaller the roller diameter of the roller is, the larger the thickness of the required rubber strip is. 6) After the assembly of each set of roller is finished, the simulated rollers are used on line, water test and acceptance are carried out again before the machine is operated under the condition of actual water sealing, the water sealing integrity of the rubber strips of the protection plates is tested, and zero water leakage of the rollers on the line is ensured.
